Register says
Legally valid, held by Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL (the Lebanese group company)

Finding

A genuine Lebanese financial-intermediation licence (No. 8) held by the group's Lebanese company, Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL. It authorises domestic securities brokerage in Lebanon, not global retail CFD trading, and it is not held by the Comoros entity that takes international deposits. Client protection: Low for international CFD clients: the licence covers a different (Lebanese) entity and a different activity, and Lebanon's financial sector has been under severe strain since 2019..

Verification note

Held by Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL, the Lebanese company that authors the privacy policy and complaints policy published on bbcorp.trade, and not by the Comoros entity that operates the trading service and takes deposits. The broker's own regulation page does not list this licence or its number; the complaints policy names the CMA as the escalation route and the privacy policy states the company operates under Banque du Liban and Capital Markets Authority supervision. No effective date is published and the standing of the licence could not be confirmed in this review. The authority's remit covers domestic securities and investment funds rather than leveraged retail forex and CFD dealing.

CMA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

General contact is on +961 1 789105 and cs@bbcorp.trade, with a WhatsApp portal used for support and onboarding. Complaints go to compliance@bbcorpfx.com or to an office at 8th Floor, Diamond Building, Verdun Street, Beirut. BBCorp promises to acknowledge a complaint within 1 to 3 business days and to resolve it within 15 business days, and its complaints policy names the Capital Markets Authority as a possible escalation route.

Yes. BBCorp states that negative balance protection, hedging and Islamic swap free options apply as standard to all three of its live account types. No separate application process or eligibility condition is published for the swap free option.

BBCorp advertises more than 1,400 instruments covering forex majors, minors and exotics, precious metals, equity indices, single stocks, commodities, energies and crypto CFDs. It notes that crypto is available only in certain jurisdictions. No breakdown of how many instruments fall in each class is published.

BBCorp states in its help content and contact FAQ that client funds are held in segregated accounts and are never used for company operations. That commitment appears only in marketing and help text. The Terms and Conditions, which would be the binding document, are published as an image scan with no readable text, so the promise could not be traced to a contractual clause.

The footer disclaimer names the United States, residents of the European Union, and jurisdictions identified as high risk by the Financial Action Task Force, giving Iran, North Korea and Myanmar as examples. No dedicated restricted countries page is published. The registration form asks for no country of residence at all, so the stated restriction is not enforced at the point of signing up.

No fee schedule is published on the public site. BBCorp says it does not charge fees for most deposits, wording that stops short of a flat commitment, and that withdrawal costs vary by method, with crypto withdrawals carrying network fees and bank or local withdrawals possibly carrying partner service charges. It states that full fee details are visible only from inside the client portal, which means after an account has been opened.

The Standard Account is advertised as commission free with spreads from 2.7 on gold and 1.6 on a major pair. The Trader Account quotes tighter spreads, from 1.6 on gold and 0.2 on a major pair, in exchange for a commission BBCorp describes only as low, with no per lot figure published. The stop out level is 20 percent on both.

BBCorp states that withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours, with crypto often completing in under an hour after approval and bank or local methods taking 1 to 3 business days. It also lists compliance checks, open positions and network congestion as reasons a withdrawal can sit pending, and asks clients to make contact if one is pending beyond 24 hours.

BBCorp publishes three channels: USDT on the TRC20 and ERC20 networks, bank transfers in selected regions, and local payment partners. Deposits and withdrawals are both handled from the client portal, and a withdrawal is processed after verification and internal review. The site also markets credit cards and cash agents in its promotional text without publishing terms for either.

MetaTrader 5 only, with hedging enabled, on desktop, web and mobile. BBCorp links to the standard MetaTrader 5 apps on Google Play and the App Store rather than a branded build of its own. There is no MetaTrader 4, no cTrader and no proprietary terminal. Accounts can also be opened and operated through a WhatsApp portal.

Up to 100:1 on the Standard and Trader accounts. No leverage figure is published for the Investor Account. Leverage can be changed per account from inside the client portal.

10 USD for both the Standard Account and the Trader Account. The Investor Account, a shares account, requires 30,000 USD. BBCorp also notes that the minimum can depend on the deposit method, without publishing per method figures.

Nothing found in this review shows BBCorp to be fraudulent, and it is plainly a working brokerage with a live platform and real offices. What could not be established is any regulatory protection: the licence it advertises cannot be checked on a public register, and the company holding client money could not be found on any official registry. It should be treated as unverified rather than as either safe or fraudulent.

The footer of bbcorp.trade names BBcorp LTD (Comoros) Limited, registration number HV00724047, as the incorporated operator, so that is the company a deposit would go to. Two other names appear on the same site: Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL, which authors the privacy and complaints policies, and BBCorp Corporate Limited, which heads the legal documents page with no jurisdiction or number published. No director or owner is named anywhere on the site.

No regulation was confirmed. BBCorp claims a brokerage licence from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros, number BFX2024241, on its regulation page, and its legal documents separately refer to supervision by the Capital Markets Authority in Lebanon. Neither claim could be confirmed in force, and neither authority supervises leveraged retail forex and CFD dealing in the markets the site targets.

Licence 8 was issued by Capital Markets Authority Lebanon (CMA), the financial authority for Lebanon.
BBCorp holds this CMA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the CMA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
The CMA register prints it under Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL, not BBCorp. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates CMA tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, CMA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the CMA register. Search it for 8, and for the name Beirut Brokerage Corporation SAL rather than the trading brand.
BBCorp has one other licence on record with Wikilix, across one jurisdiction. They are listed further down this page.
