Most Popular Questions

The company has been on the Cyprus company register since 31 December 2019, so it is over five years old as a legal entity. Its regulated activity is much newer: the CySEC licence took effect on 20 February 2023, giving roughly three and a half years of supervised operation.

The firm publishes a clients' complaints handling policy and a complaints form on its Regulatory framework page, and complaints can be sent to info@ctcap.eu. Because the operator is an authorised Cyprus Investment Firm, a client who exhausts the internal process can escalate to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, and the Investor Compensation Fund applies to eligible clients if the firm fails.

By telephone on 00357 25 772 253 or by email at info@ctcap.eu. The published office is 106a, Amathountos Street, SUN SEA COURT 1, block A, Ground floor, Agios Tychonas, 4532, Limassol, Cyprus. There is no live chat, no support portal and no social media presence linked from the site.

CTCAP publishes no deposit or withdrawal methods, no processing times and no limits. There is no funding page on the website. Because withdrawal conditions are the thing a client most needs to know in advance, get them in writing before transferring any money.

Not by solicitation. The firm's own disclaimer states it does not perform marketing activities, has no physical presence or tied agents outside its markets, and does not solicit clients in third countries, and that any service to a client in a third country is provided at that client's own exclusive initiative.

The firm's Products and Services page lists 28 jurisdictions it provides cross-border services into, with a footnote limiting this to EU residents and EU-registered entities. The list covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Kazakhstan, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Cyprus is the home state of the licensed entity.

CTCAP publishes no leverage figures. That is consistent with its stated offering, which is investment services in securities and funds rather than leveraged retail trading.

The Products and Services page lists fixed income, equities, ETFs and structured notes. Foreign exchange appears only as an ancillary service connected to the provision of investment services, not as a standalone leveraged product, and the site advertises no contracts for difference.

CTCAP names no trading platform on its website. There is no MetaTrader, cTrader or proprietary platform mentioned, and no software download or web terminal link anywhere on the site. Services appear to be delivered through direct dealing with the firm rather than a self-service platform.

CTCAP publishes no spreads, no commissions and no fee schedule of any kind on its website. It does publish an order execution and handling policy and a conflicts of interest policy on its Regulatory framework page, but neither contains prices. Ask for a written fee schedule before committing.

CTCAP does not publish a minimum deposit. The website carries no account-opening page, no funding page and no fee schedule, so any minimum would have to be obtained from the firm directly in writing.

We found no evidence that CTCAP is a scam. The company exists on the Cyprus company register under the exact name and number its website publishes, and it holds an in-force onshore European licence. The caution to carry is different: the site publishes almost no commercial terms, so nothing about costs, custody or withdrawals can be checked before you make contact.

CTCAP is operated by CTCAP LTD, a private company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 405809. The Cyprus company register shows it registered on 31 December 2019, still on the register, and previously named CT CAPITALLTRADERS LTD. Three directors are on file.

Yes. CTCAP LTD holds Cyprus Investment Firm licence 425/23 from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, effective 20 February 2023 and in force. Our research confirmed the number, the licensed entity and the effective date against licensing documentation rather than by opening the regulator's own register, so verify the entry yourself on the CySEC register before dealing. The company links to its CySEC entity record from the footer of ctcap.eu.

Licence 425/23 was issued by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the financial authority for Cyprus.
CTCAP holds this CySEC licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
Nobody at Wikilix has looked this entry up on the CySEC register yet, so treat it as claimed rather than confirmed. That is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
The CySEC register prints it under CTCAP LTD, not CTCAP. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates CySEC tier 2: a well-established regime with real supervision, usually with lower compensation limits than a tier-1 authority.
