FPI has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.

One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.

The registers print these licences under Focal Point Investments AD. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.

Most Popular Questions

The company is authorised to safekeep and administer financial instruments for the account of clients, including custody, and it publishes rules for valuing client assets. Beyond that, no explicit statement about the segregation of client money or about compensation cover appears on the site, so a prospective client should ask for it in writing before funding.

Yes. The document library carries the tariff of fees and commissions, the general terms applicable to client contracts, the rules for valuing client assets, the client categorisation rules, the order execution policy, the conflict-of-interest policy, the remuneration policy and the personal data notice.

By telephone on +359 2 986 09 11 or by email to office@focalpoint.bg, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:30 Sofia time. The office is at 73 Todor Aleksandrov Blvd., 1303 Sofia. There is no live chat and no out-of-hours service.

The Commercial Register shows a company file dating to 1998 and re-registration into the current register in 2008, and the company's licensing resolution is dated 2006. The website carries a copyright line running from 2009. That is a long operating record by the standards of the sector.

Nothing found points that way. The operating company is named, active in the Bulgarian Commercial Register at the address it publishes, capitalised, and carries a registered corporate purpose covering exactly the investment services it advertises. The one gap is that its licence was not confirmed against the supervisor's own register in this research, which is a reason to verify before funding rather than a sign of fraud.

The company publishes no restricted-countries list and no accepted-countries list, and it operates no online registration form with a country selector, so there is no published statement either way. Since onboarding is manual, the practical answer is whatever the company will accept on a signed contract, and it is worth asking directly.

No cards, e-wallets or crypto channels are advertised. Settlement of securities transactions runs through the Central Depository on a T+2 cycle using cashless transfers only, so money moves by bank transfer. Withdrawal timescales and any transfer fees are governed by the published tariff and general terms rather than by a funding page.

There is no instant online signup. The company publishes an application form for download; a prospective client completes it, signs it with a qualified electronic signature and returns it to office@focalpoint.bg. Account opening therefore involves a manual review rather than an automated onboarding flow.

No leverage figure is published. The company is authorised to grant loans to investors for transactions in financial instruments where it participates in the transaction, which is margin lending in the securities sense rather than a retail leverage ratio, and no terms for it are disclosed on the site.

No minimum deposit or minimum investment amount is published on the company's site. Because the relationship is opened by signed client contract rather than by an online funding page, the practical minimum is a matter for the contract and should be asked about before signing.

Pricing is commission based. For Bulgarian Stock Exchange orders the company publishes 2 percent of turnover with a minimum of 20 BGN for orders up to 99,999.99 BGN, 1.5 percent for orders between 100,000 and 999,999.99 BGN, and a negotiable rate above 1,000,000 BGN. The complete tariff of fees and commissions is published in the company's document library.

The company does not publish a trading terminal of its own. Orders are executed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which runs on the Deutsche Boerse T7 trading system, with settlement on a T+2 cycle through the Central Depository. There is no MetaTrader, no web trader and no mobile app.

No. The published business is securities brokerage on the Bulgarian and foreign markets, portfolio management, investment advice and the placing of financial instruments. Foreign exchange appears only as an ancillary service connected to those investment services. There is no leveraged retail currency or contracts-for-difference offering advertised anywhere on the company's site.

The operator is Focal Point Investments AD, a Bulgarian joint-stock company registered under UIC 121712048 at 73 Todor Aleksandrov Blvd., Vazrazhdane district, 1303 Sofia. Its Commercial Register entry shows it active with a board of directors and paid-in capital of 918,000 euro. The company states that it forms part of the Zenith Investment Holding group.

FPI has one licence record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. A licence on record means an authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.
FPI holds licence records issued by FSC. Each authority’s own record — its tier, jurisdiction and client-protection rules — is linked from this page.
None of the licence records held by FPI comes from a tier-1 or tier-2 authority.
We located 1 of the 1 licence records held by FPI on the issuing authority’s own register. Every entry has been looked up. An unchecked entry is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
The registers print them under Focal Point Investments AD. A licence is often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand name alone can return nothing.
FPI has licence records in Bulgaria. A licence applies in the jurisdiction that issued it; it does not by itself cover clients elsewhere.
