What INZO legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by INZO itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: INZO L.L.C

sole discretionwithdrawalscounterpartybonus lockforum waiverhidden feekyc freezeregulation claimcountry restrictiondeemed acceptance

INZO's pages call it a regulated broker. Its own anti-money laundering policy says INZO L.L.C holds no licence and needs none. Three INZO companies sit in the footer, and the one holding a real licence is disclaimed as group structure. Money paid in by card comes back only as USDT, and no document names a governing law or a court.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

What the documents say

18 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from INZO's own files

01

The company you would contract with holds no financial licence. INZO's own anti-money laundering document says it needs none, in any country. The About Us page still calls INZO a regulated global trading platform.

Why this matters

No regulator supervises the company holding your deposit. If INZO refuses to pay you, there is no licensing authority to escalate to, because INZO says it answers to none.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual

INZO LLC is incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and therefore is not required to hold any financial services licenses or receive any authorizations from any regulators under any jurisdiction to offer its products and services.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must describe their regulatory status accurately and may not present themselves as regulated where no licence covers the business. INZO's own policy says it holds no licence anywhere, while its pages describe it as regulated.

INZO is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

02

Three different INZO companies appear in the footer. You contract with INZO L.L.C in Saint Vincent, which holds no licence. INZO's footer says the licensed Seychelles company is listed only to show the group structure.

Why this matters

Your money sits with the unlicensed company, not the licensed one. The complaints policy is written about the Seychelles firm, so the one document covering your right to complain describes a company you never signed with.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen3

Important Note: References to the Seychelles entity in the footer are included for transparency, reflecting the broader group structure of the company.

Our readingGroups often hold several licences and route clients to one entity. Naming a licensed affiliate in the footer and then stating in the same footer that the reference is only for transparency is the reverse: the licence is displayed for confidence while the contract sits with a company it does not cover.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 7The complaints route ends inside a company you did not contract with, and no outside body reviews the outcome.
03

Pay in by card and your money comes back as USDT, a cryptocurrency. Clause 2.5 of Funds and Transfers sets that, and clause 2.6 lets INZO pick the exit route for every deposit method.

Why this matters

You need a crypto wallet to receive your own money, and you carry the conversion cost and the price swings. INZO's costs page says nothing about this.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen

Deposits made via credit card will be withdrawn using USDT.

Our readingCard money normally returns to the card that sent it, which is what card scheme refund rules are built around. Paying a card deposit out as a crypto token moves custody and price risk onto you, and it removes the card chargeback route you would otherwise have.

04

Two client contracts on the same page contradict each other. The Trading Terms ban arbitrage outright and allow a permanent trading ban. The General Terms of Use says arbitrage alone is not a breach, and neither document says which one governs you.

Why this matters

A profitable scalper is protected by one document and bannable under the other. You cannot tell which rule applies to your account before you trade.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen2

The use of abusive strategies or arbitrage is strictly prohibited. In the event such practices are proven, the Company reserves the right to close the account and permanently prohibit the Client from trading again.

Our readingContracts normally carry a precedence clause saying which document wins in a conflict. INZO's partner terms have one, but the client documents do not, so two opposite tests for the same conduct are both in force.

05

INZO's footer names seven countries it does not serve, including Iran and Turkey. The signup form at our.inzo.co offers all seven as your country of residence. It also offers Saint Vincent, which INZO's anti-money laundering policy excludes.

Why this matters

You can open and fund an account from a country INZO's own terms say it does not serve. That breach sits in your file from the first day, and INZO can raise it when you ask for your money.

06

None of INZO's thirteen legal documents tells you which country's law governs your account. The two that mention law at all point to the jurisdiction of the First Party and the competent judicial authorities, naming neither.

Why this matters

You cannot tell which court would hear a claim against INZO, or whose law it would apply. INZO's footer lists companies in three countries, so the contract does not answer it for you.

Our readingA governing law and forum clause is close to universal in retail financial contracts, because without one neither side knows where a dispute is heard. Here the only two such clauses appear in the agent agreements and both leave the country blank.

INZO can charge unnamed costs and change the spread it quotes

Clause 1.2 of INZO's Funds and Transfers terms lets it charge your account for its costs, and close the account without notice, if it judges your deposits and withdrawals disproportionate to your trading. No amount and no threshold appear. Clause 2.3.1 of the Trading Terms lets INZO change the spread at its discretion and warns the cost may widen significantly.

Cost disclosure2 clauses flagged

Deposit and withdraw without trading enough, and INZO can charge your account for its costs and close it without notice. Clause 1.2 of Funds and Transfers names no amount, and no test for how much trading is enough.

Why this matters

You cannot price this risk before you deposit. INZO decides both whether your trading was proportionate and what the charge should be.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

Repeated deposits and withdrawals without placing trades proportionate to the amounts deposited and withdrawn are prohibited. We reserve the right to charge your account for any costs incurred and may also close your account without prior notice.
Clause 1.2 in Funds and Transfers
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade. This clause allows a charge whose amount the contract never states.

INZO is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Spread is the main cost on INZO's commission free accounts. Clause 2.3.1 of the Trading Terms lets INZO change it at its own discretion, and warns the cost may widen significantly.

Why this matters

The 0.0 pip figure on the costs page is a starting point, not a ceiling. Holding a position overnight adds a swap charge, tripled on Wednesdays.

Exhibit 18NoticeStandard wording

We apply a cost that is realized each time you open and close a trade, which may widen significantly in some circumstances.

INZO picks how your money leaves, and card deposits leave as crypto

Clause 2.5 of INZO's Funds and Transfers terms pays card deposits out in USDT, a cryptocurrency, and clause 2.6 lets INZO set the exit route for every deposit method. Clause 1.3 lets INZO reject a withdrawal request, though it promises you an emailed reason. No document in the set gives INZO a deadline for paying a request it accepts.

Exit conditions1 clause flagged

INZO can reject your withdrawal request, and clause 1.3 of Funds and Transfers promises you an emailed reason when it does. No document in the set says how long INZO has to pay a request it accepts.

Why this matters

You cannot hold INZO to a payout date, because none exists in writing. Clause 1.13 also removes its liability for delays in processing your withdrawal.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual

We reserve the right to reject your withdrawal requests; however, you will be notified via email of the reason for the rejection in order to allow you to provide the required documentation or information to the relevant department for the withdrawal to be processed.

INZO's bonuses shrink when you take your own cash out

Withdraw cash while holding INZO deposit bonus credit and clause 10 removes 30% of the withdrawn amount from that credit, which also supports your margin. The $30 welcome bonus needs the balance to reach $70 before any profit leaves, and INZO takes the $30 back at that point. That bonus is closed to anyone aged 50 or over.

Bonus mechanics3 clauses flagged

Withdraw cash while you hold deposit bonus credit and INZO removes 30% of the withdrawn amount from that credit. Take out your full cash balance and clause 11 removes whatever bonus credit is left.

Why this matters

Bonus credit supports your margin under clauses 6 and 7, so a withdrawal shrinks the cushion holding your open trades. A cash withdrawal can push the account towards a stop out.

Exhibit 11WarningHarder than usual30%

In the event of a partial withdrawal from the account, Bonus Credit equal to 30% of the amount withdrawn will be deducted from the remaining Bonus Credit balance.
Clause 10 in Deposit Bonus

What it costsWithdraw $1,000 and INZO removes $300 of bonus credit at the same time. That is INZO's own figure in clause 10.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12Withdrawing cash cuts the bonus credit supporting your margin, moving the account nearer the 20% stop out that INZO can also change.

INZO's $30 welcome bonus supports your margin but cannot be withdrawn. You must build the balance to $70 before any profit from it leaves, and INZO takes the $30 back at that point.

Why this matters

You have to more than double the account before touching a cent of it. Leave the bonus untraded for 30 days and INZO removes it.

INZO restricts its welcome bonus to clients under the age of 50. The same terms limit it to residents of Arab countries, then exclude Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria.

Why this matters

Your age decides whether you get the offer that brought you to the site. The deposit bonus excludes a different set of countries, so neither list tells you about the other.

Exhibit 14NoticeRarely seen50

The bonus is available only to clients under the age of 50.
Clause 9 in Welcome Bonus

Our readingPromotions are normally limited by country, account type or deposit size. An age ceiling on a financial promotion is unusual, and nothing in the terms explains what it is for.

Two INZO contracts set opposite rules for the same trading

Two client contracts sit on INZO's terms page and disagree. Clause 3 of the Trading Terms bans arbitrage outright and allows a permanent trading ban, while clause 1.10.1 of the General Terms of Use says arbitrage alone is not a breach. Neither says which governs. INZO also sets the 20% stop out level and can change it at absolute discretion, and its signup form offers all seven countries the footer excludes.

Contradictory rules1 clause flagged

INZO closes your positions when margin usage reaches 20% of your balance. Clause 2.2.3 of the Trading Terms lets INZO change that level at its absolute discretion, with effect immediately.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

The level protecting your open trades can move before you know about it. The risk disclosure also says your loss may exceed what you deposited, and that positions are not guaranteed to close at the stop out.

Exhibit 12WarningHarder than usual20%

Stop out level is triggered when margin usage reaches 20% of account balance.
Clause 2.2 in Trading Terms
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give retail clients negative balance protection, meaning a client cannot lose more than the money in the account. INZO's risk disclosure says your loss may exceed the sums you deposited.

INZO is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Every INZO complaint ends with INZO's own written answer

INZO's Complaints Handling Policy investigates your complaint and tells you the outcome in writing, and stops there. No ombudsman, regulator or outside reviewer appears in it, and no compensation scheme is named. On the partner side, INZO fixes the penalty amount itself, declares it final, and treats signing up as agreement that the figure is fair.

Challenging a decision2 clauses flagged

INZO investigates your complaint and tells you the outcome in writing. That is where the policy stops. No ombudsman, regulator or outside reviewer appears anywhere in it, and no compensation scheme is named.

Why this matters

If you disagree with INZO's answer, the contract gives you nowhere to take it. The policy also describes the Seychelles company rather than the one you contracted with.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual

Complaints will be investigated impartially, and the client will be informed of the outcome in writing.
Clause 3.4 in Complaints Handling Policy
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client access to an independent complaints scheme and belong to a compensation fund that pays out if the firm fails. INZO's policy ends with its own written decision and names no outside body.

INZO is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

INZO sets the amount it deducts from a partner for spam damage, calls that amount final, and treats signing up as agreement that it is fair. Clause 5.2 then waives the partner's claims against INZO entirely.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

As an INZO agent you agree the penalty is reasonable before you know what it is. Commissions can also be withheld on suspicion alone, and already paid commissions can be taken back from your balance.

Exhibit 16WarningRarely seen

If this happens, the amount that is determined will be fair and seen as final and acceptable based on good faith. This amount is collectable by law and your registration as our affiliate indicates that you agree to accept it as fair and reasonable.
Clause 3.5 in General Terms of Use (for partners)
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingContracts often allow a firm to recover proven losses. Fixing the amount itself, declaring it final, and taking the counterparty's advance agreement that it is fair removes the step where a figure can be challenged.

INZO can reopen your verification at the moment you withdraw

Clause 1.3 of INZO's Privacy Policy lets it demand further documents whenever needed, and names a withdrawal request as one of the triggers. The welcome bonus terms require a recent selfie before a payout is accepted. Nothing caps what INZO may ask for or how long the review may take.

Verification timing1 clause flagged

INZO can ask you for further documents at any time, and clause 1.3 of the Privacy Policy names a withdrawal request as one of the triggers. The welcome bonus terms go further and require a recent selfie before a payout is accepted.

Why this matters

Your verification can be reopened at the moment you ask for your money, not when you deposit it. Nothing sets a limit on what INZO may ask for, or a deadline for reviewing it.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

We reserve the right to ask you for further information whenever needed. For example, we may ask you to send us additional acceptable documents to confirm the authenticity of your account details or any withdrawal request.

Three INZO companies, and your money goes to the unlicensed one

Three INZO companies appear in the footer of every INZO page, in Saint Vincent, the Comoros and the Seychelles. You contract with INZO L.L.C in Saint Vincent, and INZO's footer states that the licensed Seychelles entity is named only to reflect group structure. The complaints policy then describes that Seychelles company, and the risk disclosure still names Deriv, a competing broker.

Who you contract with1 clause flagged

INZO's risk disclosure tells you to make sure you can reach the accounts you hold with Deriv, a competing broker. Clause 3.5 of the same document refers to your DMT5 account, which is Deriv's platform name.

Why this matters

The document explaining what you risk was not written for INZO's own service. You cannot rely on it to describe the firm holding your money.

Exhibit 15WarningRarely seen

During the period that you have any open contracts, you should ensure that you have the ability to access any accounts you hold with Deriv.
Clause 1.9 in Risk disclosure
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingBrokers commonly reuse standard wording, but a risk disclosure that still names another firm as the counterparty and its platform as yours has not been adapted to the service it covers. INZO's partner terms carry the same trace, requiring agents to publish a warning about digital options, a product INZO does not offer.

INZO summarises its conflicts policy and keeps the document

INZO devotes a few lines of its Trading Terms to conflicts of interest, then tells you to email cs@inzo.co for the policy itself. No document in the set says whether INZO takes the other side of your trades. Clause 2.4.3 also lets INZO decline your instructions without giving any reason.

Undisclosed arrangements1 clause flagged

INZO summarises its conflicts of interest arrangements in a few lines, then tells you to email for the actual policy. No document in the set says whether INZO takes the other side of your trades.

Who the contract is with

INZO L.L.C

You contract with INZO L.L.C, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with company number 967 LLC 2021. Its own anti-money laundering document settles what that means: the company is not required to hold any financial services licence, and holds none. Two other companies appear in the same footer. INZO broker holds Mwali International Services Authority licence T2023182 in the Comoros. INZO Group LTD holds Seychelles licence SD163. INZO's footer then says the Seychelles entity is named only to reflect the group structure, so the licensed company is not the one taking your deposit. The signup page and the privacy contact address both name INZO LLC in Saint Vincent.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

INZO's newer client terms are better drafted than most offshore contracts. The General Terms of Use says scalping, high frequency trading, Expert Advisors and simply being profitable are not evidence of abuse. It also bars INZO from using the manifest error clause just because a trade made you money. Clauses 1.11.4 and 1.11.5 promise correction or compensation where INZO's own error cost you. The Deposit Bonus needs no turnover or lot requirement before bonus profits can be withdrawn, which is rare, and clause 16 protects your real cash from forfeiture. No inactivity or dormancy fee appears in any of the thirteen documents. No profit voiding clause appears, and nothing makes you liable for another person's account. INZO translates its legal documents into Arabic, including the statement that it holds no licence. A rejected withdrawal comes with a written reason under clause 1.3.

INZO publishes all thirteen legal documents inside one page that loads them one at a time, so none exists as its own file to download or print. Every quotation here comes from that page as INZO's site displays it. Because the documents are not published as separate numbered files, we cannot say how far down each clause sits. No earlier version of any document is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against. We read the Arabic anti-money laundering document against the English one, but did not compare the other Arabic translations line by line. We did not open the client portal or the copy trading portal, which both need an account.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the INZO file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document INZO publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge INZO on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 10, 2026.

If you represent INZO and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on INZO. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
