Independent safety report

Is Parkmoney a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated September 16, 2026
Unregulated offshore broker with withdrawal complaints

ParkMoney (parkmoneyfx.com) is not a proven scam, but it is an unregulated offshore broker that we rate high risk, and we found client reports of blocked withdrawals. It holds no financial-trading licence from any regulator, and we assess the risk to client money as high. We found no regulator ruling or warning naming the firm, so we stop short of calling it a confirmed scam.

  • No licence anywhere. Its only registration is a St. Vincent company number (25689 BC 2019). St. Vincent issues no forex licences at all, so this is company paperwork, not financial regulation.
  • Withdrawal complaints. Clients in 2025 reported money held and profitable withdrawals blocked, including one account said to hold about 40,000 US dollars.
  • Dubai office, no UAE licence. It lists an office in Business Bay, Dubai, but does not appear on the UAE Capital Market Authority register of licensed firms.
  • Site now offline. parkmoneyfx.com currently shows an expired security certificate and no longer loads normally; it was last seen serving its trading pages in early 2026.
  • Almost no user track record. Despite operating since 2019, it has a single generic five-star review on Trustpilot and no genuine independent following.

Regulation

7/10 · High

No forex or financial licence anywhere; only a St. Vincent company registration (25689 BC 2019), which SVG itself says is not regulation, and it is absent from the UAE regulator's register.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

Names an entity and gives addresses and phones, but the SVG address is a shared registered-agent address, the registration is unverifiable, owners are undisclosed, and the SVG-only footer conflicts with a Dubai office.

Withdrawals & conduct

6/10 · High

Fund-integrity complaints clustered in mid-2025 across more than one platform, including a report of about 40,000 US dollars withheld after a profit; citable independent volume is limited.

Reputation

6/10 · High

Thin footprint; scam-warning aggregators flag it as unregulated and high risk; the lone five-star Trustpilot review looks solicited; no regulator warning list names it.

Website claims

6/10 · High

Presents a company registration as being 'registered by the Financial Services Authority' and markets itself as safe and well-known while unregulated; no fabricated tier-1 licence and the 2019 age is truthful.

Operational history

4/10 · Moderate

Domain live since 2019 (about seven years, verified), but the company cannot be independently dated and the site now shows an expired certificate with no captures since early 2026.

Who they are

  • Brand: ParkMoney (also written Park Money)
  • Legal entity: ParkMoney Limited
  • Registered: Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, PO Box 2897, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (a shared offshore registered-agent address); a sales office is also listed at Office 306, Aspect Tower, Business Bay, Dubai
  • Website: parkmoneyfx.com (client portal at newcp.parkmoneyfx.com)
  • Only licence: None. A St. Vincent company registration, number 25689 BC 2019, which is not a trading licence

  • Not accepted: Residents of the USA, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, British Columbia and Quebec
  • Age claim: Founded 2019; the domain was registered in November 2019, so the age is consistent

Regulation

Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.

No proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.

Licences the broker publishes

Financial Services Authority (FSA), St. Vincent and the Grenadines

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
A St. Vincent company registration (Limited Liability / Business Company), number 25689 BC 2019. It is not a forex or financial-services licence. St. Vincent's FSA issues no forex licences and does not supervise forex brokers; it only registers the company and requires it to be licensed wherever it actually operates.
Protection: None. A company registration provides no financial regulation, no client-money segregation requirement and no compensation scheme.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate ParkMoney high risk and unverified for three main reasons.

  • No real regulation. The site says it is 'registered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of St. Vincent and the Grenadine'. St. Vincent authorities have stated they issue no forex licences and do not supervise forex brokers; they only register the company and require it to be licensed wherever it actually operates. So this line describes company paperwork, not financial oversight, and there is no compensation scheme behind it.
  • Money-back complaints. Clients in mid-2025 reported the same problem: deposits and profits that could not be withdrawn. One report describes about 40,000 US dollars held after the account showed a profit, with the broker accused of running a 'B-book' and blocking the payout. Withdrawals refused after a profit is the most serious kind of complaint a broker can attract.
  • No licence where it operates. It runs a Dubai sales office and a UAE phone line, but it is not on the UAE Capital Market Authority register of licensed firms, and it is not licensed by any major regulator we checked.

We did not find a regulator warning list or a court ruling naming this firm, so we do not call it a confirmed scam. But an unregulated broker that takes deposits, attracts withdrawal complaints, and whose website is now offline is not something we can call safe. We assess the risk of fraud as high.

Note on operating history: the 6.8-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

7 against1 in favour
  • E1The domain parkmoneyfx.com was registered on 11 November 2019 (GoDaddy, InMotion hosting). The operation is about seven years old, and the age matches the company designation BC 2019, so there is no false trading-since claim.

    ModerateVerisign RDAP (domain registry)
  • E2ParkMoney's own footer states: 'ParkMoney Limited is registered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of St. Vincent and the Grenadine as a Limited Liability Company with the registration number 25689- BC 2019.' A company registration is presented as if it were financial regulation.

    StrongParkMoney website (archived February 2026)
  • E3St. Vincent and the Grenadines authorities have stated they do not license or regulate forex trading and issue no forex licences; SVG forex companies must be licensed where they operate. So ParkMoney's St. Vincent registration confers no forex regulation.

StrongFinanceFeeds, quoting the St. Vincent FSA notice to FX brokers
  • E4ParkMoney lists a Dubai office (Office 306, Aspect Tower, Business Bay) and a UAE phone line, but a search of the UAE Capital Market Authority register of licensed companies returns no ParkMoney entry. It holds no UAE licence.

ModerateUAE Capital Market Authority - licensed companies register
  • E5Clients report the same failure: money that could not be withdrawn. A July 2025 report says an account balance could not be withdrawn; a separate client report alleges about 40,000 US dollars was held after the account showed a profit, accusing the broker of blocking the payout. This is a fund-integrity pattern.

ModerateBrokersView broker review and user reports
  • E6Despite operating since 2019, parkmoneyfx.com has just one Trustpilot review, a generic five-star post from July 2026 ('honest and gives profits... I recommend it') with no specifics. A near-empty, single-positive footprint for a multi-year broker is itself a warning sign.

    WeakTrustpilot
  • E7parkmoneyfx.com currently presents an expired security certificate, so browsers block it as insecure and it does not load normally. Its trading pages were last captured on 2 February 2026, with no later captures.

    Moderateparkmoneyfx.com / Internet Archive
  • E8The registered address, Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, is a generic St. Vincent registered-agent address shared by many offshore shell companies, and the site shows only an offshore entity while listing a Dubai office and a UAE phone. Owners and directors are not disclosed.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness to ParkMoney, several points cut the other way.

  • It is not a brand-new website. The domain has been live since November 2019, so this is a roughly seven-year-old operation, not a throwaway site.
  • It does not copy a famous regulated firm. 'ParkMoney' is its own name, so this is not a clone of a bank or a licensed broker.
  • Its own pages are relatively upfront that it is a St. Vincent company, and it openly refuses clients from the USA, Japan and several other places, which a purely reckless operation often does not bother to do.
  • We did not find a formal warning from the FCA, IOSCO or other regulators naming this firm, and the volume of detailed, independent complaints is still limited rather than overwhelming.

None of this makes it safe. A long-lived domain and an honest-looking address do not replace a real licence or client-money protection, and they do not answer the withdrawal complaints.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our view would move if the facts changed.

  • Lower risk: a genuine, verifiable licence from a real regulator (for example the UAE Capital Market Authority, or a recognised forex regulator) showing ParkMoney Limited and parkmoneyfx.com, plus clear evidence that clients are being paid out.
  • Higher risk: a regulator warning list or enforcement action naming parkmoneyfx.com, a demand for an upfront 'tax' or 'fee' to release funds, or a larger cluster of detailed, independent withdrawal-theft reports. Any of these would push this toward a scam verdict.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is ParkMoney a scam?

We rate ParkMoney high risk and unverified, not a confirmed scam. It has no financial licence and clients report refused withdrawals, which are serious warning signs. We found no regulator ruling calling it a scam, but we cannot call it safe. Treat it with great caution.

Is ParkMoney a fraud?

No court or regulator has ruled that ParkMoney committed fraud, so we do not state that as fact. However, we assess the risk of fraud as high: it is unregulated, takes deposits, and clients report being unable to withdraw. Do not assume your money is protected.

Is ParkMoney regulated?

No. Its only registration is a St. Vincent company number (25689 BC 2019). St. Vincent issues no forex licences and does not supervise forex brokers. ParkMoney is not on the UAE regulator's list either, despite a Dubai office.

Can I withdraw my money from ParkMoney?

Some clients say they could not. Reports from 2025 describe balances and profits that were not paid out, including one account said to hold about 40,000 US dollars. If you have funds there, request a full withdrawal in writing and keep records.

Is my money safe with ParkMoney?

There is no regulator and no compensation scheme standing behind it, so if something goes wrong there is little formal protection. Given the withdrawal complaints, we would not treat client funds as safe.

Who owns ParkMoney and where is it based?

The operating company is ParkMoney Limited, a St. Vincent and the Grenadines company, with a sales office listed in Business Bay, Dubai. No individual owners or directors are named on the site.

How old is ParkMoney?

The website has existed since November 2019, and the company number is marked 2019, so the operation is roughly seven years old. Age alone does not make it regulated or safe.

What is a St. Vincent (SVG) registration worth for a broker?

Very little as protection. It is company paperwork, not a trading licence. St. Vincent's own authorities say they do not license or supervise forex brokers, so 'registered in St. Vincent' gives you no financial regulator to complain to.

Is ParkMoney a clone of another company?

We found no sign of that. 'ParkMoney' is its own brand and does not copy a known regulated firm's name or licence number. The problem here is a lack of regulation, not impersonation.

Is the ParkMoney website working?

Not properly. parkmoneyfx.com currently shows an expired security certificate, so browsers flag it as insecure and it does not load normally. It was last seen serving its trading pages in early 2026.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Look for a licence from a strong regulator (for example the FCA, ASIC or a mainland UAE licence) that names the exact company and website, check that withdrawals work in recent independent reviews, and be wary of high leverage, big bonuses and pushy account managers.

I already deposited and cannot withdraw. What do I do?

Save every record (deposits, chats, IDs, wallet addresses), request a full withdrawal in writing, and report the problem to your local financial regulator and your bank or card provider. Never pay an upfront tax or fee to release funds, and avoid anyone promising to recover your money for a fee.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

If you are thinking about ParkMoney, be careful.

  • Do not deposit new money until it can show a real, verifiable licence from a recognised regulator.
  • Treat 'registered in St. Vincent' as a company registration, not as financial regulation or protection for your funds.
  • If you already have money with ParkMoney, save all records (deposits, chats, IDs, wallet addresses) and request a full withdrawal in writing.
  • If a withdrawal is refused, or if anyone asks you to pay a tax or fee first to release your money, report it to your local financial regulator and your bank or card provider.
  • Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover your funds for an upfront fee. That is a common follow-up scam.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed September 16, 2026.
