Register says
Active exchange membership

Finding

Approval as a trading member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange. This is an exchange membership, not a regulatory licence, and it works only because BAPPEBTI licenses the firm in the first place. Client protection: Limited on its own. It means trades are executed on a recognised Indonesian exchange, but the client protection comes from the BAPPEBTI licence and the clearing arrangement.. Effective: Dec 2004.

JFX is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

By phone on +62 22 426 6000, by email at support@quickpro.co.id, or by live chat on the website, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 24:00 WIB. There is a client portal at client.quickpro.co.id and a dedicated complaints page. Support is in Indonesian; no English-language service is advertised.

Both things are true at once. The operating company dates from 2004 and its licence numbers are consistent with that, which is where the "22 years" claim on its site comes from. The QuickPro brand itself is new: the company traded as FOREXimf until it renamed with effect from 1 February 2026. So a very short brand history sits on top of a long corporate one.

The broker publishes segregated client account details in full, seven accounts across BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri and BNI in rupiah and US dollars, each held in the company name rather than an individual's. Segregation is a requirement of the Indonesian futures regime, and disclosing the account numbers openly is more transparent than most brokers manage. It is not the same thing as a compensation scheme, though.

Both accounts are advertised as free swap, but the exemption runs for seven days only and swap is charged from day eight, so it is not an open-ended Islamic account. Scalping is permitted and Expert Advisors are supported with manual configuration. Hedging is not offered, which the broker attributes to Indonesian regulatory practice.

The range is deliberately narrow and gold-led: 18 currency pairs plus gold, silver, oil and multilateral exchange contracts. There are no stock, index or cryptocurrency products. If you want a broad multi-asset CFD menu, this is not that kind of broker.

In practice, no. The broker's FAQ requires an Indonesian identity document (KTP, SIM or passport) to open an account, and the registration form has no country selector at all. QuickPro is a domestic Indonesian brokerage, not a cross-border one. It publishes no list of restricted countries, only a generic clause that the site is not intended for use where that would breach local law.

The broker states withdrawals are processed on business days only, requested between 08:00 and 14:00 WIB, against a target of 4 to 5 hours; requests after 14:00 WIB are handled the next business day. The minimum is Rp 70,000 or $5. QuickPro says it charges no fee of its own, but your bank deducts its own transfer charges. One user account of a failed withdrawal at that Rp 70,000 minimum is on record, so treat the stated timing as a target rather than a guarantee.

Bank transfer is the only channel. Deposits go into the broker's segregated client accounts at BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri and BNI, available in both rupiah and US dollars. You must put your trading account number in the transfer description, and third-party transfers are refused. There are no card, e-wallet or crypto options, which is restrictive if you bank outside Indonesia.

MetaTrader 4 only, supplied as a white-label build branded QuickPro Trader for Windows and macOS, with Indonesian-language support, Expert Advisors and custom indicators. There is also a QuickPro mobile app. MetaTrader 5 is not offered.

Spreads are variable and quoted on gold. The Gold account starts from 1.0 pip on XAUUSD with commission from $0.07 per 0.01 lot, which is about $7 per standard lot. The Classic account starts from 2.5 pip with commission from $0.01 per 0.01 lot, about $1 per standard lot. So Gold buys a tighter spread at a higher commission and a much higher entry deposit.

You choose either 1:100 or 1:500 on both account types. Note that 1:500 is high by the standards of most regulated markets and magnifies losses as much as gains; the stop-out level is 100%.

Rp 250,000 for the Classic account at 1:500 leverage, or Rp 1,400,000 if you choose 1:100. The Gold account requires Rp 5,000,000. There is no US dollar minimum published; the accounts are quoted in rupiah.

We found no evidence that it is. The signals point the other way: a company that has been trading since 2004, a real and verifiable office address, exchange member approvals in its own name, and fully published segregated client bank accounts. The genuine reservations are that its principal BAPPEBTI licence could not be confirmed, that the legal entity could not be checked on a corporate registry, and that at least one unresolved withdrawal complaint is on record against the broker's own claim of zero complaints.

The operating company is PT Quickpro Berjangka Indonesia, based at Menara Asia Afrika Lantai 12, Jl. Asia Afrika No.133 - 137, Bandung. The company states it was founded in 2004 and previously operated as PT International Mitra Futures under the FOREXimf brand, changing to the QuickPro name with effect from 1 February 2026. It publishes no company registration number, and Indonesia's corporate registry is not freely searchable, so we could not independently verify the entity on a registry.

Partly confirmed. QuickPro's own regulation page claims a BAPPEBTI business licence, number 736/BAPPEBTI/SI/6/2005, and an SPA participant approval 1262.a/BAPPEBTI/SP/6/2007. We independently confirmed its two Indonesian exchange broker-member approvals: Jakarta Futures Exchange SPAB - 104/BBJ/12/04 and Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange 073/SPKB/ICDX/Dir/II/2012, both issued in the name of the operating company. We were not able to confirm the BAPPEBTI licence itself, so treat that central permission as claimed rather than verified.

Licence SPAB-104/BBJ/12/04 was issued by Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), the financial authority for Indonesia.
QuickPro holds this JFX licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the JFX register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates JFX tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, JFX is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
QuickPro has 2 other licences on record with Wikilix, across one jurisdiction. They are listed further down this page.
