A Major Payment Institution licence under Singapore's Payment Services Act 2019, held by the group's digital asset arm Straits Millennium Pte. Ltd. and confirmed on the MAS directory. This is a payment services licence covering digital payment token services. It is a real MAS licence, but it is not a trading or investment licence and it does not carry the investor protections of the Capital Markets Services licence, so it should not be read as authorisation to run an investment business. Client protection: Moderate and narrow.
