Finding

An Australian Financial Services Licence, AFSL 508867, held by tastytrade Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 61 623 542 969), a separate group company. It is not held by tastytrade, Inc., the entity this report is about, and it gives no protection to United States clients. Public reporting from June 2026 says Australian accounts were moved to closing-only. We could not open ASIC's own register this time, so the licence's current status still needs to be checked by hand on ASIC Connect. Client protection: Strong in Australia while in force, including AFCA dispute resolution, but it covers the Australian entity's clients only and its scope for new business appears to have been curtailed..
