Register says
Cancelled. BAPPEBTI lists the firm on its register of futures brokers whose licence has been withdrawn, following Head of BAPPEBTI Decision No. 05 of 2020.

Finding

Indonesia’s statutory commodity futures regulator, part of the Ministry of Trade. This was a full futures broker business licence, and it was revoked in 2020. Client protection: None today. A live BAPPEBTI licence brings client fund segregation and a regulated complaints route, but the licence has been withdrawn, so none of that protection applies.. Effective: Jan 2005.

BAPPEBTI is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Only partly. Page headings and navigation are in English but all substantive content, including the disclaimer, the risk warning and the company description, is in Indonesian. There is no English locale and no language switcher.

The broker states on its own site that it provides a segregated account facility for client funds. That claim is not backed on the site by a named custodian bank, an account structure, an auditor or a regulator, so it is a statement by the firm rather than something a reader can check.

By telephone on +6221 397 00180, or by email at support@artamasfutures.com and info@artamasfutures.com. The published hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, closed at weekends. The contact page mentions a live chat system on the website. The office address is Grand Slipi Tower Lt.19 unit 19-i, Jl. S Parman Kav 22-24 Palmerah, Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia.

The site describes foreign exchange, stock indices and commodity derivative contracts, and a homepage panel also mentions share trading. It gives no instrument counts, no symbol list and no contract specifications.

The website dates the business to 2005 in its copyright line and in an 'E.s.t 2005' heading, and states that the firm has operated as a futures brokerage since that year. WIKILIX could not corroborate the 2005 founding date against an incorporation record, because no incorporation date is available on the entity's authoritative record; the earliest independent trace of the entity there is 2018.

WIKILIX did not find evidence of fraud, and the company behind the brand is real, active on an authoritative record and located at the address it advertises. What WIKILIX did find is that essentially nothing a client needs to judge a broker is published: no licence number, no trading conditions, no platform, no funding terms. That makes the firm high risk and unverified rather than a confirmed scam. Do not deposit until you have seen the licence documentation and the client agreement yourself.

The footer disclaimer on the broker's own site states that PT. Artamas Futures cannot provide services to and does not accept clients from the United States, Iran and North Korea. The disclaimer page adds that its services may only be used in accordance with the law of the Republic of Indonesia. The site is published in Indonesian only, which points to a domestic Indonesian client base.

No. There is no registration form, no client portal and no open-live-account link on the website. The only forms are short enquiry boxes that collect a name, email and phone number. Onboarding therefore happens offline, by telephone or email.

The site publishes no funding page, no payment methods, no fees, no processing times and no withdrawal limits. It does state that client money is held in a segregated account. Because no withdrawal terms are documented anywhere, you would be depositing against an undocumented process, which is a material risk.

The website names none. It says only that the trading platform can be reached from iPhone, iPad and Android devices. There is no MetaTrader, cTrader or proprietary platform named, no download link and no web terminal link on any page of the site.

Neither is published. The site refers in general terms to competitive prices and spreads and to flexible leverage on commodity trading, but it states no figure for leverage, no spread, no commission and no swap policy anywhere. A broker that advertises competitive pricing without publishing a single number is asking you to take the claim on trust.

The broker does not publish one. There is no accounts page, no pricing page and no deposit page on the website, so a minimum deposit figure would have to be obtained from the firm directly. Get it in writing before you transfer anything.

The operating legal entity is PT. ARTA MAS FUTURES, an Indonesian perseroan terbatas. It is confirmed on an authoritative record with entity status active, registered as 02.393.338.5-063.000 in the Company Directory of the Ministry of Trade, at 19-I Grand Slipi Tower, Jl S Parman Kav 22-24, Jakarta Barat 11480. Its Legal Entity Identifier, 213800A4TIGRMX7W1U17, lapsed in 2019 and has not been renewed. No individual owners, directors or shareholders are named on the website.

Not verifiably. The broker's own website at artamasfutures.com markets the firm as legally established and mentions licensed commodity trading in Indonesia in general marketing copy, but it publishes no licence number, no named supervisory authority, no certificate and no link to any register. WIKILIX found a claim of an Indonesian retail forex permission numbered 601/BAPPEBTI/SI/I/2005 attached to this firm, but the broker itself does not repeat it and it was not confirmed with the issuing authority in this review. Treat the supervision as unverified.

Licence 601/BAPPEBTI/SI/I/2005 was issued by Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komodit (BAPPEBTI), the financial authority for Indonesia.
Arta Mas Futures holds this BAPPEBTI licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
No. This licence is no longer in force, or the BAPPEBTI register did not carry it when we looked. It is kept on record because a closed registration is part of a firm’s history.
Wikilix rates BAPPEBTI tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, BAPPEBTI is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
