Finding

An EU Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) authorisation under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, covering crowdfunding services (asset safekeeping, special purpose vehicles and a bulletin board), operated under the CrowdX brand. It is a genuine EU authorisation, but it is a crowdfunding licence, not a retail forex or CFD trading licence. Client protection: EU ECSP crowdfunding regime; note that crowdfunding investments themselves are not protected against investment loss.. Effective: 22 Jan 2024.
