Finding

A genuine Cyprus Investment Firm licence, but it belongs to Peaksight Ltd, a separate company in the same group, licensed on 11 December 2023 and based in Limassol. CySEC's register lists www.peaksightltd.com as its approved website. fxnovus.com is not on that record, so this licence, its MiFID protections and the Cypriot Investor Compensation Fund do not extend to FXNovus clients. FXNovus does not claim this licence in its own legal documents, but the association is repeated widely in third-party material about the brand. Client protection: None for FXNovus clients. The licence covers Peaksight Ltd and its own approved website only.. Effective: 11 Dec 2023.
