Verification note

Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation held by Ronin Europe Limited. The scope published on the company's own legal information page covers brokerage services, portfolio management, investment advice and dealing on own account, plus ancillary safekeeping, margin dealing and underwriting services. It is a securities and wealth management permission rather than a retail CFD-only licence.

Nobody at Wikilix has looked this licence up on the official register yet. Everything above comes from the record as supplied; treat it as a claim until you have checked it yourself.

Most Popular Questions

Not in the retail sense. It is a Cyprus investment firm offering brokerage, portfolio management and custody to private and corporate clients, and it can deal in currencies through futures and over the counter markets. It does not market retail forex or CFD accounts, so anyone looking for a leveraged trading account will not find one here.

The operating company was incorporated in Cyprus on 21 August 2006 and licensed in October 2007, which the official registry confirms. It was originally registered as NOMOS INVESTMENT (CYPRUS) LIMITED and took the Ronin Europe name in April 2009. Audited financial statements are published for each year from 2021 to 2025.

The company publishes a complaints policy and a downloadable complaint form on its regulatory framework page, which is the first route to use. Because the firm is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, a complaint that the firm does not resolve can be escalated to the authority that supervises it.

By telephone on +357 25 878939, by fax on +357 25 878291, or by email at europe@ron.in. The office address is 19 Promachon Eleftherias, ALPHA TOWER, Agios Athanasios, 4103 Limassol, Cyprus. There is no live chat, no help centre and no published social media account, so those three routes are the whole of it.

The company does not say. We read every page the site publishes and found no accepted or restricted country list, no terms and conditions document and no public registration form with a country selector. The absence of a published block is not the same as acceptance, so eligibility has to be confirmed with the firm directly.

The company publishes no deposit or withdrawal methods, no processing times and no funding limits. There is no funding or payments page on the site at all. Because withdrawal terms are unpublished, they are one of the specific things to get in writing before any money is transferred.

The company describes access to fixed income instruments, equities, currencies and futures, plus over the counter and derivative markets, through the leading global exchanges. It also offers portfolio management and custody, with direct accounts at Euroclear for developed markets and safekeeping arrangements for markets including mainland China, Hong Kong, India and Korea.

The company publishes no trading platform. There is no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader offering and no platform download anywhere on the site. Existing clients use a private login portal at mobile.ron.in, which is a client area rather than a publicly documented trading terminal.

None is advertised. The licence covers brokerage, portfolio management, investment advice and dealing on own account, together with ancillary margin dealing on the securities market, but the company publishes no retail leverage figures because it does not market a leveraged retail trading product.

The company publishes no spreads, commissions or fee schedule. It does publish a best execution policy and a conflict of interests policy on its regulatory framework page, but neither is a price list. Costs here are set in the client agreement rather than advertised, so ask for the full schedule in writing before committing funds.

The company does not publish a minimum deposit. There is no account opening page, no pricing page and no published schedule of any kind, so the entry requirement would have to be agreed directly with the firm. Any figure quoted elsewhere is not something the company itself states.

Ronin Europe Limited names Ronin Partners B.V. as its shareholder on its own legal information page. That company is registered in the Netherlands under commercial register number 34311155 and is recorded as an active entity, which makes the ownership disclosure checkable rather than merely asserted.

We found no indication that it is. The company named on the site is recorded as active on the official Cyprus company registry, its registered office and its entire board match what the company publishes, it holds a genuine European licence and it files audited accounts every year. The honest caution is different: it publishes no client agreement or fee schedule, so the commercial terms have to be requested directly.

Yes. Ronin Europe Limited holds licence 081/07 from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, issued on 31 October 2007, and the licence is in force. CySEC is an onshore European Union authority, so this is mainstream supervision rather than an offshore registration.

Licence 081/07 was issued by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the financial authority for Cyprus.
Ronin Europe holds this CySEC licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
Nobody at Wikilix has looked this entry up on the CySEC register yet, so treat it as claimed rather than confirmed. That is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
The CySEC register prints it under Ronin Europe Ltd, not Ronin Europe. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates CySEC tier 2: a well-established regime with real supervision, usually with lower compensation limits than a tier-1 authority.
