Confirmed on the CMA-Kenya register as IC Markets (KE) Limited (Non-Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker (category id 5): the agency / STP permission for online foreign exchange brokerage). The broker's own website. Our mainWebsite icmarkets.com 301-redirects to www.ic.com, and its Kenya section at https://www.ic.com/ke/en/ prints verbatim: "IC Markets (KE) Limited is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kenya with License Number 199." That is character-for-character the register row's Name cell "IC Markets (KE) Limited" and the register's printed License Number "199".
