ASIC has named 19 additional known entities involved in superannuation lead generation activities as part of its ongoing work to address practices that inappropriately or unnecessarily encourage consumers to switch their superannuation. The entities have been added to an updated public list, which builds on the initial list of 44 entities published in February 2026.
The expanded list covers entities that have been involved in lead generation, acted as referral partners, or operated as advice licensees or corporate authorised representatives that acquired leads since 1 July 2024. ASIC has committed to updating this list of authorised representatives, financial advisers, financial services licensees and websites over the course of its review to promote transparency for consumers and investors.
Additional entities named by ASIC
The new entities added to ASIC's list are: Advisorlink Pty Ltd, Australian Superannuation Resources Pty Ltd, Biz Leadz Pty Ltd (in external administration), Data4U Pty Ltd, Fund21 Pty Ltd, GBX PS Pty Ltd, Grow Your Super Australia Pty Ltd, Infinity Finance Australia Pty Ltd, Fast Track Super, Successful Super, Spark Marketing Group Pty Ltd, Tash Co Pty Ltd, The Trustee for J Gardner Trust, Brightday Melbourne Pty Ltd, Lunaris Wealth Pty Ltd, Phoenix Advisory Group Pty Ltd, Solara Wealth Pty Ltd, The Trustee for the Pure Private Wealth Trust, and Wise Investments Direct Pty Ltd.
ASIC stated that the naming of entities in this list should not be construed as an indication that a contravention of the law has occurred. Instead, the list is intended to increase visibility of participants in superannuation lead generation and related referral arrangements.
Regulatory focus and potential enforcement
ASIC has warned that lead generators that mislead consumers, use high pressure tactics, or provide financial services without a licence risk contravening the law. The regulator also noted that licensed persons or entities that engage the services of such lead generators share this risk if they rely on leads obtained through improper conduct.
Consumers are urged to exercise additional caution when dealing with any business that uses lead generation in relation to superannuation. ASIC indicated it is putting market participants on notice and will consider taking enforcement action where evidence of contraventions of the law is detected.
The ongoing review and periodic updates to the list reflect ASIC's continued scrutiny of superannuation switching practices and the role of lead generation in influencing consumer decisions.
