FCA warns PINEXFINANCECHAIN is not authorised to offer UK financial services

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has highlighted that PINEXFINANCECHAIN is not authorised to provide or promote financial services or products in the United Kingdom. The firm, which uses the email address [email protected] and the website www.pinexfinancechain.com, may be targeting people in the UK without the necessary regulatory permission.

According to the information published, almost all firms and individuals must be authorised or registered by the FCA to carry out or promote financial services in the UK. Operating without such authorisation means a firm is not subject to the FCA's regulatory oversight and associated consumer protections.

The FCA notes that if consumers choose to deal with PINEXFINANCECHAIN, they will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service should they wish to make a complaint. The absence of this recourse limits options for resolving disputes with the firm through the established UK financial complaints framework.

In addition, customers of PINEXFINANCECHAIN would not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if things go wrong. Without FSCS coverage, it is unlikely that individuals would get their money back if the firm were to go out of business.

The notice underscores the importance of checking whether a firm is authorised or registered by the FCA before engaging with any financial services provider or product promoter in the UK. The information regarding PINEXFINANCECHAIN was published on 01/06/2026.
