Is AccuIndex a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Offshore-licensed broker with overstated regulation

AccuIndex is a licensed broker, not a confirmed scam, but its overstated regulation and repeated complaints about cancelled profits make it high risk.

  • Real licences: Accuindex Limited, the company that holds international clients' accounts, is on the FSC Mauritius register as an Investment Dealer, licensed on 26 May 2020. Sister companies hold CySEC licence 340/17 (for the EU site accuindex.eu) and a Labuan FSA money-broking licence.
  • Overstated regulation: the site advertises five regulators, but its St. Vincent and the Grenadines entity is only a registered company, and the SVG FSA says it does not license forex brokers. The UAE permit only allows introducing clients.
  • Complaint pattern: 21% of 220 Trustpilot reviews are one-star, and many describe profits cancelled or withdrawals refused after profitable trading, from 2021 to September 2026.
  • No fraud finding: we found no regulator enforcement action against the Accuindex companies and no fraud case naming them. A Ukrainian notice names only the brand, and a separate look-alike site, accuindexeu.com, was flagged in Spain.
  • History: about ten years, with the domain and the first company both dating from 2016.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate AccuIndex high risk, not a scam. The licences are real, but the way the broker presents them, and a long-running pattern of complaints about cancelled profits, leave risks we could not resolve.

  • The licence that covers you is offshore. Accounts opened on accuindex.com are held by Accuindex Limited in Mauritius. The FSC register lists it as an Investment Dealer since 26 May 2020, with the contact email info@accuindex.com. Mauritius has no investor compensation fund comparable to the one in Cyprus.
  • The CySEC licence is for a different website. CySEC lists accuindex.eu as the only approved domain of Accuindex EU Ltd. The accuindex.com Client Agreement says the Cyprus company is not a party to it, so EU protections such as the Investor Compensation Fund do not apply to accuindex.com accounts.
  • A company registration is sold as regulation. The footer and About page say the St. Vincent company is 'authorized and regulated' and 'licensed' by the SVG FSA. The FSA's own register shows a business company, and the FSA states that it does not issue licences for forex trading or brokerage.
  • The history is polished. The About page says Accuindex EU was granted CySEC licence 340/17 in 2017. CySEC lists the firm's earlier names as RZT Capital Ltd and Ruizean Markets Ltd, and Accuindex announced that it bought Ruizean Markets in November 2020. The Labuan licence holder was previously called Tibiglobe Ltd.
  • Clients report cancelled profits. About 26 one-star Trustpilot reviews describe money problems. Sixteen came in a burst on 7 to 10 November 2021. Later cases include $3,000 of profit deleted (January 2024), a bank withdrawal reported as sent but never received (May 2025), and profits deleted as abusive trading (September 2026). In a January 2024 reply the company confirmed it had refused a withdrawal because, in its view, the client broke its terms. A detailed complaint on a third-party broker directory describes a 20,000 USDT withdrawal approved in April 2026 that the client says never arrived.
  • Two regulator notices use the name. Ukraine's NSSMC listed ACCUINDEX in March 2024 as unlicensed in Ukraine, without naming a website or company, so it cannot be tied to accuindex.com with certainty. Spain's CNMV warned in February 2025 about accuindexeu.com, a look-alike site outside the group.
  • How the number is built. Our six risk scores average 47%. There is no hard evidence of fraud, so the result sits in the high-risk band rather than the scam band.

  • E1FSC Mauritius register lists ACCUINDEX LIMITED as an SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), licensed 26 May 2020, with email info@accuindex.com and telephone 464 4888, matching the broker's own contact details.

  • E2CySEC register lists Accuindex EU Ltd, licence 340/17 dated 23 October 2017, company 360650, previous names RZT Capital Ltd and Ruizean Markets Ltd, with www.accuindex.eu as its only approved domain and order execution among its permitted services.

  • E3Cyprus Registrar of Companies shows ACCUINDEX EU LIMITED (HE 360650) as a registered private company formed on 30 September 2016, with RUIZEAN MARKETS LTD and RZT CAPITAL LTD as previous names.

  • E4Labuan FSA directory lists Accuindex APAC Ltd. (formerly known as Tibiglobe Ltd.) among Labuan money brokers, with contact email nsaleh@accuindex.com and Nael Taher Saleh Saleh as principal officer.

  • E5UAE CMA register shows ACCUINDEX MENA FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C as Active with an Introduction licence (Category 5). The CMA notice on the page says the company is not licensed for brokerage in derivatives or spot FX, which matches the broker's own description of it as an introducer.

  • E6The broker's footer and About page say Accuindex Limited in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 23639 BC 2016, is 'Authorized and regulated' and was 'licensed' by the SVG FSA, and list it among 'Our Five Regulators'.

  • E7SVG FSA entity search lists ACCUINDEX LIMITED, no. 23639, as a BC-Business Company, Active, incorporated 26 September 2016, with Euro-Caribbean Trustees Ltd as registered agent: a company registration, not a licence.

  • E8An SVG FSA warning notice dated 2 February 2026, about another firm, states that the Authority does not issue licences for forex trading or brokerage and does not regulate or license business companies engaged in forex.

  • E9A press release of 11 November 2020 announces that Accuindex acquired CySEC-licensed Ruizean Markets Ltd (licence 340/17), while the About page says Accuindex EU Limited was granted that licence in 2017.

    ModeratePR Newswire
  • E10The accuindex.com Client Agreement (Version 18) is between clients and ACCUINDEX LIMITED (Mauritius), is governed by Mauritius law, and says Accuindex EU Limited is not a party, so accuindex.com accounts fall outside the CySEC licence.

  • E11Trustpilot page for accuindex.com: 220 reviews, TrustScore 3.0, 70% five-star and 21% one-star. About 26 one-star reviews describe cancelled profits or refused or missing withdrawals, 16 of them posted on 7 to 10 November 2021, with later cases in 2023, 2024, 2025 and September 2026. In January 2024 the company replied to one client that the withdrawal was refused because the client had abused its terms.

  • E12IOSCO I-SCAN relays a Ukraine NSSMC notice of 21 March 2024 naming the commercial name ACCUINDEX as an unlicensed entity likely serving Ukrainian consumers. It names no website or company, so it cannot be tied to accuindex.com with certainty, and it is a licensing notice rather than a fraud finding.

  • E13IOSCO I-SCAN relays a CNMV (Spain) warning of 6 February 2025 about accuindexeu.com, a look-alike domain outside the Accuindex group; the genuine EU site is accuindex.eu.

  • E14FCA register search for accuindex returns only Accuindex EU Limited (reference 796389, also known as www.accuindex.eu), shown as no longer authorised, and no unauthorised-firm or clone entry for the brand.

  • E15Verisign RDAP shows accuindex.com registered on 26 August 2016 through GoDaddy, consistent with the broker's 2016 and 2017 start dates.

  • E16The licences page names the SVG FSA as the 'Regulatory Body' for the St. Vincent company, says the group operates through five regulated entities, and says each entity is audited by its regulator.

  • E17The promotions page offers a 30% deposit bonus up to $5,000 to new and existing clients, alongside leverage up to 1:400 on the international accounts.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

There is a strong case that AccuIndex is a real, working broker.

  • Four group companies appear on the registers of the FSC Mauritius, CySEC, the Labuan FSA and the UAE CMA, and two of those entries list accuindex.com email addresses.
  • The brand has about ten years of verifiable history: accuindex.com was registered in August 2016 and the first Accuindex company was formed in September 2016.
  • The UAE entity is described accurately as an introducer that does not hold client money, which matches the CMA register.
  • Profit cancellations are usually based on contract clauses against abusive trading, and the company says the clients broke its terms. The November 2021 burst may come from one introducing broker's clients, since an introducer complained of unpaid rebates in the same days.
  • Most reviews are positive, and some complainants say earlier withdrawals were paid. The Ukrainian notice is a licensing notice, not a fraud finding, and the Spanish warning concerns a look-alike site, not accuindex.com.
  • We found no fine, licence suspension or fraud case against any Accuindex company.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

These facts would move the rating.

  • Lower risk: the broker removes the claim that the St. Vincent company is regulated, states plainly which company holds each client's money, and discloses that its Cyprus and Labuan licences came with acquired companies.
  • Lower risk: independent, recent reports of profits and withdrawals paid in full, or published resolutions of the cancelled-profit cases.
  • Higher risk: any FSC Mauritius, CySEC or Labuan FSA action against an Accuindex company, or a regulator warning that names accuindex.com.
  • Higher risk: more reports of withdrawals marked as paid that never arrive, or any request for a fee before funds are released.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

14 questions
Is AccuIndex a scam?

It is not a confirmed scam. AccuIndex is run by real companies that appear on the registers of the FSC Mauritius, CySEC and the Labuan FSA. We still rate it high risk because it overstates its regulation and has a long record of complaints about cancelled profits.

Is AccuIndex a fraud?

We found no evidence of fraud: no regulator enforcement action, no fraud case naming the companies and no regulator warning naming accuindex.com. Clients do report cancelled profits and some withdrawals not received, which the company says follow from breaches of its terms.

Is AccuIndex regulated?

Yes, in part. Accuindex Limited, which holds international accounts, is licensed by the FSC Mauritius as an Investment Dealer. The group also has CySEC licence 340/17 for its EU site, a Labuan FSA money-broking licence and a UAE introducer permit. Its St. Vincent and the Grenadines entity is not regulated.

Which company holds my money if I open an account on accuindex.com?

Accuindex Limited in Mauritius. The Client Agreement says the Cyprus company is not a party to it. That means Mauritius rules apply, not EU rules.

Is the St. Vincent and the Grenadines licence real?

No. 23639 BC 2016 is a business company registration. The SVG FSA says it does not issue licences for forex trading or brokerage, so calling this entity regulated is misleading.

Does the CySEC licence protect me?

Only if you are a client of Accuindex EU Ltd through accuindex.eu, the only website CySEC lists for it. Accounts opened on accuindex.com are with the Mauritius company, so the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund does not cover them.

Can I withdraw my money from AccuIndex?

Many clients do, but a recurring group of complaints says profits were cancelled or withdrawals refused after profitable trading. A few say a withdrawal was marked as paid but never arrived. Test a small withdrawal first and read the bonus and abusive-trading clauses.

Is my money safe with AccuIndex?

The broker says client money is segregated, and the Mauritius licence is real. But Mauritius has no compensation fund comparable to Cyprus, leverage goes up to 1:400, and offshore protection is weaker than in the EU, UK or Australia. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.

Who owns and runs AccuIndex?

The website names Ali El Khatib and Hasan Al Aggad as co-founders and Nael Saleh as chief executive. Nael Taher Saleh Saleh is also listed on the UAE CMA register as a director and on the Labuan FSA directory as principal officer.

How old is AccuIndex?

About ten years. accuindex.com was registered on 26 August 2016 and the St. Vincent company on 26 September 2016. Its licensed Cyprus and Labuan companies were acquired later, the Cyprus one in 2020.

Is AccuIndex a clone?

No. accuindex.com is the brand's own site and is tied to the licensed companies through the regulators' records. A separate look-alike, accuindexeu.com, was the subject of a CNMV warning in February 2025 and is not part of the group.

What is the UAE CMA licence worth?

Very little for trading. It is a Category 5 introducer permit, and the CMA states that it does not allow brokerage in derivatives or spot FX. UAE clients are signed up with the Mauritius company.

What should I check before depositing with AccuIndex?

Check the company named in your agreement, the bonus terms and the withdrawal rules. Confirm the website address, make a small test withdrawal first, and keep records of every request.

What should I do if AccuIndex cancels my profits or refuses a withdrawal?

Ask in writing for the exact clause and the trade evidence, and keep copies. If that does not resolve it, complain to the FSC Mauritius for accounts with Accuindex Limited, or to CySEC for accounts with Accuindex EU Ltd. Avoid paid 'recovery' services.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

If you are considering AccuIndex, check exactly which company you are signing with before you deposit.

  • Accounts opened on accuindex.com are with Accuindex Limited in Mauritius. If you live in the EU and want CySEC protection, use only accuindex.eu and confirm that your agreement names Accuindex EU Ltd.
  • Do not treat the St. Vincent and the Grenadines registration as a licence. It gives you no regulatory protection.
  • Read the bonus and abusive-trading clauses before you accept a deposit bonus. Many complaints involve profits removed under those terms.
  • Start small and make a test withdrawal before adding more money. Keep screenshots of trades, balances and every withdrawal request.
  • Use only accuindex.com, my.accuindex.com and accuindex.eu. Spain's CNMV has warned about the look-alike site accuindexeu.com.
  • If profits are cancelled or a withdrawal is refused, complain in writing to the company first, then to the FSC Mauritius for accounts with Accuindex Limited. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money for a fee.
