What AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Agile Global Limited publishes three legal pages, and none says how to get your money out. The contract holds your whole balance as security and lets the firm lend it out. Profit on any trade you close inside two minutes can be cancelled. You get one day to object to a statement before it binds you.

01

Nothing Agile Global Limited publishes tells you how to take money out. Clause 6 holds your whole balance as security for anything the firm says you owe. It also lets the firm lend your property to itself or to others.

Why this matters

No clause sets a deadline for paying you, so nothing holds Agile Global Limited to a date. If the firm claims you owe it something, it can keep your balance against that claim instead of sending it to you.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or ASIC must keep retail client money separate from their own, and must tell clients how to get it back. This contract has no withdrawal clause and holds your funds as security for the firm.

AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingMost retail trading contracts set out a withdrawal procedure, even a slow one. This one never uses the word withdrawal. The only clauses about moving your money describe the firm's own right to move it, pledge it or lend it.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6The firm can liquidate your positions without notice and then hold the proceeds under the same lien.

The Zero Spread Account page says the firm is regulated in Saint Lucia and by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. No regulator appears anywhere in the documents you agree to.

Why this matters

A regulator is who you complain to when a firm will not pay you. This contract names none, and it says that if Agile Global Limited fails you are a general creditor. The claim is also made in the name of Agile Global FX, not the company you sign with.

Exhibit 2Critical

A statement from Agile Global Limited becomes correct and binding one day after the firm sends it. Your silence counts as approval of everything the firm did.

Why this matters

You have one day to spot an error and object in writing. Written objections only count when delivered or sent by registered mail to Saint Lucia, which nobody manages in a day.

What it costsA statement sent to you on Monday binds you on Tuesday. An error you find on Wednesday is already treated as agreed.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC have to take a retail complaint long after the trade and point the client to an independent body. This contract closes the door after one day.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5The firm can adjust your balance after a price error, and one day later that adjusted figure binds you.
04

Close a trade less than two minutes after opening it and Agile Global Limited calls that scalping. Clause 15(f) lets the firm cancel or reverse the profit at its sole discretion.

Why this matters

Agile Global Limited can take back the profit on a fast trade. It never gives back the loss on one, and the contract names nobody you can appeal to.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual

AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Same clause as Exhibit 8The idle account charge is one item in the same unpriced list.

Profit on a fast trade can be cancelled at the firm's discretion

Any trade you open and close inside 120 seconds counts as scalping, and clause 15(f) lets Agile Global Limited cancel or reverse the profit at its sole discretion. After a pricing error the firm can adjust your account, then decide the dispute about that adjustment itself.

Profit reversal1 clause flagged

After a quoting or execution error, Agile Global Limited can make corrections or adjustments to your account. It then decides any dispute about that error in what the contract calls its sole and absolute discretion.

Why this matters

Agile Global Limited can adjust a price that moved in your favour, then judge your complaint about the adjustment. The contract also says it is not liable for the balance that results.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usual

The foregoing list is not meant to be exhaustive and in the event of a quoting or execution error, the Company reserves the right to make the necessary corrections or adjustments on the account involved. Someone else using your password still binds you. The Terms make you liable to Agile Global Limited for trades placed with your password even where that use is wrongful.

What it costs45 business days is about nine working weeks from the day you send the complaint.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK)

A firm licensed by the FCA has to give a retail client a final answer within eight weeks and then point them to an independent ombudsman. Agile Global Limited names no outside body.

AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The account page claims two regulators the contract never names

Agile Global Limited's Zero Spread Account page says the firm is regulated in Saint Lucia and by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. Its Terms name no regulator at all, and tell you that in an insolvency your claim ranks as a general creditor. The same site advertises leverage of 1:500 while the contract describes about 100 times your equity.

Claim against contract1 clause flagged

The account types page offers leverage up to 1:500 on every account. The contract puts it at about 100 times your equity, then gives an example that works out at 200 times.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from these pages how large a position your deposit will support. The number that binds Agile Global Limited sits in the contract, not on the page that sold you the account.

Agile Global Limited publishes no amount for any of its charges

Clause 9 makes you pay markups, statement charges, order cancellation charges and transfer charges, and no document gives a figure for any of them. Agile Global Limited can change its fees without notice and converts your currency at a rate it sets itself. A shortfall left after a close out costs you 3 percentage points over its bank's prime rate, plus legal fees.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

If closing your positions does not cover what you owe, you pay the rest on demand. Agile Global Limited adds interest at 3 percentage points above its bank's prime rate, plus collection and legal fees.

Why this matters

Your loss is not capped at the money in your account. A gap left after a forced close out becomes a debt the firm chases you for, with interest and legal costs on top.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual3%

In the event the proceeds realized pursuant to this authorization are insufficient for the payment of all liabilities of Trader due to the Company, Trader shall promptly pay upon demand, the deficit and all unpaid liabilities, together with interest thereon equal to three (3%) percentage points above then prevailing prime rate at the Company’s principal bank or the maximum interest by law, whichever is lower, and all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, witness travel expenses and the like.

Set against a regulated standard: ESMA (EU), FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia)

Retail clients of firms under ESMA, FCA or ASIC rules cannot lose more than the money in their trading account. This contract makes you pay the shortfall, with interest and costs added.

AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Agile Global Limited can liquidate everything without telling you first

Clause 7 lets Agile Global Limited sell your positions and cancel your orders with no prior notice, and one trigger is any circumstance the firm decides is appropriate for its own protection. It can raise margin at any time and close your largest losing position once equity falls below 70% of margin used. It can also change the terms by posting them on the website.

Account control3 clauses flagged

Agile Global Limited can change the agreement at any time, with or without telling you, by posting the change on its website. Checking for changes is your job under clause 28.

Why this matters

A term you read today can be different tomorrow and still bind you. Clause 20 says no change counts unless you and an officer of the firm both sign it, so the contract contradicts itself.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, and at any time, with or without notice to Trader, by posting such changes on the Company website. The footer of every Agile Global Limited page lists seven countries it does not serve. The United States and the United Arab Emirates are on that list. The registration form lets you pick any of them.

What changed quietly

First policy review of Agile Global Limited, so no earlier review exists for comparison.

The company registration number under the address has gone, so no company number appears anywhere on the site now.

The documents this reading is based on

3 files, all published by AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED publishes.

Who the contract is with

Agile Global Limited

Agile Global Limited is the only company named in the contract, which opens by saying that for these Terms and Conditions it will be referred to as the Company. The address given is Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Castries, Saint Lucia. No document names a regulator, a licence number, a compensation scheme or a company number, and the registration number that used to sit under the address in the footer is no longer there. The Zero Spread Account page makes a regulation claim in the name of Agile Global FX, which is not the name of the company you contract with. Whether those two registrations exist is a question for our scam report, not for a reading of the contract.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The risk disclosure is unusually direct. Agile Global Limited writes down that your funds may not be protected if it goes insolvent. It also says it may be the counterparty to your trades. Few offshore firms say either out loud. The complaint route has a named email address and a published timetable. All three documents are plain web pages rather than PDFs, so you can search them on a phone. The restricted countries notice sits in the footer of every page instead of an appendix.

Agile Global Limited publishes three legal documents, and this review covers all three in full: the Terms and Conditions, the Risk Warning and the Privacy Policy. There is no payment or withdrawal document, no identity checking policy and no order execution policy. Several questions in this review therefore have no document to answer them. Anything shown only inside the client portal, which needs an account, is not covered. An earlier copy of the Terms from July 2025 reads the same as today on every clause we flagged. For the Privacy Policy, the only earlier copy we had is from February 2026.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 5, 2026.

If you represent AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on AGILE GLOBAL LIMITED. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
