Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
AlgoBI is a contract-for-difference brand launched in 2025 and operated by DXA SEYCHELLES LIMITED, a Seychelles company registered under number 8438281-1 with a registered office at Abis Centre, Providence Industrial Estate, P.O. Box 1466, Victoria, Mahe. The company states on its own site that it is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under licence number SD218, and the entity itself appears on the Seychelles Business Register as company C8438281.
Regulation and what it protects. A Seychelles Securities Dealer licence is an offshore, low-tier permission. It is a real licence and not a company registration, but it comes with no deposit compensation scheme, no negative balance protection requirement and no leverage cap comparable to an onshore regime. Clients trading with AlgoBI are dealing with an offshore entity, and no onshore regulator supervises the relationship. The company states it does not accept residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Myanmar or Russia.
What they offer. AlgoBI advertises more than 300 CFD instruments across forex, metals, commodities, shares, indices and cryptocurrencies. Trading is done on the broker's own AlgoBI WebTrader in the browser and the AlgoBI Mobile App, with charting supplied by TradingView. There is no MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 offering. Three live tiers are published: Silver, Gold and Platinum, all with leverage up to 1:200, a 5% stop-out level and a 0.01 minimum deal size; Gold and Platinum are sold as discounts on Silver's spreads and swaps rather than on separately published pricing. A swap-free Islamic account and a demo account are also offered. The minimum deposit to open a live account is $250.
Funding. Deposits are accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay, e-wallets and bank transfer. The company states deposits are free and processed immediately, and that withdrawals may take up to three business days with fees varying by payment provider. No spread table, commission schedule, per-channel limit or withdrawal fee schedule is published anywhere on the site.
Support. Support is offered 24/5 by live chat, email and telephone in English, Spanish and Arabic, with local contact numbers listed for more than twenty countries across Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. The company states plainly that it maintains no office, branch or physical presence in any of those jurisdictions.
Honest caveats. This is a young, offshore-only operator with unusually thin disclosure of its actual trading costs, and our research found a consistent and serious pattern of client reports from Latin America describing blocked withdrawals, escalating demands for further deposits before funds are released, and pressure from telephone advisers. Those accounts have not been resolved and they align with the marketing footprint the brand runs in that region. AlgoBI is not suitable for anyone who needs the protection of an onshore regulator, and we would advise extreme caution before depositing.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority SeychellesTier 3
A Seychelles securities dealer authorisation. The regulator's own register lists DXA Seychelles Limited as a licensed securities dealer, and records the trade name ALGOBI together with the website algobi.com, so the licence genuinely belongs to this operation. What it does not do is protect you. Seychelles has light capital requirements, no client compensation fund and no ombudsman you can appeal to, and the licence gives no standing at all to clients in Malaysia, the Gulf, Southeast Asia or Latin America, which is where the complaints come from. The register does not publish licence numbers or issue dates, so the number SD218 is the broker's own statement rather than something the register displays, and the broker publishes no verification link of its own.
Client protection: Low. No compensation scheme, no segregation guarantee you can verify, and no recourse for clients outside Seychelles..
