The company is recorded as active on the Australian Business Register, with an ABN active from 28 April 2000, and it previously operated under the name INTEQ LIMITED.

Regulation. The brand is associated with Australian Financial Services Licence number 237244, issued in Australia and held by ALPHA TRADE PTY LTD, with an effective date of 6 November 2003. The licence covers derivatives and securities dealing and advisory activity on a straight-through-processing basis. Two caveats matter for a prospective client.
