Alvexo has 2 licences on record with Wikilix, issued by 2 authorities across 2 jurisdictions. One of them was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority — the regimes with the strictest capital, reporting and client-money rules. None has yet been located on an issuing authority’s own register, so every entry here should be read as claimed rather than confirmed.

One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.

Most Popular Questions

Act now rather than waiting for the site to return. Gather every record you have, including statements, deposit receipts and correspondence. Contact your card issuer or bank about a chargeback if the deposit is recent enough to qualify. If your account was with the Cyprus entity, put a formal written complaint to the firm and then escalate to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman and to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, quoting licence 236/14. If your account was with the Seychelles entity, your route is a complaint to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, but be aware there is no compensation scheme behind it.

The Cyprus operating company was incorporated on 13 May 2013, confirmed on the Cyprus registry, and its licence took effect on 3 June 2014. That gives the brand a verifiable history of more than a decade, which is genuinely unusual and counts in its favour. The concern is not its age but its present state: a long lived brand that has taken its website offline and put a national domain up for sale is winding down, not building.

Yes. The Monetary Authority of Singapore placed the brand on its investor alert list on 1 March 2019. That list names entities that may have been wrongly perceived as licensed in Singapore. The entry has not been withdrawn. Separately, the Cyprus licence was suspended and subsequently reinstated in October 2023, so the firm has been through at least one formal supervisory intervention.

It depends entirely on which entity held the account, and this is the single most important distinction on this profile. A client of the Cyprus entity falls under an authorisation that carries investor compensation cover of up to EUR 20,000 and access to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman. A client of the Seychelles entity, which is the one behind the main .com address, has no compensation scheme at all behind their deposit. Same brand, same platform, materially different protection.

We cannot tell you, and we will not guess. The country policy of a broker is established from its own client agreement, its restricted countries page, its signup form's country selector, its anti money laundering policy and its footer disclaimer. Not one of those was reachable during this review because the website is offline, so no restricted or accepted country list is recorded on this profile. The absence of a list here means the question is unanswered, never that everyone is accepted.

Four tiers: Classic, Gold, Prime and Elite, in ascending order. The higher tiers bought tighter spreads and more leverage. Only Prime and Elite have documented leverage figures, at 1:300 and 1:400. Per tier minimum deposits are not published anywhere reachable, so we leave them blank rather than guess.

More than 450 instruments are documented, all as contracts for difference: currency pairs, commodities, indices, bonds, European and US shares including a cannabis sector basket, and cryptocurrencies. Precise per class instrument counts are not published anywhere we could reach, so we do not state them.

Two channels are documented: credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and bank wire transfer. Card withdrawals were quoted at four to seven business days and bank wire withdrawals at up to fourteen business days, both slow by current standards. Deposits required proof of identity, proof of residence dated within the last six months and a copy of the payment card. No fees or minimum and maximum amounts are published anywhere reachable, so we list none rather than assume they were free.

Proprietary software only: a browser based WebTrader requiring no download, and a mobile app for iOS and Android with live quotes and price alerts. No third party terminal such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader is documented. A proprietary only platform is worth noting because it means a client cannot export their trading history or strategies to another broker, and cannot independently verify pricing against the same terminal elsewhere.

Pricing was by floating spread, with no per lot commission documented. The spread tightened with the account tier, from around 2.9 pips on the entry Classic account down to as little as 0.1 pips on Elite. The minimum trade size on record is 0.25 lots. Note that a 2.9 pip spread on a major currency pair is expensive, so the headline 0.1 pip figure applied only to the highest tier.

Up to 1:400 on the top Elite tier and 1:300 on Prime. Leverage at that level is a European retail client's clearest signal that they are dealing with the offshore arm rather than the Cyprus one, because a Cyprus authorised firm is capped far lower for retail clients. At 1:400 a market move of a quarter of one percent against a fully margined position wipes out the position.

The documented account minimum is EUR 500. That is well above the EUR 100 to EUR 250 that is typical in the retail CFD market, and it means a new client had to commit meaningful capital before being able to test execution or a withdrawal. Per account tier minimums are not published anywhere we could reach.

There is no evidence that the brand was a fabricated operation. The company is real and current on the Cyprus registry, and the licences are genuine. But that is not the same as safe. The trading service is now unreachable, a national regulator in Singapore placed the brand on an investor alert list in March 2019 and has not removed it, and there is a documented pattern of client complaints about frozen accounts and blocked withdrawals that the operator does not appear to have resolved. Our position is high risk and unverifiable, not confirmed fraud.

No. At the time of this review the main address did not resolve, and neither did the .eu, .fr or .it addresses. Both a direct request and a full browser were tried on each. The .de address does resolve, but it has been released by the brand and is publicly listed for sale by a domain marketplace. A control test confirmed the failures were not a fault at our end. There is currently no reachable way to open an account, log in, contact support or request a withdrawal.

Two companies stand behind the brand. VPR Safe Financial Group Limited is a Cyprus private company, number HE 322134, incorporated on 13 May 2013 and registered at Agias Fylaxeos 1, KPMG Center, 5th Floor, 3025 Limassol. Its status on the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies is Registered, and it operated the European addresses. HSN Capital Group Ltd, of HIS Building, Office 5, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles, is named as the operator of the main .com address and the holder of the Seychelles licence.
