Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about Alvexo: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
Alvexo is a retail CFD brand that has traded since the mid 2010s across a European and an offshore arm. The European arm operates through VPR Safe Financial Group Limited, a Cyprus investment firm registered in Limassol under company number HE 322134 and incorporated on 13 May 2013, which holds Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission licence 236/14. The offshore arm, which is the one attached to the brand's main .com address, is run by HSN Capital Group Ltd from Providence, Mahe, Seychelles, under Seychelles Financial Services Authority licence SD030.
Readers should treat this profile as a historical record rather than a live offering. At the time of this review none of the brand's trading addresses resolved: the main .com site, the .eu site, the .fr site and the .it site all failed to load, and the .de address had been released and was listed publicly for sale by a domain broker. That is not a temporary outage or an access restriction; it is the absence of a reachable service. Nobody should attempt to deposit with this brand until the operator publishes a working site again.
The offering, as documented, was CFD trading on more than 450 instruments spanning currency pairs, commodities, indices, bonds, European and US shares and cryptocurrencies, delivered through a proprietary browser platform and a mobile app rather than a third party terminal. Four account tiers were offered: Classic, Gold, Prime and Elite. Pricing was by floating spread rather than per lot commission, tightening from around 2.9 pips on the Classic tier to as little as 0.1 pips on Elite, with maximum leverage of 1:300 on Prime and 1:400 on Elite. The stated account minimum was EUR 500, which is high for the retail market. Funding was by credit card and by bank wire, with card withdrawals quoted at four to seven business days and wire withdrawals at up to fourteen.
The honest caveats. The two licences are not equivalent. The Cyprus permission is a genuine onshore authorisation carrying investor compensation cover and a statutory complaints route, but it belongs to the European entity and to the European domains, not to the .com operation. The Seychelles permission that covers the .com side is a light touch offshore registration with no client money compensation scheme behind it, so a client of that entity has materially weaker recourse than the licence count alone suggests. A Singapore investor alert naming the brand was published in March 2019 and has not been withdrawn. There is also a documented pattern of unresolved complaints about withdrawals and account freezes, which the operator does not appear to have answered. Set against that, the corporate side checks out: the Cyprus company is real, current and registered where it says it is.
Who it suited. On paper the tiered pricing and the wide instrument range suited an active trader with several thousand euros of capital who wanted one account across shares, indices and currencies. In practice, with no reachable website, no verifiable route to support and no way to test a withdrawal, there is no version of this brand a new client can responsibly open an account with today.
