What APC PRIME legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by APC PRIME itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

APC Prime lists seven legal policies on its Legal Center page. None of the seven links open. The only contract you can reach is four pages long, hidden on the sign-in site under a link labelled PrivacyPolicy. It says nothing about withdrawals, fees or complaints.

What the documents say

13 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from APC PRIME's own files

01

APC Prime's Legal Center offers you seven documents, from the client agreement to the complaints policy. All seven VIEW DOCUMENT buttons lead nowhere, on the English site and on all ten language versions.

Why this matters

You cannot read the terms before you deposit. The complaints policy, the conflict of interest policy and the AML policy are not readable anywhere. There is no published route to challenge APC Prime.

Buried at section 24 of 25 in the Legal | Terms, Policies & Disclaimers, 96% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the terms of business, the complaints procedure and the conflicts of interest policy before they trade. APC Prime lists all three and publishes none of them.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers routinely bury their policies inside long PDFs. Publishing an index where every link is a dead anchor means the documents were never posted at all, which is a different thing from burying them.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The contract makes you promise to keep reading policies that the website never actually published.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 11The one document that would say whether APC Prime trades against you is among the seven that will not open.
02

APC Prime's contract makes you state that you have already read every legal notice on apcprime.com. Article (4) clause 5 also makes you promise to keep reading them. None of those documents will open.

Why this matters

You have signed a statement that you understand terms nobody can see. If you later argue you were never told about a charge or a rule, APC Prime can point at your own acknowledgement.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

The Client acknowledges having read and undertakes to continuously review all agreements, notices, and legal statements published on the Company's website www.apcprime.com, and confirms full compliance with and understanding of them.

03

APC Prime can suspend or restrict trading on your accounts at any time without stating reasons. Article (6) clause 4 also lets it take any action it considers appropriate if it decides your trading broke its rules.

Why this matters

Your positions and your balance sit behind a switch APC Prime can throw without explaining itself. The clause covers automated trading and arbitrage, meaning trades that profit from a price gap between two markets.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual

The Company has the right to suspend or restrict trading on the Client's accounts at any time without stating reasons and may take any action it deems appropriate if it determines that the Client is trading through unlawful methods or in violation of applicable rules.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must treat clients fairly and give reasons when they restrict an account. This contract lets APC Prime suspend trading without stating any reason.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

04

APC Prime's regulations page, in English and in Arabic, tells you it is a multi-regulated broker. APC Prime names no financial regulator on that page, anywhere else on its site, or in the contract you sign.

Why this matters

You are choosing a broker on a claim its own documents do not support. The contract puts you under Saint Lucia law only, and APC Prime names no regulator you could complain to.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or ASIC must state the regulator's name and the firm's licence number in their client documents. APC Prime publishes a Saint Lucia company registration number and names no financial regulator.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

05

Nothing in APC Prime's client agreement covers taking your money out. There is no timetable, no fee, no minimum, and no process for a payout that does not arrive.

Why this matters

If APC Prime delays your payout, you have no deadline in the contract to hold it to. The FAQ promises quick and free withdrawals, and no document turns that promise into an obligation.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold retail client money so it can be returned on demand, and must set out how that works. APC Prime's contract says nothing about returning your money.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingAlmost every retail broker agreement sets out how a withdrawal is requested, how long it takes and what it costs, even where the terms favour the firm. This one has no withdrawal clause of any kind.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3APC Prime can restrict your account without giving a reason, and no clause anywhere sets a deadline for paying you out.

APC Prime creates a fee and leaves the amount off the page

Article (7) clause 5 imposes an overnight fee on crypto, cash index and cash energy trades held beyond 24 hours. APC Prime also calls it a penalty, and the clause never states the amount. It points to trading conditions APC Prime can change, while the FAQ says there are no hidden charges.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

APC Prime charges an overnight fee, which it also calls a penalty, on crypto, cash index and cash energy trades held beyond 24 hours. Article (7) clause 5 does not say how much.

Why this matters

You agree to a charge whose size you cannot look up before you trade. The amount sits in trading conditions APC Prime can change, and the contract tells you to keep checking them yourself.

Exhibit 6WarningHarder than usual

With respect to the instruments (Crypto - Indices Cash - Energies Cash / Crypto, Indices Cash, Energies Cash), the Client agrees that an overnight fee/penalty will be imposed on each trade whose duration exceeds 24 hours, and that such fee/penalty will be calculated and deducted in accordance with the mechanism and timing specified in the Company's trading conditions or on the platform.

APC Prime can stop your trading without giving a reason

Article (6) clause 4 lets APC Prime suspend or restrict your accounts at any time without stating reasons. Article (7) clause 1 lets it close your positions once margin level falls to 10%. The contract also says APC Prime does not serve Syria or Turkey, then twice makes you answerable to their laws.

Control of the account2 clauses flagged

Once your margin level reaches 10% or less, APC Prime can close your open positions without telling you first. Margin level is the share of your own money still covering your trades.

Why this matters

Your trades stay open until almost all of your margin is gone. APC Prime's own risk notice says losses can exceed your deposit. No document promises to cancel what you would then owe.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual10%

The Client acknowledges and agrees that if the protection level/margin level (Margin Level) in the account reaches 10% (or less), in accordance with the trading platform's calculation mechanism, the Company and/or the platform has the right to automatically close open positions, in whole or in part, without prior notice, for the purpose of protecting the account and reducing liquidation risks.
Clause Article (7), 1 in Agreement for the Provision of Financial Brokerage Services (Online Service), p.3

What it costsOn $1,000 of margin, APC Prime's contract lets your positions run until $100 is left before it closes them.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms under FCA, CySEC and ESMA rules must close a retail CFD position when margin falls to 50% of what is required, and must cap the client's loss at the money in the account. APC Prime sets its level at 10% and promises no such cap.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 13A late close-out matters more when no document promises to write off a balance that falls below zero.

APC Prime states it does not physically provide its services in Syria or Turkey. The same contract twice makes you responsible for obeying Turkish and Syrian law. Article (4) clause 3 and Article (8) clause 6 both do it.

Why this matters

If you are in Turkey or Syria, APC Prime has written down that it does not serve you there. You still carry every legal risk of trading from those countries.

Exhibit 8WarningRarely seen

The Company does not physically provide or offer any of its services in Syria or Turkey.

Our readingA retail broker agreement normally lists the countries it will not serve once, in one place. This one excludes two countries from service and then, twice more, makes the client answerable to those same two countries' laws.

You agree you have read policies that do not open

Article (4) clause 5 of APC Prime's contract has you confirm you have read every legal notice on its website. You also undertake to keep reading them, and none of them open. Article (4) clause 4 then takes away your right to sue over anything your own connection caused.

Closing the exits1 clause flagged

A fault in your phone, computer or internet connection releases APC Prime from all liability for the result. Article (4) clause 4 also has you give up any right to dispute or sue over it.

Why this matters

A dropped connection during a losing trade becomes your problem alone, by contract. Article (7) clause 4 adds a second advance release covering pending orders that do not fill.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

hereby releases the Company from any financial or legal liability resulting from losses incurred due to the Client's equipment or communication networks, and waives any right to dispute or sue the Company in this regard.

APC Prime can close your account over paperwork it judges invalid

Article (5) clause 3 lets APC Prime close your account immediately if it decides your documents were invalid or your information misleading. No warning, no chance to correct it and no appeal appear in the clause. The contract does not say what becomes of your balance.

Verification power1 clause flagged

APC Prime can close your account at once if it decides your information was misleading or your documents were invalid. Article (5) clause 3 sets no warning, no time to fix it, and no appeal.

Why this matters

Your funds sit inside an account APC Prime can shut on its own reading of your paperwork. The contract does not say what happens to your balance afterwards.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

The Client acknowledges that any misleading information or invalid documents submitted to the Company may result in the Company immediately closing the Client's account.
Clause Article (5), 3 in Agreement for the Provision of Financial Brokerage Services (Online Service), p.3

APC Prime never says whether it trades against you

APC Prime's contract describes its service as access to a MetaTrader 5 server and goes no further. Nothing states whether the firm is the counterparty to your trades or profits when you lose. The conflict of interest policy that would answer this is one of the seven that will not open.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Whose side1 clause flagged

APC Prime describes its service as giving you access to a MetaTrader 5 server, and stops there. No document tells you whether APC Prime profits when you lose.

Why this matters

You cannot tell if the firm quoting your prices is also betting against you. The conflict of interest policy that would answer this is one of the seven that will not open.

Exhibit 11WarningHarder than usual

The Company's services are limited to making available the server referred to in the preceding paragraph for the electronic execution of trading orders issued electronically by the Client, without providing any investment recommendations, investment advice, or portfolio management.
Clause Article (1), 3 in Agreement for the Provision of Financial Brokerage Services (Online Service), p.2
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must tell a retail client when they act as the counterparty to that client's trades, and how they manage the conflict. APC Prime's documents do not address it.

APC PRIME is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Every dispute with APC Prime belongs to Saint Lucia courts

Article (8) clauses 1 and 2 put the whole agreement under Saint Lucia law and Saint Lucia courts. APC Prime markets in Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and five more languages. A claim still has to be brought in the eastern Caribbean.

Where you sue1 clause flagged

Your contract with APC Prime runs under Saint Lucia law, and Saint Lucia courts hear any dispute. Article (8) clauses 1 and 2 leave no alternative.

Why this matters

Bringing a claim means bringing it in the eastern Caribbean, whatever it cost you. For a client in the Gulf or the Levant that usually costs more than the balance is worth.

Exhibit 12NoticeStandard wording

The Client declares that, in the event of any dispute, the courts of Saint Lucia shall have jurisdiction.

Nothing in writing separates your deposit from company money

APC Prime publishes a Saint Lucia company registration number, 2024-00565, and names no financial regulator. No document promises segregated client accounts and none names a compensation scheme. The registration is a company record, not a financial services licence.

What stands behind it1 clause flagged

APC Prime's regulations page promises secure handling of client funds. No document promises that your money sits in a segregated client account, and none names a compensation scheme.

Why this matters

If APC Prime fails, nothing in writing separates your deposit from the company's own money. No scheme stands behind it.

Who the contract is with

APC Prime Ltd.

Your contract is with APC Prime Ltd., registered in Saint Lucia. The agreement gives that same company five other names: Company, Arab Investment Platform Company, Arab Platform Company, APC Prime and APC. The number APC Prime publishes, 2024-00565, is described in its own documents as a registration number, not a financial services licence, and no financial regulator is named on the site or in the contract. The FAQ calls the business APC Prime Markets and puts its headquarters in Dubai, while the company you actually contract with sits in Saint Lucia.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Arabic and English versions of the client agreement match clause for clause, which many brokers selling to Arabic speakers do not bother to do. The contract also carries no bonus lock, no dormancy fee, and no clause letting APC Prime cancel your profit after the fact. Its margin close-out level is stated as a plain number rather than left to the firm's judgement.

Seven of the policies APC Prime lists, including the complaints, conflict of interest and AML policies, could not be read because the links lead nowhere. We searched the site for those files under their usual names and found none. The contract is marked version 1.6 and we could not obtain version 1.5, so we cannot say what changed. No archived copy of the Legal Center page exists to compare against. The sign-in portal asks for a phone number, so we did not see the terms a registered client is shown inside it.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the APC PRIME file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document APC PRIME publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge APC PRIME on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Aug 26, 2026.

If you represent APC PRIME and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on APC PRIME. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
