Regulation—Not shown

We checked Assexmarkets on 2026-10-26 across its company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 88% of its record. The score of 28 is what the checked record adds up to; nothing held it down. What would move the score: withdrawal rails, all-in eurusd cost, instrument breadth. Our published investigation found it is likely a scam, with 2.3 years of track record. Its client terms carry high risk, with 8 critical clauses.

High contract risk

AssexMarkets sells Expert Advisors, scalping and copy trading across five of its own pages. Both of its contracts ban automated trading and forfeit every profit made with it. Three pages promise negative balance protection, while the agreement you accept at registration warns that losses can exceed your deposit. Two different contracts bind you, and they name different courts.

Broker Summary

What Wikilix has recorded about Assexmarkets: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.

Assexmarkets Broker Overview

Assexmarkets is the trading brand of Assexmarkets Global Ltd, an international business company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00223, with a second company of the same name registered in the Union of the Comoros. The broker opened in 2024, describes itself as an ECN broker, and offers forex and CFD trading on MetaTrader 5 only, from an entry deposit of 10 USD. Its headline terms are variable spreads, leverage advertised as unlimited on Leverage Plus, and swap free trading. No financial regulation has been confirmed for either of its companies.

Assexmarkets Regulation and License

The broker publishes two regulatory claims in its site footer. The first says that Assexmarkets Global Ltd is authorised by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Saint Lucia under the IBC Act with registration number 2024-00223. That number is the company's Saint Lucia corporate registration, and a company registration is not financial regulation, so the wording does not establish that the business is supervised.

The second says that AssexMarkets Global LTD, incorporated in the Comoros under number HT00925090, is licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority as an International Brokerage and Clearing Company under licence number BFX2025110. That claim has not been confirmed, and the authority named does not operate a public licence register, so a prospective client has no way to check it independently. It is therefore recorded as claimed and unconfirmed rather than as regulation. This review made no judgement of its own about the licence; that assessment is carried out separately.

Is Assexmarkets Regulated?

No. No authority has been confirmed as supervising Assexmarkets, and the broker is held on record as unregulated. The regulatory wording on its site amounts to a corporate registration plus an unverified offshore claim, not supervision by a financial regulator.

Assexmarkets Global Ltd

Two companies carry the Assexmarkets name. Assexmarkets Global Ltd is registered in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00223, with a registered office at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet and a postal address at P.O. Box 838, Castries. AssexMarkets Global LTD is registered in the Union of the Comoros under number HT00925090, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli. The site's own disclaimer states that MetaTrader 5 services are provided exclusively through the Saint Lucia entity. Neither registration has yet been verified against its corporate registry.

Is Assexmarkets Safe?

Assexmarkets carries the risk profile of an unregulated offshore broker, and the presence or absence of a licence would not settle the question on its own. It has traded only since 2024, both of its companies are offshore registrations that no registry check has yet confirmed, and no supervisor has been confirmed for either. Client money therefore rests on the company's own arrangements rather than on a regulator's requirements.

Assexmarkets Account Types

Four accounts are published. Standard opens from 10 USD with leverage to 1:500 and no commission. Leverage Plus also opens from 10 USD and is commission free, and the home page advertises its leverage as unlimited without publishing the terms behind that claim. Raw Spread opens from 100 USD with leverage to 1:500 and a commission of 2.50 USD per lot. Percentage Allocation Asset Management, the broker's managed account scheme, opens from 250 USD.

Assexmarkets Spreads, Commissions and Fees

Spreads are variable and the broker publishes no representative average. Commission applies on the Raw Spread account at 2.50 USD per lot, while the Standard and Leverage Plus accounts are commission free. Assexmarkets states that it charges no deposit fees and absorbs third party transaction costs, and that some withdrawal methods may carry a fee set by the payment provider rather than by the broker.

Assexmarkets Leverage

The Standard and Raw Spread accounts are published at 1:500, the site's FAQ says leverage goes up to 1:500, and the home page advertises Leverage Plus with unlimited leverage. The site notes that the cap available to a client depends on the restrictions that apply in their jurisdiction, and leverage at these levels enlarges losses as much as gains.

Assexmarkets Trading Platforms

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform. Assexmarkets offers it in the browser and through the MT5 WebTrader, as a Windows, macOS and Linux desktop, and as an iOS and Android app. The site publishes no other trading platform.

Assexmarkets Deposits and Withdrawals

Funding is published for Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, bank transfer, e-wallets and Bitcoin, from one US dollar on the card and bank channels. The broker describes deposits and withdrawals as instant and available at all hours, while its own FAQ says withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours and gives receipt times of three to five business days for cards, three to seven for bank transfers and one to two for e-wallets, together with a general minimum withdrawal of 50 USD. Withdrawals require verification documents and one time password confirmation. E-wallets are named as a category on the funding page without any individual wallet being listed there.

Assexmarkets Support

Support is offered by live chat, by email at support@assexmarkets.com and by telephone on +44 7897 073991, in English, French, German and Spanish. The published support hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 8 PM WAT, which does not match the round the clock support advertised on the home page.

Assexmarkets Pros and Cons

In its favour: a low entry deposit of 10 USD, MetaTrader 5 across desktop, web and mobile, swap free trading, a published managed account scheme, and a named commission figure on the raw spread tier.

Against it: no confirmed financial regulation, a Saint Lucia company registration presented in language that reads as authorisation, a single licence claim resting on an authority with no public register, an operating history of only two years, and the broker's own statements on funding speed and support hours disagreeing with each other.

Assexmarkets Review and Assessment

Assexmarkets is a young offshore operation with a conventional MetaTrader 5 offering, low entry requirements and a clearly stated cost structure on its raw spread account. What it lacks is confirmed supervision, and a corporate registration described as authorisation does not fill that gap. Anyone considering an account should check their own eligibility first, because the broker's disclaimers exclude residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Uzbekistan, North Korea, Syria and Cuba, and its registration page refers to Europe generally. The most important consideration before funding an account is that no compensation scheme stands behind money held with either company.

How we know — 13 sources
  1. 1The refused countries come from three statements the broker publishes, and they do not agree with one another. The standing disclaimer in the site footer, carried on every page, including the home, deposit and withdrawals, fees, client protection, privacy policy and about us pages, reads: "Assexmarkets Global Ltd does not offer services to US, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Uzbekistan, or any other jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation" (https://www.assexmarkets.com/).
  2. 2The broker's only enumerated list is in the Service Agreement that the registration form requires acceptance of, at Part A, clause 1 "Service Restrictions": "AssexMarkets Global Limited does not offer its services to individuals or entities located in the following jurisdictions: United States of America (USA), Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions" (https://my.assexmarket.com/static-files/145/AssexMarkets_Service_Agreement.docx). The same clause adds that the broker "reserves the right to update this list of restricted jurisdictions at any time without prior notice".
  3. 3The registration page's own banner names a third, different set: "AssexMarkets Global Limited do not offer services to residents of certain jurisdictions including the USA, Iran, North Korea, Europe, the United Kingdom and others" (https://my.assexmarkets.com/auth/register). The United Kingdom is named here and on no other page, so GB rests on this page alone.
  4. 4The three statements differ in membership: Uzbekistan appears only in the footer disclaimer, Syria and Cuba only in the Service Agreement, and the United Kingdom only on the registration page. None of them permits a jurisdiction another refuses, so the refused list combines every country the broker names anywhere, and these notes give the source for each.
  5. 5"Europe" is a region, not a country. The 30 European Economic Area member states are therefore likely refusals, not confirmed ones, based only on the word "Europe" on https://my.assexmarkets.com/auth/register. The broker names no individual European country. The EEA is used because it is the one defined bloc the wording fits. The United Kingdom is named separately in the same sentence, so it is a confirmed refusal in its own right.
  6. 6Dependent territories: the broker names the United States but says nothing about its territories, so Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands and the United States Minor Outlying Islands are treated as covered by the United States refusal. The British Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies are deliberately not expanded from the United Kingdom entry, as they are separate financial jurisdictions rather than parts of the United Kingdom and the broker says nothing about any of them.
  7. 7Three catch-all clauses name no country, so they add none to either list: "or any other jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation" (footer disclaimer), "and others" (registration page), and "Any other jurisdiction where the provision of OTC derivative trading services is prohibited by local law or where AssexMarkets has determined, at its sole discretion, that services cannot be lawfully provided" (Service Agreement, Part A clause 1). The site's terms and conditions at https://www.assexmarkets.com/terms-and-conditions name no country at all: the eligibility clause requires only that a client "must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where the trading of OTC derivatives is prohibited or restricted by law".
  8. 8"Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions", named in the Service Agreement, are regions within a country, not countries, so they appear only in these notes. Ukraine as a whole is not named as restricted anywhere on the broker's pages.
  9. 9No country is shown as accepted. The site publishes no accepted-countries list, and the country-of-residence selector on https://my.assexmarkets.com/auth/register is not a closed list: it offers 252 entries covering essentially every jurisdiction, including the United States, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, North Korea, the United Kingdom and every European Economic Area state, alongside entries such as Antarctica, Bouvet Island and the defunct Netherlands Antilles and Serbia and Montenegro.
  10. 10Where the selector and the published statements disagree, the disagreement is recorded rather than resolved in the selector's favour. The selector sits on the same page as the restriction banner quoted above and applies no filter to it, so it enforces nothing at country-selection time and expresses no onboarding policy in either direction; it therefore displaces none of the named blocks. Both surfaces are cited in these notes.
  11. 11The registration portal publishes 21 interface languages, including Persian and two Kurdish variants. Switching the registration page to Persian removes the jurisdiction restriction banner entirely: the Persian form at https://my.assexmarkets.com/auth/register carries no restriction notice in either language, leaving only the untranslated self-certification "I am not a USA resident and I agree to Assexmarkets T&Cs". So Iran's refusal rests on the footer disclaimer and the Service Agreement, not on the registration page. The Persian version's silence is a gap in the broker's disclosure, not acceptance.
  12. 12No dedicated countries page exists: the site's own sitemap lists 25 pages with no countries, AML or partner-terms page among them. The FAQ at https://www.assexmarkets.com/faqs, all 28 answers, holds no country policy: it says only that "Available methods may vary by country" for payments and that leverage depends on "regulatory restrictions in your jurisdiction".
  13. 13The deposit and withdrawal page, the fees page, the client-protection page and the privacy policy carry no country restriction beyond the standing footer disclaimer. The broker publishes no separate AML or KYC policy document and no partner or introducing-broker terms; its AML and KYC wording sits inside the terms and conditions and the Service Agreement, and names no jurisdiction.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check Assexmarkets's own terms before you open an account.

The site's FAQ page separately names Skrill, Neteller and PayPal; that page also publishes an account tier scheme and a platform list the rest of the site contradicts, so those three wallets are not recorded as rows. Withdrawals require verification documents; the broker states no deposit fees; e-wallet receipt times are given as 1 to 2 business days. Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Assexmarkets

Most Popular Questions

The central risk is that no financial regulator has been confirmed as supervising the business, so there is no supervisor to escalate a dispute to and no compensation scheme behind client money. Both of its companies are offshore registrations that no registry check has yet confirmed, the broker has traded only since 2024, and leverage advertised as unlimited on Leverage Plus can exhaust an account quickly. Its own published statements on funding speed and on support hours also disagree with each other.

Yes. Assexmarkets publishes a Percentage Allocation Asset Management account that opens from 250 USD. No commission figure and no leverage cap are published for it, which makes its cost harder to compare with the broker's other tiers.

Assexmarkets names the United States, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Uzbekistan, North Korea, Syria and Cuba in its own restriction statements, and its registration page also refers to Europe generally without naming individual countries. The three restriction statements it publishes list different countries, and it reserves the right to change the list without notice, so confirm eligibility before depositing.

The broker describes deposits and withdrawals as instant and available at all hours. Its own FAQ says all withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours and gives receipt times of three to five business days for cards, three to seven for bank transfers and one to two for e-wallets. The same FAQ sets a general minimum withdrawal of 50 USD, not a minimum per method; the deposits page does not repeat it. Withdrawals require verification documents and one time password confirmation.

Yes. Assexmarkets offers swap free trading, so overnight interest is not applied to open positions. It publishes no separate Islamic account tier; the swap free terms apply to its four published accounts.

Spreads are variable: the home page quotes 0.15 pip on Standard and 0.10 pip on Leverage Plus, and from 0.0 pips on Raw Spread. Commission applies only on the Raw Spread account, at 2.50 USD per lot; the Standard and Leverage Plus accounts are commission free. Assexmarkets states that it charges no deposit fees, and it offers swap free trading.

Four accounts are published. Standard opens from 10 USD with leverage to 1:500 and no commission, Leverage Plus opens from 10 USD, is commission free and is advertised with unlimited leverage, Raw Spread opens from 100 USD with leverage to 1:500 and a commission of 2.50 USD per lot, and a Percentage Allocation Asset Management account opens from 250 USD.

Two companies carry the name. Assexmarkets Global Ltd is registered in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00223, at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, with a postal address at P.O. Box 838, Castries. AssexMarkets Global LTD is registered in the Union of the Comoros under number HT00925090, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli. The site states that MetaTrader 5 services are provided exclusively through the Saint Lucia entity. Neither registration has yet been verified against its corporate registry.

Assexmarkets offers live chat, email at support@assexmarkets.com and telephone support on +44 7897 073991, in English, French, German and Spanish. Its published support hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 8 PM WAT, which does not match the round the clock support advertised on its home page.

The entry minimum at Assexmarkets is 10 USD, on its Standard and Leverage Plus accounts; Raw Spread opens from 100 USD and the PAMM managed account from 250 USD. The home page advertises the Standard and Raw Spread accounts at 1:500 and Leverage Plus with unlimited leverage, while the site's FAQ says leverage goes up to 1:500. The terms behind the unlimited claim are not published. The site says the cap available to a client depends on the restrictions that apply in their jurisdiction, and leverage at these levels enlarges losses as much as gains.

Assexmarkets publishes Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, bank transfer, e-wallets and Bitcoin as its funding channels, with deposits from one US dollar on the card and bank options. The broker states that it charges no deposit fees, while noting that some withdrawal methods may carry a fee set by the payment provider rather than by the broker. Withdrawals require verification documents and one time password confirmation. Its funding page names e-wallets only as a category, without listing individual wallets.

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform Assexmarkets offers. It is available in the browser and through the MT5 WebTrader, as a Windows, macOS and Linux desktop, and as an iOS and Android app for phones and tablets. The site publishes no other trading platform.

No regulator has been confirmed as supervising Assexmarkets, and the broker is held on record as unregulated. Its site footer claims a licence from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros under number BFX2025110, but that claim has not been confirmed and the authority operates no public licence register, so it is recorded as claimed rather than held. The footer also describes the company's Saint Lucia registration, number 2024-00223, as authorisation; that is a corporate registration and not financial regulation.
