Is Aude Capital a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated September 6, 2026
Unlicensed offshore broker

We rate Aude Capital high risk (66 out of 100) and could not verify that it is safe to trust with a deposit. Aude Capital is an unregulated offshore broker that began about two years ago, yet it advertises '18 years of experience'. We found no regulator warning and no fraud record naming it, but it holds no financial licence anywhere.

  • No financial regulation. It shows only a Saint Lucia company registration and a Marshall Islands document certificate. Neither is a forex licence, and Saint Lucia does not license forex brokers.
  • Very young operation. The company was set up in August 2023 and the website was created in July 2023, so the business is roughly two years old.
  • The age claim does not add up. The site calls itself 'one of the first brokers in the market' with 18 years of experience. The records show about two years.
  • Sign-up runs through WhatsApp. Accounts are opened over a messaging app, and the site targets Arabic-speaking clients in Lebanon and the wider region.
  • Almost no track record online. For a firm that claims a large, long-standing client base, there is barely any independent review footprint.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

7/10 · High

No financial licence anywhere; only a Saint Lucia company registration and a Marshall Islands authentication certificate, neither of which regulates a broker or protects client funds, while it takes deposits for live trading.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

Legal entity and addresses are disclosed, but ownership is not, and a false 18-year history is layered over a two-year-old operation run from a different country than its registration.

Withdrawals & conduct

3/10 · Low

No fund-integrity complaints were found, but there is also no evidence that withdrawals work and no regulator to enforce them.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

Almost no independent review footprint despite claims of a large, long-standing client base; no warning-list entry either way.

Website claims

8/10 · Critical

States '18 years of experience' and 'one of the first brokers in the market' against a company and domain both created in 2023.

Operational history

7/10 · High

Verified age is about two years (domain July 2023, company August 2023); the advertised 18-year history is not supported and cannot be credited.

Regulation

Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.

No proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.

Licences the broker publishes

International Financial Centre (IFC), Saint Lucia (International Business Companies registry)

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
A company (IBC) registration under the Saint Lucia International Business Companies Act, Chapter 12.14. It records that the company exists on paper. It is not a financial or forex licence, does not authorise brokerage activity, and does not protect client funds. Saint Lucia does not license or supervise forex brokers.
Protection: None. A company registration gives clients no regulatory protection and no compensation.

Registrar of Corporations, Republic of the Marshall Islands (document authentication)

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
A document authentication under Section 5 of the Marshall Islands Business Corporations Act, dated 5 December 2023. It certifies paperwork; it is not a financial or forex licence and grants no regulatory oversight.
Protection: None.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We reached a high-risk verdict for four main reasons.

  • There is no financial regulator behind this broker. The site shows a Saint Lucia company registration (number 2023-00409) and a Marshall Islands authentication certificate. Both are corporate paperwork. Saint Lucia does not license or supervise forex brokers, so a registration there gives a client no protection and no compensation if money goes missing.
  • The age claim is not true. The website was created on 28 July 2023 and the company was incorporated on 21 August 2023, so the operation is about two years old. The site nonetheless says it has 18 years of experience and is 'one of the first brokers in the market', with clients who have stayed 'for years'. Overstating its history by this much presents a false picture to new clients.
  • The set-up points to a high-pressure, hard-to-trace model. New accounts are opened through WhatsApp rather than a regulated onboarding flow, the client platform sits on a separate domain (aude-trader.com), and the marketing targets Arabic-speaking retail clients. None of this is illegal on its own, but combined with no licence it removes the safeguards a regulated broker must provide.
  • There is almost no independent track record. For a broker that claims a large, long-standing customer base, we found no meaningful review footprint on the usual platforms and no regulator warning either way.

Because the operation is only about two years old and has no verifiable public track record, we treat a clean-looking absence of complaints with caution rather than as a clean bill of health. We found no regulator warning and no fraud record naming Aude Capital, which is why this is a high-risk rating and not a confirmed-scam rating.

    WeakAude Capital website

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness to the broker, several innocent readings deserve a mention.

  • It is a real, working platform, not a phantom site. Aude Capital runs a genuine MetaTrader 5 server (AudeCapital-Server) and a live client login, so there is an actual trading operation behind the brand.
  • The company and its addresses are disclosed. It names a legal entity (Aude Capital LTD), a Saint Lucia registration number, and offices in Saint Lucia and Beirut. That is more openness than many anonymous scam sites offer.
  • The '18 years' line could be read as team experience. One sentence frames it as the founders' experience rather than the company's age. Even so, the site also calls itself 'one of the first brokers in the market' with clients of 'years', which points to a company longevity that does not exist.
  • No regulator has flagged it. As of writing, no financial regulator alert or fraud court record names Aude Capital or audecapital.com. Absence from warning lists is not clearance, but it is worth stating.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our rating would improve if any of the following became true.

  • Aude Capital obtains and evidences a genuine forex licence from a recognised regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register.
  • The site drops the '18 years of experience' claim and states its real start date of 2023.
  • A clear, consistent record of clients depositing and successfully withdrawing builds up across independent platforms over time.

Our rating would get worse if a regulator publishes a warning naming audecapital.com, or if credible, specific reports appear of deposits taken and withdrawals then refused, or of extra payments demanded before funds are released.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is Aude Capital a scam?

We rate Aude Capital high risk (66 out of 100), not a confirmed scam. It is an unregulated broker with no financial licence, and it overstates its history, so we cannot call it safe. We found no regulator warning and no proof that it steals funds, but there is also no regulator to protect you.

Is Aude Capital a fraud?

We found no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming Aude Capital or audecapital.com, so we do not state that it commits fraud. Because it is unregulated and misstates its age, we assess the risk of losing money as high.

Is Aude Capital regulated?

No. It holds no forex or financial licence from any regulator. It shows only a Saint Lucia company registration and a Marshall Islands authentication certificate, which are corporate paperwork, not regulation. Saint Lucia does not license forex brokers.

What is the Saint Lucia registration worth to me as a client?

Very little. A Saint Lucia International Business Company registration confirms the company exists on paper. It does not supervise how the broker handles your money and gives you no compensation if funds go missing.

Can I withdraw my money from Aude Capital?

We could not confirm this either way. There is no independent record of successful withdrawals, and no regulator to enforce one if a withdrawal is refused. Treat access to your funds as unproven.

Is my money safe with Aude Capital?

There is no regulatory protection, no reliable client-money segregation requirement, and no compensation scheme. For an unregulated offshore broker, you should assume your deposit is at risk.

How old is Aude Capital really?

About two years. The website was created in July 2023 and the company was incorporated in August 2023. The claim of 18 years of experience and being one of the first brokers in the market is not supported by the records.

Who owns Aude Capital and where is it based?

The legal entity is Aude Capital LTD, registered in Saint Lucia, with an operating office in Beirut, Lebanon. The site does not name the owners or directors.

Is Aude Capital a clone of a regulated broker?

We found no sign that it copies a specific regulated firm's name or licence number. It appears to be its own brand rather than a clone, which is why we did not classify it as an impersonation. Note that it is a separate firm from the similarly named AudaCity Capital, which is unrelated.

What is the Marshall Islands certificate the site shows?

It is a document authentication under the Marshall Islands Business Corporations Act. It certifies paperwork; it is not a forex licence and does not mean a regulator oversees the broker.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Confirm a licence on the regulator's own register (for example the FCA, ASIC or CySEC), check the company's real age, read independent reviews across several sites, and avoid brokers that onboard you only through WhatsApp or Telegram.

What can I do if I was scammed by an unregulated broker?

Stop sending money, gather all records (transfers, chats, account statements), ask your bank or card provider about a chargeback, and report it to your local financial regulator and the police. Be wary of 'recovery' services that ask for an upfront fee, as many are second scams.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

For anyone considering Aude Capital, our advice is cautious.

  • Treat it as an unregulated broker. There is no financial regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme if funds are lost.
  • Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose, and do not rely on the '18 years' and 'one of the first brokers' claims, which the records do not support.
  • Be especially careful with account managers who reach you through WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging apps.
  • Prefer a broker licensed by a strong regulator (for example the FCA, ASIC or CySEC) whose licence you can confirm on the regulator's own register.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
