Broker Summary

What Wikilix has recorded about B2PRIME: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.

B2PRIME is the retail and professional trading arm of a multi-jurisdiction group that began life as a prime-of-prime liquidity provider. The operating company behind the European offering is B2B Prime Services EU Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm registered with the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies under number HE 357630 since 8 July 2016 and authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under licence 370/18. The firm is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund.

The group operates through six named entities across four continents, each holding its own permission: CySEC 370/18 in Cyprus, DFSA F009446 in the DIFC, FSCA 54191 in South Africa, FSC C117017139 in Mauritius, FSA SD 192 in the Seychelles, and SCB licences SIA-F259 and DARE-DAB-034 in the Bahamas. Which entity a client is onboarded through depends on their country of residence, and the level of protection differs sharply between them. The Cypriot and DIFC entities sit inside strong supervisory regimes; the Seychelles licence is a light-touch offshore permission with no compensation scheme behind it, and the South African entity states plainly that it acts as an intermediary only rather than as a counterparty.

Trading offering. B2PRIME publishes 297 instruments across nine asset classes: forex, metals, indices, commodities, energies, NDFs, crypto CFDs, crypto spot and crypto perpetual futures. Execution runs on cTrader, TradingView and the group's own B2TRADER platform, with FIX, REST and WebSocket connectivity for institutional clients. Maximum leverage is 1:500 on CFDs and 1:55 on crypto perpetual futures, the minimum trade size is 0.01 lots with no preset maximum, the margin-call level is 40% and the stop-out level 20%, and negative balance protection is applied.

Accounts and costs. The RAW account prices from 0.0 pips with a commission of 2.5 USD per lot per side on B2TRADER and TradingView, or 2.9 USD per lot per side on cTrader, plus 0.03% to 0.04% per lot per side on crypto CFDs. The Standard account, available on cTrader, charges no commission and prices from 0.8 pips. Dedicated Crypto SPOT and Crypto Perpetual Futures accounts sit alongside them, and a unified account combines CFDs, crypto spot and perpetuals in one balance. There is no minimum deposit to open an account.

Funding. Deposits are free across bank transfer (from 50 USD/EUR, 3 to 5 business days), bank card (from 10 USD/EUR, 10 minutes to 1 day), alternative payment methods including e-wallets, Google Pay and Apple Pay (from 10 USD/EUR), and crypto (usually credited within 10 minutes). Withdrawals are released within 24 hours on the broker's side and cost 10 USD/EUR by bank transfer, 2.5 USD/EUR by card, and 0.5% to 3.5% through alternative methods; crypto withdrawal fees follow the network. No maximum is imposed by the broker.

Support is advertised as 24/7, with a public help centre, a Cyprus phone line and separate email routes for general, sales, partner and compliance enquiries. Offices are listed in Limassol, Dubai, Mahe, Ebene, Sandton and Nassau.

Who it suits, and the caveats. The offering is aimed at active and professional traders who want raw pricing, deep instrument coverage and institutional connectivity rather than beginner hand-holding. Two honest caveats belong on the record. First, the protection a client actually receives depends entirely on which group entity onboards them, and the offshore entities carry materially weaker safeguards than the Cypriot one, so the entity named on the client agreement is worth reading before funding. Second, WIKILIX could not independently confirm any of these permissions against the issuing regulators' own registers during this review, and a small number of unresolved client complaints about withdrawals and execution sit against the brand. CFDs are leveraged products and most retail accounts lose money trading them.
