We found no evidence of fraud, and several things check out: the operating company is real, registered and active, and the offshore licence number is a genuine one. But the setup is high risk. We confirmed that entry as active on the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority entity register, whose records list Delany & Associates Corporate Services Ltd. as its registered agent. No directors, shareholders or beneficial owners are disclosed on the website.

Only offshore, and only indirectly. Our research links the brand to Seychelles securities dealer licence SD225, held in the name of BABA INVESTMENT (SEYCHELLES) LTD. That is a low-tier offshore permission with no client-money guarantee and no compensation scheme. Note that babafx.com does not name any regulator or licence number anywhere on the site, and the entity that contracts with clients in its risk warning is a Saint Vincent LLC, which is a company registration rather than a trading licence.
