Is babafx a scam?
Wikilix independent safety report
BABA FX is not a confirmed scam, and the common claim that it holds no licence anywhere is wrong, but it is a high risk offshore operation and we rate it 54 out of 100. The Seychelles Financial Servi…

Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
BABA FX (babafx) is an offshore forex and CFD brand operated by BABA INVESTMENT (SVG) LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on 9 June 2020 under registration number 419. That entity is named in the risk warning on the broker's own website and appears as an active company on the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority entity register, so the company behind the brand is real and traceable.
Regulation. Our research links the brand to a Seychelles securities dealer licence numbered SD225, recorded in the name of BABA INVESTMENT (SEYCHELLES) LTD. That is a low-tier offshore permission: it carries no client-money segregation guarantee, no compensation scheme and no meaningful retail redress. It is also worth noting that babafx.com itself does not mention any regulator or licence anywhere on the site, and the entity that contracts with clients in the risk warning is the Saint Vincent LLC, not the licensed Seychelles company. A Saint Vincent LLC registration is a company registration, not a trading licence, and Saint Vincent does not supervise forex brokers at all.
Offering. The site advertises more than 600 instruments: 80 forex pairs, 474 stocks, 27 cryptocurrencies, 17 indices, 8 metals and 29 futures. Trading runs on a single in-house platform, BABA Trader, rather than MetaTrader; the site offers four account tiers, Standard, Cent, ECN and Baba, all quoted in USD or EUR. Headline terms are zero commissions and advertised zero spreads on US stocks and the major pairs, leverage of 1:30 for retail clients and up to 1:500 for professional clients. The site's own risk disclosure states that 79.58% of retail investor accounts lose money.
Funding and support. The website promises instant deposits and withdrawals and 24/7 support, but it publishes no payment-method table, no fee schedule, no minimum deposit, no withdrawal limits and no support email, telephone number or live chat. Its legal documents are published only as scanned PDFs. Services are not offered to residents of the United States, Canada or North Korea.
Who it suits, and the caveats. This is a thin, single-page offering with an offshore licence, a proprietary-only platform and no disclosed funding terms or contact channels. Traders who need onshore protection, segregated client money, a published fee schedule or an accountable complaints route should look elsewhere. Anyone considering an account should treat it as high risk, verify the terms directly with the company in writing before depositing, and start with money they can afford to lose.
