Is BizzTrade a scam?

Likely scamMEDIUM confidence
Updated August 13, 2026
Unlicensed offshore broker / withdrawal trap

BizzTrade is almost certainly a scam and should be avoided. It is an unlicensed offshore broker that took deposits for forex and CFD trading while dressing up a shell-company registration as if it were a real trading licence, and its two websites are now dead.

  • Its own regulation page claimed only a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company registration (IBC number 25994), which is not a financial licence and gives clients no protection.
  • Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not license or supervise forex brokers, so calling that registration a licence is misleading.
  • Multiple independent reports describe blocked withdrawals, a demand to deposit a further 500 dollars before funds would be released, and accounts being suspended or wiped after withdrawal requests.
  • We found no valid licence from any recognised regulator, and the broker does not appear on the UK FCA register.
  • Both bizztrade.world and bizztradecfd.com no longer load, which is consistent with an operation that has folded.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

7/10 · High

No trading licence from any recognised regulator; a Saint Vincent company registration was presented as if it were regulation while the firm took deposits.

Identity & transparency

7/10 · High

A legal entity and IBC number are named, but there is no verifiable office, no named principals, an offshore shell, and the sites have since vanished.

Withdrawals & conduct

9/10 · Critical

Fund-integrity complaints dominate: blocked withdrawals, a pay-500-dollars-to-withdraw demand, and accounts suspended or wiped, reported across more than one platform.

Reputation

8/10 · Critical

Overwhelmingly negative independent coverage describing scam behaviour and Ponzi characteristics, with essentially no credible positive footprint.

Website claims

8/10 · Critical

Presents a company registration as a licence and promises instant deposits and same-day withdrawals that user reports directly contradict.

Operational history

7/10 · High

Traceable only to mid-2023 by its domains and now defunct; the operating entity could not be dated on any registry.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: BizzTrade
  • Legal entity: BizzTrade Ltd
  • Registered: Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, International Business Company number 25994
  • Website: bizztrade.world and bizztradecfd.com (both currently offline), with a client dashboard, a social-trading subdomain and an MT5 download served from a bizztrade.ltd path
  • Only licence: none. The site cited an SVG company registration only, which is not a trading licence
  • Offers: forex, indices, commodities, metals and energies as CFDs on MetaTrader 5, plus managed accounts, social trading and an introducing-broker or white-label partner programme
  • Not accepted: residents of the USA and Iran
  • Age claim: the operation is traceable to mid-2023 by its domains; the entity could not be dated on a public registry

Regulation

Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.

No proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.

Licences the broker publishes

Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
An International Business Company registration (number 25994), i.e. a company incorporation record. It is not a forex or CFD trading licence, and SVG does not license or supervise forex brokers.
Protection: None. No supervision of client funds, no compensation scheme, no conduct oversight.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

The evidence points firmly to an unlicensed, deceptive operation.

  • A registration sold as regulation. The archived Regulations and License page states that BizzTrade Ltd is registered by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as an International Business Company, number 25994. That is a company incorporation record, not a licence to run a brokerage, and the SVG authority has stated it does not license forex trading. Presenting it under the heading License and Regulation is misleading.
  • Real deposits, no real oversight. The site opened live accounts, asked clients to verify and fund them, and ran MetaTrader 5 with instant-deposit and same-day-withdrawal promises, all with no licence from any recognised regulator.
  • A withdrawal trap. Independent reports describe the classic pattern: small initial payouts, then blocked withdrawals, a demand to deposit a further 500 dollars to unlock funds, and accounts suspended or balances wiped. A demand for an extra payment before releasing money is the advance-fee mechanic and has no honest explanation.
  • Now defunct. Both domains fail to resolve and the last archived copies date to early 2025, which fits a broker that has collapsed or moved on, a common end state for this type of operation.

Note on operating history: the 3.2-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

6 against0 in favour
  • E1The broker's own archived Regulations and License page states BizzTrade Ltd is registered by the SVG Financial Services Authority as an International Business Company, number 25994, presented under the heading License and Regulation.

    StrongBizzTrade archived regulation page
  • E2An SVG International Business Company registration is a company incorporation record, not a forex trading licence, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not license or supervise forex brokers, so the claim confers no real regulation.

    StrongSVG regulatory context
  • E3Multiple independent reports describe blocked withdrawals, a demand to deposit a further 500 dollars before funds would be released, and accounts suspended after withdrawal attempts, matching the advance-fee withdrawal trap.

Hard proofIndependent broker-review sites and search aggregation
  • E4The broker operated live MetaTrader 5 accounts and solicited deposits for forex and CFD trading with instant-deposit and same-day-withdrawal promises, while holding no verified financial licence.

    StrongBizzTrade archived homepage
  • E5Both bizztrade.world and bizztradecfd.com fail to resolve as of this review, with the last archived captures in late 2024 and early 2025, indicating the operation is now defunct.

ModerateLive domain check and archive timeline
  • E6An older BizzTrade brand (rebranded from BizzTrek) was documented as a UK-run Ponzi scheme with very high advertised returns and an in-house coin; this is a same-name history that we could not tie to the SVG entity by a shared registration, address or domain.

    ModerateBehindMLM investigative review
  • E7BizzTrade Ltd does not appear as an authorised firm on the UK FCA register and no valid forex licence was found on any recognised regulator's register.

    StrongFCA register and warning list

Independent risk assessment flagging bizztradecfd.com as high risk.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness, here is the case for caution before condemning.

  • The SVG company registration itself may well be genuine. Offshore incorporation is cheap and legal, and holding it is not by itself proof of fraud.
  • Much of the withdrawal-complaint evidence comes from third-party review sites rather than a regulator finding or a court record, and we could not open a first-person complaint thread directly during this review.
  • No national regulator warning naming these exact domains was found, so there is no official enforcement record against this specific site.
  • A separate, older BizzTrade brand was documented as a UK-run Ponzi scheme years ago, but we could not tie that operation to this SVG entity by any shared company number, address or domain, so we have not charged its history to this broker.

None of this rescues the broker. Even setting the complaints aside, an unlicensed operation that misrepresents a company registration as a trading licence and takes client deposits is not safe.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our view would soften only with concrete, primary evidence such as:

  • A genuine, in-force licence from a recognised regulator, shown on that regulator's own register with the correct entity name and website.
  • Consistent, verifiable reports that clients could actually withdraw their money without being asked to pay more.
  • Proof that the withdrawal-blocking and pay-to-withdraw reports were fabricated or referred to a different operation.

Evidence that would harden it further: a regulator warning naming bizztrade.world or bizztradecfd.com, or a confirmed corporate link to the earlier BizzTrade Ponzi.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is BizzTrade a scam?

The evidence indicates it is. It is an unlicensed offshore broker that presented a mere company registration as a licence, and multiple independent reports describe blocked withdrawals and demands to pay more before funds are released. We rate it a likely scam and recommend avoiding it.

Is BizzTrade regulated?

No. Its own site claimed only a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company registration (IBC 25994), which is not a financial licence. We found no valid licence from any recognised regulator, and it is not on the UK FCA register.

Can I withdraw my money from BizzTrade?

Many users report they could not. A common account is that small early withdrawals worked, then further withdrawals were blocked and users were told to deposit another 500 dollars to unlock funds, after which accounts were suspended.

Is my money safe with BizzTrade?

No. There is no regulator standing behind the firm, no investor-compensation scheme, and the operating entity sits in an offshore jurisdiction that does not supervise forex brokers. Deposits are effectively unprotected.

Who owns BizzTrade?

The site names BizzTrade Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as IBC 25994, but discloses no real people or verifiable office. An older UK-based BizzTrade brand named individual operators, but we could not confirm a corporate link to this SVG entity.

What is the SVG registration worth?

Very little for your protection. It is a company incorporation record, not a trading licence. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has publicly stated it does not license or regulate forex brokers, so the registration does not mean anyone supervises how client money is handled.

Does BizzTrade hold a CySEC or FCA licence?

We found no evidence of a valid CySEC or FCA licence. The broker's own regulation page named only the SVG registration. Some review sites mention an unverified CySEC claim, but we could not confirm any such licence on a regulator register.

Why do the BizzTrade websites not load?

Both bizztrade.world and bizztradecfd.com no longer resolve, and the last archived copies date to early 2025. This suggests the operation has shut down or moved, which is common when this kind of broker collapses.

Is BizzTrade a clone of another broker?

We did not find that it impersonates a specific regulated firm, so it is not a classic clone. It is its own brand operating without a real licence.

Is BizzTrade connected to a Ponzi scheme?

A separate, older BizzTrade brand was documented as a UK-run Ponzi with very high advertised returns and an in-house coin. We could not prove that operation is the same company as this SVG broker, so we note it as an unconfirmed same-name history rather than a proven link.

What should I do if I was scammed by BizzTrade?

Do not pay any further fee to withdraw. Collect your evidence, contact your bank or card provider about a possible chargeback, and report to your national financial regulator. Avoid upfront-fee recovery agents, who are usually a second scam.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Confirm the broker holds a licence from a recognised regulator by searching that regulator's own register for the exact company name and website, read independent withdrawal reviews, and be wary of any request to pay extra to release your own money.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat BizzTrade as unsafe.

  • Do not deposit any money with BizzTrade or any site using its branding.
  • If you already deposited, do not pay any further fee, tax or deposit that you are told is needed to withdraw. That demand is part of the trap.
  • Gather your records, deposit receipts, chat logs and account statements, and report to your bank or card issuer to ask about a chargeback, and to your national financial regulator.
  • Ignore anyone who contacts you promising to recover your funds for an upfront fee. Recovery scams target people who have already lost money.
