Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about Bullfxo: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
Bullfxo Broker Overview
Bullfxo is a contracts for difference brand operated by Bullfxo Ltd, an international business company formed in the Comoros on 12 March 2024 and based at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni. The broker offers more than 300 instruments across forex, shares, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies through its own browser based platform, with a minimum first deposit of 250 USD and leverage of up to 1:400. It runs two sites: a corporate presence at bullfxoltd.com and the trading service, client area and legal library at bullfxo.com.
Bullfxo Regulation and License
Bullfxo Ltd states on its own site, in its Client Agreement and in its AML Policy that it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2024046, and that it is registered in Mwali (Moheli) Island with company number HA00324745. This is an offshore authorisation from the Comoros. The authority publishes no searchable licence register, and this research found no independent record confirming that the licence exists or remains in force, so the authorisation is recorded as claimed and unconfirmed rather than verified.
The company itself is real. It appears on the GLEIF Legal Entity Identifier register under LEI 2138001KTKXCV6Y8WK92 as an active international business company in the Comoros, at the address the broker publishes. That record carries no registration authority and no company number, and its data was corroborated from entity supplied information only. A company registration is evidence that an entity exists; it is not financial regulation and it is not a trading licence.
Is Bullfxo Regulated?
Bullfxo is not regulated by any authority that supervises retail forex in a major market. Its only claimed authorisation is the Comoros licence described above, which could not be confirmed. Clients in the markets the broker serves are dealing with an entity their own regulator has no power over, and no compensation scheme or statutory complaints route stands behind the account.
Is Bullfxo Safe?
Safety cannot be established from what the broker publishes. The Client Agreement states that client money is placed in segregated accounts with a credit institution or bank, and it guarantees negative balance protection on a non discretionary basis, so a client cannot lose more than the account balance. The same document, however, disclaims liability for losses if that financial institution fails, allows client money to be held in an omnibus account, and leaves the client with only an unsecured claim in that event. Governing law is the law of Mwali and disputes are reserved to the Mwali courts.
Two further points bear on the question. Ownership of Bullfxo Ltd is reported as non public on the LEI record, so no parent company or beneficial owner is disclosed anywhere. The corporate site at bullfxoltd.com carries navigation labels that do not match their destinations and a legal library in which every document page is empty, while the working versions of those documents sit only on bullfxo.com.
Bullfxo Account Types
Four live tiers are offered, separated by deposit size, spread and withdrawal allowance rather than by execution model. Basic starts at 250 USD, Gold at 25,000 USD, Platinum at 100,000 USD and VIP at 250,000 USD. All four carry the same maximum leverage of 1:400 and the same market data and learning tools. The withdrawal allowance is the practical difference: Basic gives one free withdrawal in total, Gold one a month, Platinum three a month, and VIP none at all in fees. The broker notes that minimum deposits may change without prior notice.
Bullfxo Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Bullfxo charges no dealing commission and no deposit fee, and is paid through the spread. Spreads are floating and wide by industry standards: EUR/USD starts at 3.0 pips on Basic and only reaches 1.6 pips on the 250,000 USD VIP tier, with GBP/USD from 3.4 pips down to 2.0 and USD/JPY from 3.3 down to 1.9. Positions held overnight are charged swap, applied three times on Wednesdays.
The fee that matters most is the inactivity charge. After one month with no deposit, withdrawal or trade, the published schedule levies 150 EUR a month, rising to 200 EUR from two months, 625 EUR from six months, and 1,000 EUR a month once the account is classed as dormant at twelve months, with a further 2,000 EUR to reactivate it. The broker also reserves the right to charge 80 EUR on a withdrawal where there has been little or no trading activity beforehand, where verification documents are outstanding, or for any other reason it considers necessary.
Bullfxo Leverage
Maximum leverage is 1:400 and it is the same on every account tier, for retail and professional clients alike. At that level a move of a quarter of one percent against a fully margined position wipes out the margin behind it.
Bullfxo Trading Platforms
Bullfxo runs a single proprietary platform, described on its site as a WebTrader that works in a browser on desktop and mobile with a light and dark theme. MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader are not offered, so trading history, indicators and automated strategies cannot be carried to another broker. The Client Agreement defines expert advisors but prohibits robots and other automated entry systems unless the broker gives written consent first, and requires all transactions to be completed manually.
Bullfxo Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals run through debit and credit cards, bank wire and electronic wallets, with Skrill and Neteller named in the help centre. Cash and cryptocurrency funding are both refused under the AML Policy, and third party or anonymous payments are not accepted. Deposits are free. Card withdrawals cost 3.5 percent, wires cost 30 USD, 30 EUR, 30 GBP or 30 CHF, and wallet withdrawals carry a 1.5 to 4.5 percent charge that the broker attributes to the client's own payment provider. The minimum wire withdrawal is 120 USD, 100 EUR, 80 GBP, 100 CHF or 7,000 RUB, with no minimum on cards, Skrill or Neteller. The broker aims to process requests within 24 business hours, after which funds typically take up to five business days. Money returns to the method it came from, and where open positions are held a withdrawal is capped at 80 percent of the balance.
Bullfxo Support
Support is offered 24 hours a day on weekdays through live chat, the address info@bullfxo.com and the telephone number +81 50 3114 8492, which is a Japanese line. The site is published in English, French, Japanese, Turkish and Hindi. Bullfxo links to no social media account on any of its pages.
Bullfxo Pros and Cons
Strengths: a single consistently named operating company that can be found on an independent entity register; a complete and specific legal library including a client agreement, fee schedule and AML policy; a contractual guarantee of negative balance protection; no deposit fees and no dealing commission; and a low 250 USD entry point.
Weaknesses: an offshore authorisation that could not be confirmed and that carries no compensation scheme; wide floating spreads at every tier; an escalating inactivity and dormancy fee schedule that can consume an idle balance; a discretionary 80 EUR withdrawal charge aimed at accounts that have not traded; percentage withdrawal fees on cards and wallets; a proprietary platform only; undisclosed ownership; and a corporate website whose legal pages serve no documents.
Bullfxo Review and Assessment
Bullfxo is a working CFD operation with a functioning platform and unusually detailed terms, run by a Comoros company that has existed since March 2024. What it does not have is verifiable supervision: the Mwali licence it advertises cannot be checked against any public register, and nothing else stands between a client and the company. The costs a client would actually meet, in particular the spread and the inactivity schedule, are materially worse than those of onshore alternatives. Anyone considering an account should read the General Fees document and the withdrawal clauses of the Client Agreement in full before depositing, and should size any deposit to what they can afford to lose entirely.

What our check found
A company registrar on the autonomous island of Mwali in the Comoros, not a financial supervisor. It conducts no meaningful oversight of trading or client money, and the Central Bank of the Comoros has publicly stated that licences issued under this name have no legal validity. Client protection: None in practice. No client money segregation you could enforce, no compensation scheme, and no dispute process that can compel repayment.. Effective: 19 Mar 2024. Expires: 19 Mar 2025.
Register screenshot, captured Sep 23, 2026 Verification note
Bullfxo Ltd publishes licence number BFX2024046 and names the Mwali International Services Authority as its regulator on its own website, in its Client Agreement and in its AML Policy. The authority runs no public licence search, and this check found no independent record confirming that the licence exists or is in force, so the claim stands as advertised by the broker rather than confirmed. Readers should treat the authorisation as unverified: the jurisdiction operates no compensation scheme and no complaints route for clients.

How we know — 10 sources
- 1Client Agreement, clause 2.1 (https://www.bullfxo.com/wp-content/uploads/bullfxo/international/2026/04/Bullfxo-Ltd-Client-Agreement.pdf): the services are not available to anyone who is a citizen or resident of the United States of America, British Columbia, European Economic Area, Canada, Israel or Australia, as the Company does not accept Clients from these countries. US, CA, IL and AU are recorded as confirmed blocks on that wording.
- 2Footer company-information block on every page of https://www.bullfxo.com/en/ : the broker does not offer services within the European Economic Area as well as in certain other jurisdictions such as the USA, British Columbia, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia and some other regions. IR, KP, MM and RU are recorded as confirmed blocks on that wording.
- 3British Columbia is named in both documents but is a Canadian province with no ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of its own, so it is recorded here rather than in a code list. Canada as a whole is named separately in the Client Agreement, which is why CA sits in the confirmed list.
- 4The European Economic Area is a region, not a country, so its thirty member states are recorded as likely-unconfirmed rather than confirmed. The phrase 'and some other regions' is left unresolved and is attributed to no country.
- 5Dependent territories: the United States is named, so Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the US Minor Outlying Islands are recorded as covered by that parent block; Australia is named, so Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Heard Island and McDonald Islands are recorded the same way. None of them is named in its own right.
- 6Registration form at https://www.bullfxo.com/onboarding/personal-details-register draws its country list from https://www.bullfxo.com/client-area/api/resources/v2/dictionaries?culture=en, which returns a complete 251-entry ISO country set with no accepted or blocked flag. It still offers the United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia and every EEA state, so the published restrictions are not enforced at the point of signup. Because the list is a generic reference set rather than a curated acceptance list, no country is recorded as explicitly whitelisted.
- 7Regulations help-centre answer at https://www.bullfxo.com/en/faqs/regulations/ states that the broker does not accept clients from the United States and that a restricted country of residence will be notified during registration. It names no other jurisdiction.
- 8AML Policy (https://www.bullfxo.com/wp-content/uploads/bullfxo/international/2026/04/Bullfxo-Ltd-AML-Policy.pdf) names no restricted jurisdiction. It bars cash deposits, cash-related methods and cryptocurrency transactions rather than any country.
- 9The corporate site at https://www.bullfxoltd.com/ carries the same footer restriction clause but a shorter list, naming only the European Economic Area, the USA, British Columbia and Canada. Its /clientagreement page was reached but serves no document, so the fuller clause is taken from the trading site.
- 10The broker publishes site variants in English, French, Japanese, Turkish and Hindi, none of which is a jurisdiction the restriction clauses name.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours and funds typically arrive within 5 business days. Wire TransferWire TransferThe withdrawal fee is stated as 30 CHF, 30 USD, 30 EUR or 30 GBP depending on the account currency. eWalletsE-WalletSkrill and Neteller are named in the help centre, which states there is no minimum withdrawal for them. The broker publishes a withdrawal charge of 1.5 percent to 4.5 percent but states it is determined and levied by the client's own payment service provider rather than by the broker, so no broker fee is recorded.
