Regulation
9/10 · CriticalThe BAPPEBTI licence was revoked for cause on 26 January 2024 and appears on the regulator's revoked register, so the firm now holds no authorisation at all.
Identity & transparency
5/10 · ModerateEntity, licence number and address were fully disclosed and match the regulator's record exactly, but the company then vanished with no wind-down notice and no contact route for clients.
Withdrawals & conduct
4/10 · ModerateNo individual withdrawal complaints could be documented, but the regulator expressly preserved client claims for losses when it cancelled the licence.
Reputation
7/10 · HighPublic reputation is dominated by national coverage of the licence revocation, including the Ministry of Trade's own release, with no positive footprint to offset it.
Website claims
2/10 · LowEvery claim on the archived site, including the licence number, exchange memberships and address, checks out against the regulator's register, and it linked clients to BAPPEBTI's complaints portal.
Operational history
6/10 · HighAbout ten years of licensed operation from 2013 is verified on the register, but it ended in enforcement and collapse, and neither the company nor the domain could be dated precisely.
Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.
- Brand: CCAM Berjangka Indonesia (PT.CCAM)
- Legal entity: PT. CCAM Berjangka Indonesia, formerly PT. Maha Ratu Berjangka. The change of name was approved by BAPPEBTI in 2018 under approval 0002/BAPPEBTI/SP-PN/3/2018.
- Registered: Gedung Graha Antero Lantai 2, Jl. Tomang Raya Kav. 27, Jakarta Barat 11440, Indonesia. Indonesian limited company (PT), business number 328668.
- Website: www.ccam-bi.co.id. The domain no longer resolves anywhere on the internet as of 23 August 2026, and the last archived copy of the site dates from March 2023.
- Only licence: BAPPEBTI futures broker licence 30/BAPPEBTI/SI/04/2013, issued April 2013 and revoked on 26 January 2024. The firm also held Jakarta Futures Exchange membership SPAB/162/JFX/02/2013 and clearing membership 34/AK-KBI/PN/VIII/2016.
- Offers: Stock index futures and foreign exchange, on a platform the site called Pro-I Trading. The published minimum deposit was 100 million rupiah.
- Not accepted: Nothing. The company is defunct, its licence is cancelled and there is no working website, so no new clients can be taken on.
- Age claim: The site said the business was founded in 2012 under its former name. That is consistent with the regulator's record, which shows the licence issued in April 2013.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We did not find proof of a scam, but we did find proof that this firm lost its right to operate and then disappeared. That is why the risk rating is high rather than low, and why the verdict stops short of calling it fraud.
- The regulator cancelled the licence for cause. BAPPEBTI publishes a register of futures brokers whose licences have been revoked. We opened it on 23 August 2026 and the firm is listed there by name, by licence number 30/BAPPEBTI/SI/04/2013 and by its Jakarta address. All three match what the company itself published, so there is no doubt about identity.
- It is no longer on the licensed list. We checked all seven pages of BAPPEBTI's current register of 67 licensed futures brokers. CCAM does not appear, under either its current or its former name.
- The reasons are documented by the government itself. The Ministry of Trade published the decision on 31 January 2024. The freeze in August 2023 followed an audit by the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the clearing house which found the firm had ceased operating and failed the adjusted net capital and equity tests. The cancellation followed because the company did not act on a 90 day remediation order.
- Client claims were left open. BAPPEBTI put on record that cancelling the licence does not remove the company's responsibility for claims over losses suffered by clients, and that fines for late financial and compliance director reports were still owed. A regulator does not write that sentence about a firm that wound down cleanly.
- The business has gone. The website domain does not resolve at all and no copy of the site has been archived since March 2023. There is no wind-down notice, no contact route and no successor operation that we could find.
- What we did not find matters too. There is no clone, no fabricated licence number, no borrowed identity and no false claim on the old website. Every credential the site advertised checks out against the regulator's own records. We also found no documented pattern of individual clients being refused withdrawals, so we are not asserting one.
One limit on our figures: the Indonesian corporate registry entry is paywalled and the .id domain registry would not return a record, so we could not date the company or the domain precisely. The roughly ten year operating history rests on the regulator's licence record, which is why we describe it as an approximate figure.
Risk-profile adjustment: the evidence-based score was 59%. It is presented as 65% because track record under 3 years (age could not be established), which our policy treats as elevated risk regardless of how little was found against this broker.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1BAPPEBTI's own register of futures brokers whose licences have been revoked lists PT. CCAM BERJANGKA INDONESIA, formerly PT. Maha Ratu Berjangka, with licence 30/BAPPEBTI/SI/04/2013 at Gedung Graha Antero Lantai 2, Jl. Tomang Raya Kav. 27, Jakarta 11440. The licence number and address match those the company published on its own website, which locks the identity.
E2The Ministry of Trade published the decision on 31 January 2024: BAPPEBTI revoked the licence of PT CCAM Berjangka Indonesia on 26 January 2024 under Head of BAPPEBTI Decision No. 01 of 2024, and revoked all of its broker representative licences. The stated reason is that the company did not carry out the ordered remediation within 90 days of the freeze.
E3The same government announcement records that BAPPEBTI underlined that revoking the licence does not remove the company's responsibility and obligations towards claims for losses suffered by clients, nor its obligation to pay fines for late submission of financial reports and compliance director reports.
E4We checked all seven pages of BAPPEBTI's register of currently licensed futures brokers, 67 firms in total, searching for both CCAM and Maha Ratu. Neither name appears. The firm holds no current Indonesian futures broker authorisation.
E5The domain ccam-bi.co.id does not resolve. A DNS lookup on 23 August 2026 returned NXDOMAIN with no address records, meaning the domain has been released rather than merely pointed away. The business has no live web presence.
ModeratePublic DNS resolution checkE6The company's archived About page states it was formerly PT Maha Ratu Berjangka, founded in 2012, licensed by BAPPEBTI under No. 30/BAPPEBTI/SI/04/2013, renamed with BAPPEBTI approval 0002/BAPPEBTI/SP-PN/3/2018, and holding Jakarta Futures Exchange membership SPAB/162/JFX/02/2013 and clearing membership 34/AK-KBI/PN/VIII/2016. These self-published details match the regulator's record.
E7The archived homepage from March 2023 shows a working brokerage site offering futures and foreign exchange trading, listing the Jakarta office address, a client service line and a direct link to BAPPEBTI's official complaints portal. A firm routing its own clients to the regulator's complaints channel is not concealing its supervision.
E8The Indonesian corporate registry record confirms PT. Ccam Berjangka Indonesia exists as a limited liability company with business number 328668 and a registered address of Gedung Graha Antero Lantai 2, Jalan Tomang Raya Kavling 27, sourced from the Directorate General of Legal Administration. The address matches the regulator's register entry exactly. This proves the company was real, not that it was licensed.
E9Archive coverage of the website runs from November 2020 to March 2023 and stops there, with nothing captured after the regulator froze the business in August 2023. The site was never updated to disclose the freeze or the cancellation, and no wind-down notice was ever published for clients.
E10A sweep for individual client complaints across review platforms, Indonesian consumer and news sources and a third-party broker directory returned no documented withdrawal-refusal reports naming this firm, and no positive review base either. The directory that does carry an entry simply repeats the regulator's revocation. There is no evidence of a fabricated licence, a cloned identity or a borrowed licence number.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fair case for this company deserves stating, because on most of the tests we run it came out clean.
- It was a real, properly licensed brokerage. For about ten years it held a genuine national licence from Indonesia's statutory futures regulator, not an offshore registration bought for appearances. It was a member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian clearing house.
- It was honest about who it was. The site named the legal entity, the former name, the licence number, the exchange and clearing memberships and a real street address. Every one of those checks out against BAPPEBTI's register. Many collapsed brokers hide all of it.
- It pointed clients at the regulator. The old site published BAPPEBTI's official complaints portal in its own footer, alongside a dedicated client service line. That is the opposite of a firm trying to keep complaints in house.
- The regulator rated it well shortly before the collapse. In BAPPEBTI's periodic ratings for January to June 2023 the firm scored an A at 74.34 percent. Whatever went wrong appears to have gone wrong quickly.
- The stated grounds are financial, not criminal. The published reasons are ceasing operations, failing capital adequacy and ignoring a remediation order. Those are administrative failures. No fraud prosecution, court judgment or regulator finding of deception naming this company was found.
- Nobody can be harmed by it now. The domain is dead. There is no live site taking deposits, which sharply limits the ongoing danger compared with an active operation.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this verdict in either direction.
- Towards a scam finding: a set of specific, checkable client reports with amounts and dates showing withdrawals were refused or balances removed in the months before the August 2023 freeze, on at least two independent platforms.
- Towards a scam finding: any demand for an extra payment, such as a tax or release fee, made to clients trying to get their money out. That single pattern would change the verdict on its own.
- Towards a scam finding: an Indonesian court judgment or police case naming PT. CCAM Berjangka Indonesia or its directors over client funds.
- Towards a scam finding: the same people or the same registered address reappearing behind a new brokerage brand, which would turn a collapse into a pattern.
- Towards a lower rating: evidence that client money held in the segregated accounts was returned in full through the clearing house or the guarantee fund, and that outstanding claims were settled.
- Towards a lower rating: BAPPEBTI restoring the licence, or the register showing the entry removed from the revoked list. Neither is likely, since the decision states the authorisation ended permanently.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is PT. CCAM Berjangka Indonesia a scam?
We found no proof of a scam, but we found proof that it is finished. Indonesia's regulator BAPPEBTI cancelled its futures broker licence on 26 January 2024 and the company has since disappeared, website included. It should be treated as a high risk, dead operation rather than a broker you can use.
Is CCAM Berjangka regulated?
No, not any more. It held BAPPEBTI licence 30/BAPPEBTI/SI/04/2013 from April 2013, but that licence was revoked on 26 January 2024. The firm now appears on BAPPEBTI's register of brokers whose licences have been withdrawn, and is absent from the list of the 67 brokers still licensed.
Why was the licence revoked?
BAPPEBTI froze the business on 4 August 2023 after an audit by the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian clearing house found the company had stopped operating and no longer met adjusted net capital and equity requirements. It was given 90 days to fix this and did not act, so the licence was cancelled permanently.
Can I still get my money back?
Your claim has not expired. BAPPEBTI stated on the record that revoking the licence does not remove the company's responsibility for claims over losses suffered by clients. Pursue it through BAPPEBTI's official complaints channel, with your account statements and transfer receipts.
Is the CCAM Berjangka website still working?
No. The domain ccam-bi.co.id does not resolve at all as of 23 August 2026, meaning it has been dropped entirely rather than just taken down. The most recent archived copy of the site is from March 2023.
Who owned and ran the company?
It was PT. CCAM Berjangka Indonesia, an Indonesian limited company with business number 328668, registered at Gedung Graha Antero Lantai 2, Jl. Tomang Raya Kav. 27, Jakarta Barat. It was previously called PT. Maha Ratu Berjangka and changed name with BAPPEBTI's approval in 2018. Shareholder details sit behind a paywall on the Indonesian registry.
How long was it in business?
Roughly ten years. The regulator issued its licence in April 2013 and froze the business in August 2023. We could not date the company incorporation or the domain registration precisely, because the corporate registry record is paywalled and the .id domain registry would not return a record, so treat ten years as an approximate figure based on the licence.
Was CCAM Berjangka a clone or a fake broker?
No. This is one of the clearer findings. Every credential the website advertised, including the licence number, the entity name and the Jakarta address, matches BAPPEBTI's own register exactly. It was a genuine licensed Indonesian brokerage, not an impostor using someone else's paperwork.
What is BAPPEBTI and how much does its licence mean?
BAPPEBTI is Indonesia's statutory commodity futures trading regulator, part of the Ministry of Trade. It is a real national supervisor that requires segregated client accounts, capital adequacy and regular reporting, and it demonstrably enforces, as this case shows. It is not an offshore paper licence, though its protections mainly reach Indonesian residents.
Were there many complaints about this broker?
We did not find a body of individual client complaints on review platforms for this firm, and no Trustpilot profile exists for its domain. That absence is not a clean bill of health. The substantive adverse finding here comes from the regulator, which flagged unresolved client loss claims and unpaid fines when it cancelled the licence.
Did another broker lose its licence at the same time?
Yes. BAPPEBTI revoked PT Eternity Futures on the same day, 26 January 2024, under a separate decision. The two firms are at different Jakarta addresses and we found no evidence they are connected. They were simply part of the same enforcement round.
What should I check before depositing with any Indonesian futures broker?
Look the firm up by name and licence number on BAPPEBTI's register of licensed futures brokers, then check it is not on the register of revoked licences. Confirm your money goes to a segregated account in the broker's name approved by BAPPEBTI. If a broker cannot show a current licence number that resolves on the register, do not deposit.
Someone is offering to recover my money from CCAM. Should I pay them?
No. Asking for an upfront fee to recover lost funds is itself a well known follow up fraud that targets people who have already lost money. Go through BAPPEBTI's official complaints channel instead, and never pay a fee in advance to anyone promising recovery.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Practical guidance for anyone searching for this company.
- Do not send money to anything using this name. The licence is cancelled and the company is defunct. Any site, app or person still trading under the CCAM Berjangka name is operating without authorisation, and may well be someone else using a dead brand.
- If you were a client, your claim still stands. BAPPEBTI stated expressly that cancelling the licence does not end the company's liability for client losses. Do not let anyone tell you the claim died with the licence.
- Report through the official channel. Use BAPPEBTI's complaints route and keep every statement, transfer receipt and message. Claims relating to a revoked broker are handled through the regulator and the clearing arrangements, not through the company's old phone numbers.
- Check any replacement broker on the register first. BAPPEBTI publishes both the list of licensed futures brokers and the list of revoked ones. Confirm your broker is on the first list and absent from the second before depositing.
- Be alert to recovery offers. People who lost money to a collapsed broker are frequently approached by so called recovery agents who ask for an upfront fee. Those are a second fraud. No legitimate recovery service asks for money in advance.
- For our records: the broker profile should stay marked as unregulated, and should record that a BAPPEBTI licence was held and revoked in January 2024.
