What Combat Capital Markets legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by Combat Capital Markets itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Combat Capital Markets sells trading challenges from $15 to $399 and publishes one legal document, a KYC/AML policy. The rules that decide whether you get paid live on a Persian page. The English version of that page prints ten headings and no rules. A payout needs your best trading day to stay under 20% of your total profit, and in the funded stage that best day never resets.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

3 of these 4 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

21 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Combat Capital Markets's own files

01

Your best single trading day has to stay under 20% of your total profit before Combat lets you take money out. Section 6 of the Combat One rules sets the formula, and your account keeps trading while the money stays put.

Why this matters

In the funded stage that best day never resets. Combat counts your whole account history from the start, so one big day can hold every later payout until you grind total profit higher. Combat's own calculation is the final word.

What it costsA $300 best day on $1,000 of total profit scores 30%, so nothing leaves. The payout opens once total profit reaches $1,500, because $300 is 20% of $1,500.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The score decides when you may ask, and the review then switches your account off for 2 to 3 working days.
  • Only applies after Exhibit 7The cap that locks the payout is only written out on the Persian rules page.
02

The English KYC/AML policy says payouts go only to an account in your own name. It bans transfers between customer accounts outright. That paragraph is missing from the Persian version of the same policy, and Combat's Persian wallet page then sells member to member transfers as a feature.

Why this matters

You can use the wallet exactly as Combat describes it and still break the policy you accepted. Combat can end the relationship at its own discretion for an AML breach, and it does not have to tell you why.

Exhibit 8CriticalRarely seen

Where it sits: section 5 of 22 in the KYC/AML Policy, near the start.

Our readingTwo language versions of one policy differing on a withdrawal rule is not a translation style. The Persian text drops the one sentence that would stop the feature the Persian wallet page advertises, including an escrow option for settling in Rial between members.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 14A transfer the policy calls strictly prohibited is exactly the kind of activity Combat can freeze without giving reasons.
03

Combat sells its plans in English and publishes the rules in Persian. The English rules page prints ten numbered headings, from the profit share to the rules shared by every plan, with no text under any of them.

Why this matters

You can buy a challenge in English and never see the rule that locks your payout. Two of Combat's English pages tell you to check the exact limit on your plan's rules page, and that page is blank.

Our readingPublishing terms in one language while marketing in another is common. Combat does something narrower: one page carries the whole rulebook in Persian and nothing but numbered headings in English, and its English help topics say there are no articles yet.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 1The 20% cap that holds your money is one of the rules that never appears in English.
04

Combat counts only 50% of the profit on a funded trade you held under a minute. It counts nothing from a trade placed inside two minutes of high impact news, which it takes from the Forex Factory calendar.

Why this matters

You can pass the challenge and then watch half your earnings disappear from the calculation. Combat times both windows on its own server, and both rules only bite once you reach the funded stage.

05

Combat can block your account, extend the block and hold your transactions until its investigation finishes, and the policy sets no outer limit. It also says it does not have to give you the reason for a freeze, a document demand or a rejected transaction.

Why this matters

Your money can sit still for as long as Combat wants, and you are owed no explanation. Combat publishes no complaints procedure and names no outside body you could take the dispute to.

Exhibit 14CriticalHarder than usual

Clause AML/KYC Policy in KYC/AML Policy
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference

Where it sits: section 11 of 22 in the KYC/AML Policy, 50% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client a written complaints procedure, a deadline for a final answer and access to an independent scheme. Combat publishes no complaints procedure and says it need not give reasons for a freeze.

Combat Capital Markets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

06

Combat publishes a KYC/AML policy and nothing else: no client agreement, no payment terms, no privacy policy, no complaints procedure. The policy says of itself that it is not the full story and can be topped up by rules Combat does not publish.

Why this matters

Nothing published tells you which law governs your account or which court would hear a dispute. The policy refers to any agreement with the Company, and no such agreement appears anywhere on the site.

Exhibit 19WarningRarely seen1

Therefore, this summary is not comprehensive and can be supplemented by local policies.
Clause AML/KYC Policy in KYC/AML Policy
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference

Where it sits: section 12 of 22 in the KYC/AML Policy, 55% of the way through.

Our readingA prop firm normally publishes terms of service and a privacy policy, because it sells a service and collects identity documents. Combat publishes one AML page, the address it uses for a privacy policy on its trading portal leads back to that same page, and its affiliate rules sit behind a login.

Some profit is counted at half, some not at all

Combat Capital Markets counts only 50% of the profit on a funded trade held under a minute, and none at all inside two minutes of high impact news. A separate list of forbidden styles fails the account outright. Its risk team decides from your overall pattern.

Profit haircuts1 clause flagged

Combat fails the account for styles it lists as completely forbidden, among them gap trading, tick scalping, martingale and grid. Its risk team decides from your overall pattern, against a single test: would a professional trading real money have traded this way?

Why this matters

Your plan fee and everything you made go with the account. The list reaches ordinary techniques, and the rules give you no appeal and no figure for how many trades count as too many.

Combat Capital Markets takes $5 out of a payout on the Tron network and $2 on Binance, and charges $3.5 per forex lot. Both figures sit on Persian pages. The plan cards that sell the challenge in English show only the price of the plan.

Cost disclosure2 clauses flagged

Combat pays only in USDT, on the Tron or Binance network, and takes the network fee out of your payout: $5 on TRC-20 and $2 on BEP-20. The money lands about 24 hours after you ask.

Why this matters

A wrong address is final. Combat says the address is your responsibility and that funds cannot be returned once sent, and it offers no bank transfer to fall back on.

What it costsA $100 payout on the Tron network reaches you as $95. Taking profit weekly on that network costs you $260 a year in network fees.

Combat charges $3.5 per lot on forex and $5 per lot on precious metals. Both figures sit on the Persian rules page, and the plan cards that sell the challenge show only the price of the plan.

Why this matters

Commission comes off your profit before your share is worked out, so it eats into the target you have to reach. A dealing commission of this size is ordinary. Seeing it only in Persian is not.

What it costsTen standard forex lots traded in a day cost you $35 in commission. On a $10,000 account with an 8% target, that is $35 off the $800 you have to make.

Every payout is a test your best day can fail

Combat Capital Markets pays nothing out until your best single day falls under 20% of your total profit. In the funded stage that day never resets, and each request takes 2 to 3 working days with the account switched off. The share of profit starts at 60%.

Exit conditions2 clauses flagged

Combat takes 2 to 3 working days to pay a profit request, and it deactivates your account for the whole review. The note sits at the end of the rules shared by every plan.

Why this matters

You cannot trade while you wait for your own money. Combat turns the account back on at the start of the next working day after approval, so one request can cost you three trading days and part of a fourth.

Combat pays you 60% of your profit if you withdraw at the first chance you get. The 90% share needs you to leave the money alone for 31 days or more, and every payout restarts the clock at day one.

Why this matters

Taking profit on schedule keeps you on the bottom rung for good. The plan cards sell a share of up to 90%, and the rule that sets 60% is published only in Persian.

What it costsOn $1,000 of profit, a payout on day 10 pays you $600. The same $1,000 taken after day 31 pays you $900.

Our readingMost prop firms pay one fixed share of profit. Combat's share moves with how long you leave the money in the account, and each payout resets the counter, so a trader who withdraws regularly is always paid at the lowest rate.

Combat decides how much of you it will fund, and when

Combat Capital Markets caps all your accounts together at $100,000 and freezes any second funded account on the same plan. Only the expert advisors it names may run, and a VPS is banned on every plan. Operational rules can change for accounts you already own.

Account limits4 clauses flagged

Combat names the few expert advisors you may run, which are automated scripts on MetaTrader, and treats every other one as a breach of your account rules. It also bans a VPS, the rented server most automated setups need, on every plan.

Why this matters

A trade manager that only sizes your orders puts you in breach if its name is not on the list. Copy trading between two accounts you own yourself needs Combat's written approval first, and only during a challenge.

Our readingProp firms normally forbid named abusive techniques. Combat inverts that: anything outside a published list of allowed tools is a violation, and a rented server to keep a platform online is forbidden in the funded stage as well as the challenge.

Combat caps all your accounts together at $100,000, with at most $20,000 of that in direct funded plans. Only one funded account per plan can be active, and any later one is frozen while the first one lives.

Why this matters

Pass twice on the same plan and the second account sits parked, with no way for you to choose which one trades. Combat also sends anyone who has failed $25,000 or more of funded accounts to its risk team before selling them another plan, and can cut their volume and leverage.

Combat keeps the right to update its rules, its parameters and its service terms, and treats your continued use after notice as acceptance. Changes to payment methods and account handling then apply to old accounts from the day they are announced.

Why this matters

The target, drawdown and stop loss of a challenge you already bought are locked, which protects the part that decides pass or fail. Everything about how you get paid can still move, and keeping up with the latest version is your job.

The restricted list in its own footer names Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Bangladesh, Nepal, North Korea and United States persons, and nothing on the site reconciles the two.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from these pages whether your country sits inside the rule or outside it. Combat's own history page counts Iran's trading community as its community, and the firm does not have to give you a reason when it blocks an account.

Who the contract is with

Combat Capital Markets Ltd

Combat Capital Markets Ltd is the only company named in these documents. The footer calls it an International Business Company in Saint Lucia, registration number 2026-00419, and says it operates the website and provides the proprietary trading service. The same company is also the broker that executes your trades, on its own MetaTrader 5 server. Combat's history page says a company was set up in Dubai in October 2023 but never names it. No published page says which entity holds your money.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Combat returns your plan fee in full with your first payout, which most prop firms never do. It also locks the parameters of a challenge you already bought: the profit target, the drawdown and the stop loss cannot be changed under you. The consistency formula is published with a calculator, so you can work out your own number before you ask for money. Breaching that formula does not fail the account, it only delays the payout. Combat states, in both languages, that it holds no licence and answers to no regulator, where many offshore firms imply the opposite.

Combat publishes one legal document, the KYC/AML policy, and this review covers it in English and in Persian. The plan rules are not a document: they open one section at a time on Combat's own rules page, and the review covers the Marathon Pro and Combat One plans there, not every section of all six plans. The wallet answers open the same way, and seven of the nine are covered. The checkout page, the affiliate rules and whatever a buyer ticks to agree all sit behind a login we did not create, so we cannot say what that page asks you to accept. No earlier version of these pages is available for comparison.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Combat Capital Markets file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Combat Capital Markets publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Combat Capital Markets on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 3, 2026.

If you represent Combat Capital Markets and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Combat Capital Markets. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
