Independent safety report

Is Corex Market a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Unlicensed broker; platform offline since 2026

Corex Market is a high-risk, unlicensed broker that presented a FinCEN registration as regulation and went offline without notice in 2026.

  • No trading licence. Its only credential was a FinCEN money services business registration (BSA ID 31000278573971) held by a Colorado company. The UAE Capital Market Authority and the US NFA list no firm called Corex.
  • The platform is gone. corexmarket.com and its client areas stopped working in spring 2026, and a Persian review site reports that users lost access to the site and their accounts without warning.
  • Thin corporate trail. The Colorado company behind the FinCEN filing was incorporated two weeks after that filing and has been delinquent since 1 January 2026. The website never gave a street address.
  • What we did not find. No regulator warning and no fraud finding names Corex Market, and we found no detailed, checkable reports of refused withdrawals, so we rate it high risk rather than a confirmed scam.

Regulation

7/10 · High

No licence to deal forex or CFDs anywhere; the only credential is a FinCEN MSB registration, an anti-money-laundering filing, and the UAE CMA and NFA registers list no Corex firm.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

Three company names across its pages, no street address and a placeholder WhatsApp number; the US registrant was formed after its own FinCEN filing and is delinquent, though both US records do exist.

Withdrawals & conduct

5/10 · Moderate

No detailed, checkable withdrawal complaints, but the platform went offline without notice in spring 2026 and users report losing access to their accounts; two 2025 comments describe easy payouts.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

Thin and mixed: two generic 5-star Trustpilot reviews, a burst of generic praise on a Persian review site in late 2024, then shutdown reports; no regulator warning names it.

Website claims

7/10 · High

Presented a FinCEN MSB registration as 'Our Regulations' and told clients tax authorities would not be notified; the registration itself is genuine, so this is overstatement rather than a fabricated licence.

Operational history

7/10 · High

Domains from June and August 2023, the US company from August 2024, and the platform stopped working in spring 2026: a short-lived operation that has now ceased.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: Corex Market, a forex and CFD broker that ran on the cTrader platform.
  • Legal entity: Corex Financing Broker LLC, which the site said is registered in the UAE under number 1182426. Its About page also used the name Corex Market Broker LLC.
  • US affiliate: COREXMARKET LTD, a Colorado corporation (ID 20241870653) formed on 21 August 2024 and delinquent since 1 January 2026. It holds the FinCEN registration.
  • Registered: United Arab Emirates, with a stated headquarters in Dubai. Dubai's company registers are not openly searchable, so the UAE details rest on the company's own statements.
  • Website: corexmarket.com, with client areas on my.corexmarket.com, app.corexmarket.com and my.corexfinances.com. All are offline.
  • Only licence: none for trading. The single credential was a FinCEN money services business registration, BSA ID 31000278573971.
  • Offers: forex, metals, energies, indices, stocks and crypto CFDs; Standard (from $100), ECN (from $300), ECN Pro (from $500) and VIP (from $10,000) accounts; copy trading.
  • Funding: USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network from a private wallet, plus exchangers and local bank transfers mentioned in its FAQ.

No proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.

Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), USA: Money Services Business registration

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
An anti-money-laundering registration as a money services business (seller of money orders, money transmitter, dealer in foreign exchange) filed by CorexMarket LTD of Colorado. FinCEN does not license or supervise forex or CFD brokers and says a listing is not an endorsement. The broker presented it as its regulation until its site went offline in 2026.
Protection: None for trading clients: no capital rules, no client-money segregation, no compensation scheme and no complaints handling.

UAE company registration no. 1182426 (issuing authority not named by the broker)

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
A company or commercial licence number for Corex Financing Broker LLC. Even if valid, it is not a licence to offer leveraged forex or CFDs: in mainland UAE that needs a Capital Market Authority licence, and the CMA register lists no Corex firm.
Protection: None for trading clients.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate Corex Market high risk at 68%. The rating rests on what the registers show and on the platform's sudden disappearance, not on proven theft.

  • No licence to handle clients' trades. The UAE Capital Market Authority register returns nothing for Corex, Corexmarket or Financing Broker, and NFA's BASIC register returns no Corex firm. A Dubai commercial licence and a FinCEN registration do not allow a company to offer leveraged forex or CFDs.
  • A registration presented as regulation. The site's 'Our Regulations' page listed only the FinCEN MSB registration and invited visitors to 'Check Our Regulation On Fincen'. FinCEN says it does not approve or endorse any business on that list.
  • A thin US company. FinCEN's record shows the registration was signed on 8 August 2024, about two weeks before COREXMARKET LTD was incorporated in Colorado on 21 August 2024. The company never filed a periodic report and has been delinquent since 1 January 2026, yet the site kept advertising the registration until at least April 2026.
  • The platform vanished. The last archived copy of the homepage dates from 12 April 2026. Today the domains do not resolve, and a Persian review site reports that the site went offline without notice in April-May 2026, leaving users without access to their accounts. We found no closure notice and no refund process.
  • Why not higher. No regulator warning names the broker, the FinCEN number is its own rather than borrowed, and two users wrote in 2025 that withdrawals were easy. We found no specific, checkable reports of refused withdrawals, so the evidence supports high risk, not a confirmed scam.
  • Age. The domains date from mid-2023 and the Colorado company from August 2024; the UAE company's founding date is not publicly available. That gives a track record of roughly two to three years, ending with the shutdown. Because the operation is under three years old on the dated records, it could not be rated below 65%; the evidence alone already puts it at 68%.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

9 against2 in favour
  • E1The broker's 'Our Regulations' page listed a single credential, a FinCEN Money Services Business registration: 'CorexMarket Ltd is registered under the USA MSB with registration number 31000278573971', with a button reading 'Check Our Regulation On Fincen'. An MSB registration is an anti-money-laundering filing, not a licence to deal forex or CFDs. The page still carried the claim on 12 April 2026.

  • E2Searching BSA ID 31000278573971 on FinCEN's MSB Registrant Search returns CorexMarket LTD at an Aurora, Colorado address, registered as a seller of money orders, money transmitter and dealer in foreign exchange (codes 405, 409 and 415) in all states, signed 8 Aug 2024 and received 7 Aug 2024. The number is genuine and belongs to the broker's own affiliate. FinCEN states that it does not approve or endorse any business that registers as an MSB.

  • E3The UAE Capital Market Authority (formerly SCA) register of licensed companies returns no results for 'Corex', 'Corexmarket' or 'Financing Broker', while the same search returns entries for a known licensee. Corex Market described itself as a UAE forex brokerage, but no UAE licence to deal in OTC derivatives or spot currencies is on record.

  • E4A firm-name search for 'Corex' on NFA BASIC returns no results, which NFA explains as a firm that is not and has not been registered with the CFTC. The US credential the site advertised was therefore not a forex authorisation.

  • E5The Central Bank of the UAE register of licensed financial institutions, September 2026 edition, contains no entry for Corex. The broker's About page showed an image file named Central-Bank among its legal documents.

  • E6Colorado's business register shows COREXMARKET LTD (ID 20241870653) was incorporated on 21 Aug 2024, about two weeks after its FinCEN registration was signed. Its principal office is in Longmont, not at the Aurora address given to FinCEN. It never filed a periodic report, became noncompliant on 1 Nov 2025 and delinquent on 1 Jan 2026.

  • E7A Persian-language broker review site marks Corex Market's services as stopped and states that, according to its checks in Ordibehesht 1405 (21 April to 21 May 2026), the broker's website went offline without prior notice and users have no access to the site or their client panel.

  • E8Registry records show corexfinances.com was registered on 17 Jun 2023 and corexmarket.com on 26 Aug 2023, both through Namecheap. corexfinances.com is on registrar hold and does not resolve, and corexmarket.com's nameservers (ns1 and ns2.corexfinances.com) no longer answer, so the site and client areas are unreachable. The last archived capture of the homepage is dated 12 April 2026.

  • E9The contact page gave email addresses and a WhatsApp number written as +9711000000, too short to be a working UAE number, and no street address. The About page called the company Corex Market Broker LLC, the footer Corex Financing Broker LLC and the regulations page CorexMarket Ltd.

  • E10The FAQ limited withdrawals to 9:00 to 12:00, Monday to Thursday, listed 'No trading activity has been carried out since the last deposit' as a reason to reject a withdrawal, required withdrawals in proportion to deposits, and answered 'No, all you trade and your personal information are confidential' when asked whether tax authorities would be told about profits.

  • E11The deposit guide told clients to pay USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to a wallet address generated in the client area, advised against using exchange accounts and recommended wallets such as Trust Wallet. The FAQ also mentioned 'trusted exchanges', local banks and a 'Top Change' payment portal; no card acquirer or client bank account was named.

  • E12About ten short positive comments were posted between 15 October and 9 December 2024 on a Persian review site, several from the same usernames. Several praise the broker's own trading robots for steady monthly profit and two announce the FinCEN registration as a new regulation. None gives an amount or date that could be checked.

  • E13Two comments from February and May 2025 describe easy withdrawals, one saying payouts arrive within 24 to 72 hours. They give no amounts or dates.

  • E14IOSCO's I-SCAN alert network returns seven alerts for 'corex', all about other websites such as corexoption.com and corexsolutions.com. None names Corex Market, corexmarket.com or Corex Financing Broker.

  • E15Trustpilot shows two reviews for corexmarket.com, both 5-star and generic, posted on 27 and 29 November 2023, the month the profile was claimed. The page now says the company's website has closed.

  • E16In 2021 and 2022 corexmarket.com carried a different site, Corex Market Investment, which promised massive returns and claimed US SEC regulation. The domain's current registration dates from 26 Aug 2023 and nothing ties that site to the present operator, so warnings describing a high-return crypto platform may refer to the earlier site.

Persian broker review site marking Corex Market's services as stopped and reporting that its site went offline without notice in April-May 2026

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

There is a case that Corex Market was a small, badly run offshore broker rather than a scheme built to take deposits.

  • The FinCEN registration is genuine and belongs to its own affiliate, so it did not borrow another firm's credentials.
  • It ran a real cTrader platform with ordinary account tiers, not an invented dashboard, and two users wrote in 2025 that withdrawals were easy, one citing payouts within 24 to 72 hours.
  • The shutdown may reflect a business failure or lost access to its Persian-speaking clientele: one user asked in May 2026 whether Iranian accounts had been blocked.
  • Scam warnings about a crypto platform called Corex Market Investment describe an earlier, unrelated site that used the same domain in 2021-2022.
  • A Dubai company may well exist under number 1182426; Dubai's registers simply do not let the public confirm it.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

These findings would move the rating.

  • Toward lower risk: a statement from the company explaining the shutdown, with a working way for clients to withdraw balances and confirmations from clients who were paid.
  • Toward lower risk: a licence for Corex Financing Broker LLC on the UAE Capital Market Authority register or another recognised regulator's register.
  • Toward lower risk: confirmation of Corex Financing Broker LLC on Dubai's company register with a matching name, number and address.
  • Toward a scam verdict: specific, checkable reports from clients who lost balances when the platform went dark, or a regulator warning naming corexmarket.com or Corex Financing Broker LLC.
  • Toward a scam verdict: evidence that withdrawal requests were refused, or met with demands for extra fees, before the shutdown.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

13 questions
Is Corex Market a scam?

We rate Corex Market high risk rather than a confirmed scam. It held no licence to offer forex or CFD trading, it presented a FinCEN registration as regulation, and its platform went offline without notice in spring 2026, with users reportedly unable to log in. We found no detailed, checkable reports of refused withdrawals, which is why we stop short of calling it a scam.

Is Corex Market a fraud?

No regulator or court has made a fraud finding against Corex Market, and we found no fraud case naming it. We do assess the risk of losing money with it as high: it was unlicensed, vague about who ran it, and it disappeared without telling clients how to recover their balances.

Is Corex Market regulated?

No. The only credential it showed was a FinCEN money services business registration (BSA ID 31000278573971) held by CorexMarket LTD of Colorado. That is an anti-money-laundering registration, not a trading licence, and the UAE Capital Market Authority and the US NFA list no firm called Corex.

What is the FinCEN MSB registration Corex Market advertised?

FinCEN keeps a list of money services businesses, such as money transmitters and currency dealers, that register for anti-money-laundering purposes. Registration is a filing, not an approval: FinCEN says it does not approve or endorse any registered business. It gives traders no protection for money held with a broker.

Is the Corex Market website still working?

No. corexmarket.com no longer resolves, its client areas on my.corexmarket.com, app.corexmarket.com and my.corexfinances.com are down, and corexfinances.com is on registrar hold. The last archived copy of the homepage is from 12 April 2026, and a Persian review site reports the site went offline without notice in April-May 2026.

Can I withdraw my money from Corex Market?

Not through its platform, because the website and client area are offline. If you still had a balance, collect your account details, deposit transaction hashes and emails now, write to the last addresses it used (support@corexmarket.com and support@corexfinances.com), and report the loss to the police where you live. Do not pay anyone who promises recovery for an upfront fee.

Who owns Corex Market?

The website named Corex Financing Broker LLC, said to be registered in the UAE under number 1182426, and also used the name Corex Market Broker LLC. Its FinCEN registration belongs to COREXMARKET LTD, a Colorado corporation formed on 21 August 2024 and delinquent since 1 January 2026. Dubai's company registers are not openly searchable, so the UAE company's details rest on the broker's own statements.

How old is Corex Market?

The operation dates from mid-2023: corexfinances.com was registered on 17 June 2023 and corexmarket.com on 26 August 2023. Its US company was formed in August 2024, and the platform stopped working in spring 2026, so it traded for less than three years.

Is Corex Market a clone of another broker?

We found no sign that it copied another firm's identity. The FinCEN number it advertised is registered to its own affiliate, CorexMarket LTD. An unrelated site called Corex Market Investment used the same domain in 2021-2022, before the domain was registered again in August 2023.

How did Corex Market take deposits?

Its deposit guide walked clients through paying USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to a wallet address generated in the client area, and recommended a private wallet such as Trust Wallet. Its FAQ also mentioned exchangers and local bank transfers. Crypto transfers are hard to reverse, so money sent this way is difficult to recover.

What is a UAE company number worth for a forex broker?

A UAE commercial licence lets a company exist and trade in its listed activities, but offering leveraged forex or CFDs to the public in mainland UAE needs a licence from the Capital Market Authority, formerly the SCA. The CMA register has no entry for Corex, so the company had no UAE authorisation to handle clients' trades.

What should I check before depositing with a broker like this?

Find the licence on the regulator's own register and make sure the company name and website match. Treat FinCEN MSB registrations, company numbers and business licences as what they are: not trading licences. Be wary of crypto-only funding, missing street addresses, and promises of steady monthly profits from a broker's own trading robots.

Are the Corex Market Investment scam warnings about this broker?

Not necessarily. In 2021 and 2022 corexmarket.com carried a different site, Corex Market Investment, which promised massive returns and claimed US SEC regulation. The domain was registered again in August 2023 and the current broker launched on it; we found nothing that ties the two operations together.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Do not open an account or send money to anyone presenting as Corex Market.

  • If you had money there, gather your account number, deposit transaction hashes, wallet addresses, emails and screenshots now.
  • Ask for your balance in writing at the last addresses it used, support@corexmarket.com and support@corexfinances.com, and keep copies.
  • Report the loss to the police cybercrime unit where you live. Because its FinCEN registrant is a Colorado company, you can also file with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover your money for an upfront fee. That is a common second scam aimed at people who have already lost funds.
  • Before using any broker, find its licence on the regulator's own register. A FinCEN MSB registration, a company number or a business licence is not a trading licence.
