Identity & transparency
7/10 · HighA legal entity and address are disclosed, but the operation spreads across three offshore shells, uses a Kyrgyzstan phone line, and presents fabricated credentials.
Withdrawals & conduct
7/10 · HighFund-integrity complaints across more than one platform: withdrawals refused, accounts blocked, a deposit and profit not returned; some positive reports and recovery-site sourcing temper it.

Website claims
9/10 · CriticalFabricated NFA number, incorporations shown as regulation, an unverified 'since 2019' claim, a 300,000-member boast, and duplicated fake testimonials.
Operational history

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
The evidence points to deliberate deception, not just a weak licence.
- A fabricated US registration. The 'Registrations' page shows 'NATIONAL FUTURES ASSOCIATION, NFA ID: 0563093, Commodity Pool Operator, Commodity Trading Advisor'. We searched the official NFA BASIC register on 20 August 2026 by that ID and by the firm name. Both returned zero results. A firm that were genuinely registered would appear. This number is invented.
- Company papers passed off as licences. The same page displays a Labuan certificate of incorporation (company LL18857), a Saint Lucia certificate of incorporation (No. 2024-00681) and a Saint Vincent certificate of good standing. Every one of these is a company registration, not a permission to run a brokerage. Saint Vincent's regulator has stated it does not licence forex trading at all.
- No real regulator anywhere. There is no FCA, ASIC, CySEC or comparable authorisation, and the firm holds client money through a Saint Lucia shell where deposits are not protected.
- Clients report losing access to their money. Independent reviews describe withdrawals refused or ignored, communication blocked after deposits, and at least one account where a deposit and profit were taken and never returned.
- Padded marketing. The homepage claims 300,000 registered members and shows testimonials whose names and text are duplicated, next to a founding date of 2019 that no record supports.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The broker's own 'Registrations' page displays NFA ID 0563093 as a Commodity Pool Operator and Commodity Trading Advisor dated 04/02/2024.
StrongDMA Capitals websiteE2The NFA BASIC register returns zero results for NFA ID 0563093 and zero results for the firm name DMA Capitals, so the advertised US registration does not exist.
Hard proofNFA BASIC (National Futures Association)E3The 'Registrations' page shows a Labuan certificate of incorporation (company LL18857, 8 June 2023), a Saint Lucia IBC certificate (No. 2024-00681, 13 November 2024) and a Saint Vincent certificate of good standing, all company registrations rather than trading licences.
StrongDMA Capitals websiteE4Independent review sites report that DMA Capitals is unregulated and that clients face refused or delayed withdrawals, blocked communication after deposits, and funds not returned.
E5The footer states the site is operated by DMA Capitals Limited, Registration No. 2024-00681, registered in Saint Lucia, with a support phone number using the Kyrgyzstan country code +996.
ModerateDMA Capitals websiteE6The site claims 'since our inception in 2019' and 'more than 5 years', but the oldest domain registration (4 July 2021) and oldest related company (Saint Vincent, 14 September 2021) are from 2021, and the deposit-holding entity from November 2024.
E7The homepage claims 300,000 registered members and shows client testimonials whose names and quotes are duplicated across the carousel, indicating fabricated social proof.
ModerateDMA Capitals websiteE8The offering is CFDs on forex, commodities, indices, stocks and crypto via MetaTrader 5 with 1:500 leverage, a 10 dollar minimum deposit and a 50 dollar no-deposit bonus, an aggressive offshore profile taking deposits without regulation.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, we looked for innocent explanations.
- The company does disclose a named legal entity, a registration number and a street address in Saint Lucia, which many pure scams do not bother to do.
- The domain is genuinely about five years old, so this is not a brand-new throwaway site, and a few users report smooth, fast withdrawals.
- A Labuan and a Saint Lucia incorporation are real documents, so the entities do exist even if they are not regulators.
- Some of the harshest 'scam' write-ups come from fund-recovery websites, which have their own agenda, so we did not lean on those alone.
None of this survives the core problem: a real, in-force trading licence does not exist, and the firm invented a US NFA number to look regulated.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
We would revisit this verdict if:
- The NFA register began returning an active registration for DMA Capitals under ID 0563093 with matching entity details.
- The firm produced a genuine, verifiable trading licence (for example an LFSA money-broking licence or a tier-1 authorisation) that we could confirm on the issuer's own register.
- The offshore documents proved to be an actual financial services licence rather than company incorporation, confirmed on the regulator's register.
- A consistent, verified record of paid-out withdrawals replaced the current pattern of fund-access complaints.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is DMA Capitals a scam?
Our assessment is that it very likely is. It takes deposits for CFD trading with no genuine financial licence and displays a US NFA registration number that does not exist on the NFA register. That is deliberate deception.
Is DMA Capitals regulated?
No. It shows company incorporations from Saint Lucia, Labuan and Saint Vincent, but none of these is a trading licence. We found no authorisation from any real financial regulator such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.
What about the NFA registration it advertises?
The site claims NFA ID 0563093 as a Commodity Pool Operator and Commodity Trading Advisor. We searched the official NFA BASIC register by that ID and by the firm name on 20 August 2026. Both returned zero results, so the claim is false.
Can I withdraw my money from DMA Capitals?
Independent reviews report withdrawals refused or delayed for months, accounts blocked, and at least one case of a deposit and profit taken and never returned. Getting money out appears unreliable.
Is my money safe with DMA Capitals?
No. Funds are held by a Saint Lucia shell company with no regulatory oversight and no investor compensation scheme. If the firm keeps your money there is no regulator to force a refund.
Who owns and operates DMA Capitals?
The website is operated by DMA Capitals Limited, a Saint Lucia international business company (No. 2024-00681). Related entities include DMA Capitals LLC in Saint Vincent and a Labuan company. The support phone number uses a Kyrgyzstan country code.
How old is DMA Capitals?
The domain dates to July 2021 and the oldest related company to September 2021. The firm advertises that it started in 2019, which we could not verify. The entity that actually holds client money was incorporated only in November 2024.
What is a Saint Lucia or Labuan registration worth for a broker?
Very little for your protection. These are company incorporations, not trading licences. They confirm a company exists on paper, but they do not mean anyone supervises how it handles client funds.
Is DMA Capitals a clone of another broker?
We did not find evidence that it impersonates a specific well-known firm. The problem is fabricated and misrepresented regulation, not identity theft of another brand.
What should I do if I was scammed by DMA Capitals?
Stop depositing, request a full withdrawal in writing, and if it is refused open a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider quickly. Report it to the NFA and your local regulator. Be wary of 'recovery' services that ask for an upfront fee, as many are follow-up scams.
Does DMA Capitals accept US clients?
Its terms say it does not serve residents of the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, the UAE and others. Yet it displays a US NFA number, which is contradictory and a further red flag.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm the licence number directly on the regulator's own register, check that the licensed entity and website match, read recent independent withdrawal reviews, and avoid firms offering large bonuses and very high leverage from offshore shell companies.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat DMA Capitals as unsafe for deposits.
- Do not deposit money, and ignore the 50 dollar no-deposit bonus and any account-manager contact.
- If you already deposited, request a full withdrawal in writing and, if it is refused, raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider quickly.
- Report the fabricated NFA claim to the NFA and to your local financial regulator.
- Publish a warning banner and flag the broker as a scam pending correction of our internal status.
