What DuraMarkets legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by DuraMarkets itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: DuraMarkets Ltd

sole discretionwithdrawalshidden feeprofit voidingbonus lockdeemed acceptanceforum waiverkyc freezeunilateral amendmentcountry restriction

DuraMarkets can delay or refuse any withdrawal while it decides whether you abused its system. No document sets a deadline for that decision. Its 250% bonus makes DuraMarkets close every open trade once your own money is gone. The public pages promise withdrawals in 1 business hour and no hidden costs. The contract allows 24 business hours and lets DuraMarkets add fees.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

2 of these 2 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

13 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from DuraMarkets's own files

01

DuraMarkets says it does not serve residents of 20 countries and regions, including the United States of America. Its own sign-up form still lets you choose United States as your country.

Why this matters

You can open and fund an account the contract says you cannot have. If DuraMarkets later applies that same list, your country becomes a reason to refuse your withdrawal.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen20

DuraMarkets does not offer its services to residents of the following countries and regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, China, Congo, Crimea (Region of Ukraine), Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Indonesia, the United States of America, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Buried at section 40 of 49 in the Client Agreement, 82% of the way through.

Our readingThe restriction is genuinely enforced in the sign-up form for 19 of the 20 named places, so the filter exists and works. United States is left selectable inside a list that excludes India, Turkey, Iran and Russia by name.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2A barred country plus a withdrawal test DuraMarkets applies alone gives it a ready reason to hold your money.
02

DuraMarkets can delay your withdrawal until it has fully assessed whether you abused its trading system. Nothing in the policy says how long that assessment may take.

Why this matters

Your money stays with DuraMarkets while it decides, and you have no date to hold it to. The policy names no appeal and no independent complaints scheme.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

DuraMarkets retains the unequivocal right to deny any deposits or withdrawals to or from client accounts in cases where a client is found to be abusing our trading system.

Buried at section 16 of 22 in the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, 73% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must handle a client complaint to a published timetable and give retail clients access to an independent complaints scheme. This policy sets no time limit on a withdrawal assessment and names no scheme.

DuraMarkets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

03

Taking the 250% bonus lets DuraMarkets close all your open trades once your own money is gone. The bonus stays in your equity, and the stop out fires at that bonus level.

Why this matters

MetaTrader cannot tell your money from the bonus credit, so you may get no margin call before every position closes. Any withdrawal also strips part of the bonus, which moves that stop out closer.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual250%

In the event that the total losses on open trades are equal to or exceed the client's own funds*, leaving only the bonus amount in the equity, a stop out will be triggered. Consequently, the system will automatically close all open trades in the account at prevalent market prices without prior notification.

04

DuraMarkets gives itself the right to charge extra fees for certain services or information. That sentence sits in the Terms of Use, not in the policy that tells you deposits and withdrawals are free.

Why this matters

A fee can appear on a service you already use, at an amount no document caps. Nothing obliges DuraMarkets to tell you the amount first.

Particularly, the Company has the right to levy additional fees for the use of certain services or information.

The Client Agreement gives registration number HT00224018 and licence number BFX2024032. The footer of that same page gives HT2024018 and BFX2024033.

DuraMarkets can close your trades and take the profit

One paragraph at the end of the DuraMarkets Deposit and Withdrawal Policy carries four powers: close your trades unannounced, delay withdrawals, disable your profile, and deduct profits. The deduction is tied to fraudulent trading and does not on its face reach your deposit. DuraMarkets defines neither trading system abuse nor latency arbitrage anywhere.

Money already earned1 clause flagged

If DuraMarkets decides you abused its trading system, it can close your open trades with no warning and disable your account. It can also deduct profits it treats as coming from fraudulent trading.

Why this matters

Money you have already earned can be taken back after the fact. DuraMarkets never defines latency arbitrage or bad faith in any document, so it decides what those words cover.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual

These actions may include, but are not limited to: the immediate and unannounced closure of the client's trades, delaying withdrawals until the impact is fully assessed, disabling the client's profile, and deducting any profits resulting from fraudulent trading.

Every withdrawal is a review DuraMarkets can extend

DuraMarkets allows itself 24 business hours to process a withdrawal, while its funding page advertises 1 business hour. Its Disclaimer then lets it delay a withdrawal until it has fully assessed suspected abuse, with no outer limit on that assessment. No document gives you an appeal or an independent scheme to complain to.

Exit conditions1 clause flagged

The deposits page tells you withdrawals are processed within 1 business hour. The Deposit and Withdrawal Policy gives DuraMarkets 24 business hours for the same request.

The 250% bonus moves the point where everything closes

The DuraMarkets bonus adds credit to your equity, and the stop out then fires when equity falls to that credit. MetaTrader cannot separate the two, so the terms warn a margin call may never appear. The bonus documents also give three different rates, from the advertised 250% down to a worked example paying 100%.

Credit that bites1 clause flagged

DuraMarkets advertises a 250% bonus. Its own bonus terms then show a worked example where $10,000 earns $10,000, and a table where $200 earns $250.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from the documents what you will be credited. On the contract's own example, a $10,000 deposit brings $15,000 less than the marketing page promises.

Exhibit 5WarningHarder than usual250%

The Company grants a 250% matching deposit bonus on the request of the client. For example, if a client deposits USD 10,000 into a live trading account, an additional USD 10,000 bonus will be credited to that account.

What it costsThe bonus table says a $200 deposit earns $250. At the advertised 250% rate the same deposit would earn $500.

DuraMarkets can rewrite the deal while you use it

DuraMarkets can change its Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, and your continued use counts as acceptance. It can also change leverage and margin without telling you. Its loss cap, which limits you to the money in your account, falls away whenever DuraMarkets judges that you abused its systems.

Terms that move2 clauses flagged

DuraMarkets can rewrite its Terms of Use at any time without telling you first. Carrying on using the site counts as your agreement to whatever changed.

Why this matters

You are bound by terms you have never read. DuraMarkets promises email notice for its payment policy only, and gives you none for the Terms of Use.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual

DuraMarkets reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access and use https://www.duramarkets.com/, Client agrees to accept any modifications made to these Terms of Use.

DuraMarkets caps your loss at the money in your account. That cap drops away if DuraMarkets decides you committed fraud, manipulated the market, or abused its systems.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

The same undefined word, abuse, that lets DuraMarkets take your profits also removes your loss cap. DuraMarkets can change leverage and margin at any time without telling you.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

This protection does not apply in cases involving fraud, market manipulation, or abuse of the Company's trading systems.
Clause 5 in Client Agreement

Where it sits: section 21 of 49 in the Client Agreement, 43% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed under the FCA and ESMA rules must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection on an account basis, so a loss cannot exceed the funds in the account. This contract makes that protection conditional on DuraMarkets not judging the client to have abused its systems.

DuraMarkets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3Abuse is the word that both removes your loss cap and lets DuraMarkets take your profits, and no document defines it.

DuraMarkets excludes trading losses and you cover its costs

DuraMarkets rules out liability for trading losses and for indirect damage of any kind, and you agree to indemnify it for claims arising from your use of the site. No complaints procedure is published, so there is no deadline for a reply and no escalation route. The only contact route is an email address.

If it goes wrong1 clause flagged

DuraMarkets excludes liability for your trading losses and for indirect damage of any kind. You also agree to cover its claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the site.

Why this matters

You carry the cost on both sides. DuraMarkets publishes no complaints procedure, no deadline for a reply and no independent scheme you can escalate to.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

By using https://www.duramarkets.com/, Client agrees to indemnify and protect DuraMarkets and its third-party content providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and cost that arise from the use of the website or from Client's violation of these Terms of Use.

The contract will not name its own law or court

DuraMarkets says its Client Agreement follows the law of wherever DuraMarkets Ltd is incorporated, without naming that place in the clause itself. No court, venue or arbitration body appears. You would have to read clause 1 to learn the answer is the Comoros Union.

DuraMarkets says its contract follows the law where it is incorporated, without naming that place in the clause. It names no court and no arbitration body for a dispute.

The documents this reading is based on

7 files, all published by DuraMarkets. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording DuraMarkets publishes.

Who the contract is with

DuraMarkets Ltd

You contract with DuraMarkets Ltd, incorporated in the Comoros Union at Bonovo Road, Fomboni. No second entity appears in any document, so there is no separate European or United Kingdom company behind the brand. DuraMarkets gives two different registration numbers for itself, HT00224018 in the body of its documents and HT2024018 in the footer, and two licence numbers, BFX2024032 and BFX2024033. Both are attributed to the Mwali International Services Authority.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

DuraMarkets charges no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee and no inactivity or dormancy fee anywhere in its documents. That is better than most brokers we read. Its sign-up form blocks 19 of the 20 restricted countries, so the list is enforced rather than decorative. Negative balance protection is stated plainly, capping your loss at the money in your account. The 250% bonus carries no turnover or volume requirement, so profits made with it really are withdrawable. All five legal documents are plain web pages that open on a phone, with no PDF wall and no login.

No earlier version of these documents is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against. We read all seven documents in full, including the five legal pages DuraMarkets links in its footer. We could not see the account opening documents inside the client portal, which needs a funded login. DuraMarkets publishes no anti money laundering policy, no complaints procedure, no conflict of interest policy, no order execution policy and no cookie policy, so we could not read what those say. The site is published in English only, so there was no second language version of the marketing to hold against the English contract.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the DuraMarkets file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document DuraMarkets publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge DuraMarkets on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 6, 2026.

If you represent DuraMarkets and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on DuraMarkets. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
