Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
9/10 · CriticalNo financial licence anywhere; it took deposits for leveraged trading while unauthorised by the FCA or any regulator. A UK company number and a Chinese website permit are not regulation.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighA real, named UK entity and address were disclosed, but it used a mass-registration virtual office, the City-of-London headquarters claim was not real, and the company is now dissolved.
Withdrawals & conduct
3/10 · LowNo fund-access or service complaints surfaced for this exact operation; the footprint is too thin to confirm it was clean, and as an unregulated broker its clients had no recourse.
Reputation
5/10 · ModerateAlmost no independent footprint tied to eachmarkets.com (no Trustpilot page, forum threads or warning hits), which is itself thin for a multi-year, deposit-taking operation.
Website claims
7/10 · HighOverstated standing: a UK-platform and City-of-London image with no licence, a borrowed MetaTrader award, and a Chinese website permit shown as if it were a credential.
Operational history
6/10 · HighCompany and domain genuinely date to 2015, so not a fresh launch, but the broker ran only a few years and is now defunct, with the company dissolved and the domain lapsing.
Who they are

A desk file on the operation behind eachmarkets.com.
- Brand: Each Markets / EACHMARKETS
- Legal entity: Each Markets Co Ltd, UK company number 09772676, dissolved on 13 February 2024
- Registered: 41 Devonshire Street, Ground Floor Office 1, London W1G 7AJ, a shared mass-registration address
- Website: eachmarkets.com, registered October 2015, no longer serving a broker site
- Only 'credentials': a UK company registration and a Beijing ICP website filing. Neither is financial regulation.
- Offers (historically): forex, gold and index CFDs on margin, through a white-label MetaTrader 4 platform; online deposits by bank transfer and card
- Audience: mainly Chinese-speaking retail clients, under a UK-platform image
- Age claim: says it was established July 2015, and the company and domain both date to 2015, so the founding year itself checks out
Regulation

Proof of regulation on an official register: No
We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.
No licence claims on record.
Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate Each Markets high risk because it took client deposits with no regulatory protection, dressed itself as a UK operation it was not, and has since shut down.
- No licence, anywhere. The site named no regulator in either its Chinese or English pages. It is not on the FCA Financial Services Register, and there is no offshore licence on record. A firm that holds client money for leveraged trading needs authorisation; this one had none.
- A UK veneer with little behind it. It advertised a UK platform headquartered in the City of London with a London phone number. The UK entity was in fact a private company at a shared Marylebone mail-forwarding address, and a Beijing website filing in the footer points to a China-facing operation.
- A company registration is not a licence. Each Markets Co Ltd existed on Companies House, but company registration gives no trading permission and no protection for deposits. The company was dissolved on 13 February 2024.
- It is defunct. The broker site stopped working years ago. By 2025 and 2026 the domain showed unrelated placeholder and marketing content, and the registration lapses in October 2026. Anyone sent to eachmarkets.com today is not reaching a working broker.
- What we did not find. No regulator warning, no enforcement action, no court record and no verified complaints of refused withdrawals. We assess the risk as high because of the missing regulation and the dead trail, not because we documented theft.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The domain eachmarkets.com was registered on 2015-10-06 through the Gname registrar and is set to expire on 2026-10-06, consistent with the brand first appearing in 2015.
E2Each Markets Co Ltd (UK company 09772676) was incorporated on 11 September 2015 and dissolved on 13 February 2024, at a shared mass-registration office at 41 Devonshire Street, London W1G 7AJ, with generic SIC codes. The operating company no longer exists.
StrongUK Companies HouseE3A search of the FCA Financial Services Register returns no authorised firm named Each Markets, and no FCA warning names the brand or domain. Despite a UK-platform image, it was never authorised by the UK regulator.
E4Archived captures of the site from 2016 to 2018, in both Chinese and English, show a deposit-taking retail forex, gold and CFD margin broker running a white-label MetaTrader 4 platform and naming no financial regulator anywhere on the site.
E5The domain no longer hosts the broker. Captures from 2025 and 2026 show unrelated Chinese placeholder and marketing content, and the live address does not respond, indicating the operation is defunct.
E6The historical site footer carried a Beijing ICP website filing and a London phone number, presenting a UK identity for what the Chinese-language content and filing indicate was a China-facing operation.
E7No regulator warning, enforcement action or fraud record was found naming Each Markets or eachmarkets.com, and there is no Trustpilot page or forum complaint thread tied to the exact domain.
E8The site disclosed a real, traceable UK legal entity and carried explicit warnings that leveraged margin trading is high risk and can lose all of a client's money, rather than hiding behind a fabricated identity.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, several points cut in the operation's favour, or against jumping to a fraud label.
- The legal entity was real and traceable: a genuine UK company with a published number and address, not an invented name.
- The brand, company and domain all genuinely date to 2015, so the age it advertised was not inflated.
- The site carried plain risk warnings that leveraged margin trading is high risk and can cause the loss of all your money.
- We found no regulator warning-list entry, no enforcement case and no documented pattern of stolen funds tied to this exact operation.
- Its disappearance looks more like a small business winding down (company dissolved, domain left to lapse) than an exit scam, because no cluster of victim complaints surfaced around its closure.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would move if new facts appeared.
- Toward lower risk: evidence that a current, named entity holds a real financial licence covering client trading, with the register entry matching eachmarkets.com.
- Toward a scam verdict: a regulator warning naming Each Markets or eachmarkets.com, or credible first-hand reports of deposits taken and withdrawals then refused, with amounts and dates.
- A revived eachmarkets.com site soliciting deposits again would make this an active rather than historical unregulated risk, and would warrant a fresh warning.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Each Markets (eachmarkets.com) a scam?
We did not find proof of outright fraud, but we rate it high risk. Each Markets was an unregulated forex broker with no financial licence and no protection for client money, and it is now defunct. There is no safe, working, regulated broker at eachmarkets.com.
Is Each Markets a fraud?
No regulator, court or enforcement body that we could find has named Each Markets or eachmarkets.com in a fraud case, so we do not state that as fact. What we can say is that it took deposits with no licence and no oversight, which leaves clients with no recourse. We assess the risk as high.
Is Each Markets regulated?
No. It named no regulator on its site, it is not on the UK FCA register, and we found no offshore licence. A UK company registration and a Chinese website filing are not financial regulation and give you no protection.
Can I still open an account or deposit with Each Markets?
The broker site stopped working years ago and the domain now shows unrelated content. There is no functioning platform to deposit into. If you are being pushed to pay a site or person using this name, treat it as unregulated and unsafe.
Is my money safe with Each Markets?
No. With no regulator behind it there is no compensation scheme and no ombudsman to turn to. Unregulated brokers that hold client funds can refuse withdrawals with no consequence.
Who is behind Each Markets?
The named entity was Each Markets Co Ltd, a UK private company (number 09772676) registered at a shared London address. It was dissolved on 13 February 2024. The site was Chinese-language first and carried a Beijing website filing, which points to a China-facing operation behind the UK name.
Is Each Markets a real UK broker?
It marketed itself as a UK platform based in the City of London, but the UK company sat at a mass-registration mail address and never held a UK trading licence. The UK label was presentation, not regulation.
How old is Each Markets?
The UK company was incorporated in September 2015 and the domain was registered in October 2015, matching its claim of being established in 2015. So the age is genuine, but the operation ran only a few years before going dark.
What does eachmarkets.com show now?
It no longer hosts a broker. Recent captures show unrelated Chinese placeholder and marketing content on the lapsed domain, and the live address does not load as a trading site. The registration is set to expire in October 2026.
Is a Chinese ICP filing the same as a licence?
No. An ICP filing is a permit to run a website in China. It says nothing about whether a firm may legally take deposits or trade on your behalf, and it offers no protection for your funds.
I deposited with Each Markets and cannot withdraw. What should I do?
Stop sending any further payments, including any fee or tax you are told to pay to release funds. Save your records of amounts, dates, bank or wallet details and chat logs, and report it to your bank and to your local financial regulator or police. Be wary of recovery services that ask for money upfront, because these often target earlier victims.
What should I check before trusting any broker like this?
Find the licence on the regulator's own register, not just a logo on the broker site, and confirm the licensed company name and website match the broker you are using. If no regulator is named, or the money-holding company sits in a different place from the licence, treat it as high risk.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Practical steps if you are dealing with, or thinking about, Each Markets.
- Do not send money. There is no working, regulated broker here, and no authority stands behind it.
- If a site, app or account manager is using the Each Markets name now, treat it as unregulated and unconnected to any protection, and check the FCA register and warning list first.
- If you already deposited and cannot get funds out, stop sending further payments (including any tax or fee you are told to pay to release money), gather your records of amounts, dates, bank or wallet details and chat logs, and report it to your bank and your local financial regulator or police.
- Before trusting any broker, confirm its licence directly on the regulator's own register and make sure the licensed entity and website match.
