Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
Overview
Elite Trade Limited operates the website elitetradesltd.com and presents itself as a digital-assets and foreign-exchange investment platform. Despite the trading language, the product it actually sells is not a brokerage account. There is no order ticket, no instrument list and no trading terminal anywhere on the site. Clients deposit cryptocurrency into one of several fixed-return investment plans and the operator promises to return the capital plus a stated percentage after a fixed number of hours or days.
Regulation and licence
The company page states that Elite Trade Limited is licensed and regulated by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the FAQ repeats that it is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out financial activities in over 105 countries. No licence number, licensed entity name or register reference is published anywhere on the site to support either claim, and the site links to no regulator record. WIKILIX found no evidence that this operator holds a licence from any financial regulator. The claimed regulators are United States authorities, while the operator presents itself as a United Kingdom company at a London address, which is not a combination any licensing regime produces.
Safety of client funds
Because no licence has been evidenced, none of the protections a licence carries apply here: no segregation requirement for client money, no capital adequacy supervision, no compensation scheme and no ombudsman. Deposits are made in Bitcoin and Ethereum, which are irreversible once sent. The FAQ additionally describes a NETWORK FEE that must be paid before a withdrawal is processed, while a neighbouring answer states that no fees are charged. A payment demanded before a payout is released is the defining mechanic of an advance-fee scheme, and the two answers cannot both be true.
Plans instead of accounts
The plans page lists eight tiers: REGULAR (11 percent in 24 hours, 100 to 3,000 USD), MASTER (28 percent in 3 days, 3,001 to 20,000 USD), LEGEND (55 percent in 5 days, 20,001 to 100,000 USD), LIVE TRADING (50 percent in 1 hour, 2,550 to 50,000 USD), PROMO LEVEL 1 (50 percent in 5 days), PROMO LEVEL 2 (70 percent in 7 days), PROMO LEVEL 3 (90 percent in 9 days) and PROMO LIVE TRADING (80 percent in 3 hours, from 4,050 USD with no stated maximum). Each tier also pays a referral bonus of 5 to 15 percent. Returns of this size on a fixed schedule are not achievable in any market, and paying commission for recruiting new depositors is a structural feature of a Ponzi scheme rather than of an investment product.
Fees, leverage and platforms
The site publishes no spreads, no commission schedule, no leverage and no instrument counts. It offers no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or proprietary trading platform, and no download or web terminal link exists on any page. The minimum deposit is 100 USD and the stated minimum withdrawal is 1 USD.
Funding
Deposits and payouts are handled in Bitcoin and Ethereum only. No card, bank transfer or e-wallet channel is offered, and no fee schedule, limit table or processing time is published beyond the marketing claim of instant withdrawal approval.
Company and contact
The footer and legal pages name Elite Trade Limited at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. A search of UK Companies House returns no active company of that name at that address. The only exact name match, ELITE TRADE LIMITED, company number 06730303, was dissolved on 15 June 2010 and was registered in Luton. The contact page gives an email address and a WhatsApp number; the telephone number is shown as coming soon. The Terms of Use place the agreement under the law of Denmark and direct notices to an email address on an unrelated hosting domain, which reads as an unedited template rather than a document drafted for this business.
Pros and cons
- The plan tiers, minimum deposit and referral rates are stated openly rather than hidden behind a login.
- The regulatory claim is unsupported by any licence number or register entry.
- The named operating company cannot be found on the register of the country it claims.
- Returns of 11 percent per day and 90 percent in nine days are not attainable.
- A fee is demanded before withdrawal while the site simultaneously advertises no fees.
- Deposits are crypto-only and therefore irrecoverable once sent.
Assessment
Elite Trade Limited is not a foreign-exchange or CFD broker. It is a fixed-return deposit scheme with a referral programme, wrapped in trading vocabulary, making a regulatory claim it cannot support and operating behind a company that does not appear on the register it points to. WIKILIX considers the risk of total loss of deposited funds to be very high and does not consider this operator suitable for any investor.
Regulatory Licenses
Compliance & oversight
Trading with an unregulated broker puts your deposit at risk.

Country availability
Where Elite Trade says it will and won't take clients
No country restrictions on record. We looked and found nothing published — which is not the same as being open to everyone. Check Elite Trade's terms.
How we know
- 1Terms of Use (https://elitetradesltd.com/terms) was read in full and names no restricted, prohibited or excluded jurisdiction; clause 11.5 states the agreement is governed by the law of Denmark.
- 2No dedicated countries page is published: https://elitetradesltd.com/restricted-countries and https://elitetradesltd.com/accepted-countries both return an application error page.
- 3The registration form (https://elitetradesltd.com/register) collects full name, email, username, password and referrer only. It has no country selector and issues no country list request, so onboarding enforces no geographic filter and no jurisdiction is explicitly accepted.
- 4The FAQ page (https://elitetradesltd.com/+faqs) publishes no restriction; it states the operator is licensed 'to carry out financial activities in over 105 countries' without naming any of them.
- 5No AML or KYC policy, deposit and withdrawal page or partner terms page is published on the site; the site links only Home, About, Plans, Contact, FAQs and Terms of Use.
- 6The footer carries no risk disclaimer naming excluded jurisdictions; the site offers machine translation into 58 languages rather than distinct market variants.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check Elite Trade's own terms before you open an account.
