One licence is on record for Euro Finance. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to Euro FinanceCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Euro Finance has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
The registers print these licences under EURO-FINANCE AD. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.
Every licence on record for Euro Finance, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.

By phone on +359 700 156 56 or by email at office@eurofinance.bg, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 Sofia time, in Bulgarian or English. The firm also publishes direct lines and mailboxes per department, including customer service, the dealing desk (dealing@eurofinance.bg), back office (backoffice@eurofinance.bg) and technical support (support@eurofinance.bg). There is a helpdesk and an FAQ, but no live chat and no round-the-clock cover.
Not that it publishes. The firm's special terms for EF MetaTrader 5 state that all positions open at 23:59:59 server time are carried forward subject to overnight financing rates, and it publishes those rates per instrument for both long and short positions. No swap-free variant is advertised anywhere on the site.
The firm dates its business to 1994 on its own About page, and its client portal carries a 1994 to 2026 copyright line. Its current investment-firm licence dates from 2008, it became a full member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2009, and it entered a partnership with Amundi Asset Management in 2020. That is a long and checkable record by the standards of retail forex.
More than a typical CFD broker. On the CFD side there are 47 forex pairs, precious metals, oil and natural gas, 8 stock index CFDs, US share CFDs and 6 cryptocurrency CFDs. Separately, through EFOCS, there is direct dealing in shares, ETFs and bonds on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and on Deutsche Börse. The firm also offers portfolio and wealth management, investment banking and Amundi fund distribution.
The firm's licence permits it to provide investment services across the European Union and the European Economic Area and in third countries. The only jurisdiction it names as one it does not address is the United States: its site-wide disclaimer states the information is not directed at US residents. Beyond that it publishes no restricted-country list, and its registration form applies no country filter, so eligibility outside the EU is decided case by case at onboarding. Note that client documents are drawn up in Bulgarian or English only.
Partly, and by a real scheme. The firm's own deposit page states that client assets including cash are guaranteed up to EUR 20,000 per client under the Bulgarian investor compensation arrangements. Client money is also held at named third-party banks rather than by the firm itself. That cover is a genuine protection but it is capped: a balance above EUR 20,000 is not fully protected, and compensation schemes do not cover trading losses.
The firm does not publish a processing time. What it does commit to is that payments leave in the account's base currency on your instruction, that any third-party costs on an outgoing transfer are yours, and that it will not pay out to a third-party beneficiary, so the destination account must be in your own name. It may also refuse a withdrawal that would leave too little in the account to cover margin on open positions. Because no timescale is published, confirm it with the back office before you need the money.
Accounts take EUR, USD or GBP. Bank transfer is free of any charge from the firm but must come from an account you hold yourself, and client funds sit with UniCredit Bulbank AD and CACEIS Bank Deutschland GmbH. Cash can be paid in at the Sofia office up to EUR 5,000 per transaction, also free. Online routes cost more: ePay, EasyPay and B-Pay charge 1.20% each, and PayPal 3.40% plus EUR 0.35.
The CFD offering is marketed with no separate fees or commissions, and platform access is free, so the cost is the spread plus daily overnight financing published per instrument. Target spreads start at 0.5 pips on EUR/USD, with the other majors at 0.5 to 0.7 pips, minors at 1.0 to 3.5 pips and exotics from 10 pips. Index spreads run from 30 points on the US 500 to 1,500 on the Hong Kong 50. A full schedule of fees sits with the firm's legal documents.
Two. EF MetaTrader 5 handles CFDs and rolling spot forex on the EuroFinance-MetaTrader 5 server, with builds for web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, and support for automated trading, copy trading and VPS hosting. EFOCS is the firm's own platform for exchange-traded shares, ETFs and bonds on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and Deutsche Börse, available as a web terminal, a Windows application and mobile apps, with live and demo accounts.
Leverage follows the ESMA retail caps and differs by asset class: up to 1:200 on forex, 1:20 to 1:33 on stock indices, and 1:2 to 1:5 on cryptocurrencies. A margin call is triggered when the required margin for open positions reaches 50% of the account balance, and the firm may close positions without consent at 30%.
The firm does not publish one. Neither its website nor its legal documents state a minimum amount to open or fund an account, and there is no account-tier comparison to read it from. Anyone who needs to know the threshold before applying should ask the firm directly at office@eurofinance.bg or on +359 700 156 56.
No. The evidence points the other way. The operating company is named openly, exists on an authoritative corporate record, holds a real EU investment-firm licence, is an authorised broker at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and a full member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and holds client money at named third-party banks. Those are commitments a fraudulent operation cannot make. The ordinary risks of leveraged CFD trading still apply, and the firm publishes its own figure that 64.3% of retail accounts lose money.
The operating company is EURO-FINANCE AD, a Bulgarian joint stock company registered in the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency under UIC 831136740, with its seat at 43 Christopher Columbus Blvd., 5th floor, 1592 Sofia. Its own documents and its LEI record confirm the entity is active. The firm's brand mark identifies it as a member of the Eurohold group.
