What Fintxpert legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by Fintxpert itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Fintxpert never published a client agreement. Its only terms page put the words inside nine pictures, so nothing in it can be searched, copied or translated. The footer says Fintxpert will not be liable for any loss you suffer. No page anywhere explains how to withdraw your money or how to complain. The website is now an advertising page, so even those pictures have gone.

Notice1

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

1 of these 2 figures comes from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

12 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Fintxpert's own files

01

Fintxpert's home page tells you to review its Terms & Conditions, its AML policy and its KYC policy. None of those three documents exists on the site. Its legal menu offers General Legal, Privacy Policy and Risk Warning, and nothing else.

Why this matters

You are told to read the contract before you deposit, then given no contract to read. Nothing published by Fintxpert sets out what it owes you or what you owe it.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The three policies you are sent to read do not exist, and the one page that does exist holds its words inside pictures.
02

Fintxpert built its General Legal page out of nine images, and its Privacy Policy out of four more. Neither page carries a line of selectable text. No image has a caption, so a screen reader and a translation tool both find nothing there.

Why this matters

You cannot search these terms for the word fee, copy a sentence to ask a lawyer about it, or read them in your own language. Anyone who cannot read English on a picture cannot read this contract at all.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen9

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must give a retail client the terms of business in a durable form the client can keep and read, and must present information in a way that is clear and not misleading. Fintxpert offered its General Legal page in six languages from a language switcher while the page itself held only pictures.

Fintxpert is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers publish terms as web text or as a text-bearing PDF, both of which can be searched, copied and machine translated. Flattening a contract into pictures removes all three at once, and removes it from screen readers as well.

03

Fintxpert's General Legal address now sends you to an advertising page instead of a contract. The images that carried the terms return nothing. Every page on the site does the same, so no legal document is reachable today.

Why this matters

If you hold an open account or a balance with Fintxpert, the terms you agreed to have no published copy left. You cannot check what you signed, and you cannot show anyone else what it said.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen

Fintxpert does not provide any trading advice, recommendation, or guidance, whether in connection with the services or otherwise. Any trading decision is your exclusive decision at your own risk. Fintxpert will NOT be liable for any loss suffered.

Our readingA broker normally keeps its terms online while client money is outstanding, because the contract is what governs the balance. Here the published copy has gone while the accounts it governed were still live.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2Terms that could never be searched or translated can now not be opened either, so nothing survives that a client could point at.
04

One line in Fintxpert's footer says it will NOT be liable for any loss suffered. That sentence is the whole of its published liability terms. No page sets out how to complain, how long you have to do it, or who decides.

Why this matters

If your money goes missing, Fintxpert has already written down that it owes you nothing. There is no complaints procedure to follow and no independent body named anywhere to take it to.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must run a written complaints procedure, answer within a set period, and tell a retail client about the independent ombudsman they can escalate to. Fintxpert publishes an exclusion of liability and no complaints route of any kind.

Fintxpert is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6Two companies claim to run the platform and neither accepts liability, so a claim has no clear defendant and no stated route.
05

Fintxpert's only public sentence about withdrawals tells you to log in and manage your options there. No published page gives a timescale, a fee, a minimum, or the grounds on which Fintxpert could say no.

Why this matters

You hand over money before you are told how to get it back. Whatever the withdrawal rules turn out to be, you only see them once your deposit is already inside.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must hold retail client money separately from their own, and must tell a client how and when it is returned. Fintxpert names no bank, no timescale and no segregation of client funds on any page.

Fintxpert is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingPayment terms are the one section almost every broker publishes, because a withdrawal timetable is what a client checks first. Putting every condition behind the login means the rule can differ per client and per request, with nothing public to hold it to.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4No published withdrawal rule to enforce, and a footer saying Fintxpert is not liable for any loss, leaves a refused payout with nothing to challenge.

Two different companies claim to operate Fintxpert

Fintxpert's footer names Fintxpert LLC as the platform and FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD as the operator, in consecutive paragraphs on the same page. The licence claim calls the Seychelles regulator the Financial Services Authority (FCA), borrowing the short name of the British regulator. The only address Fintxpert publishes is a registered office in Mahe, Seychelles.

Who holds your money1 clause flagged

Fintxpert's footer names two companies in consecutive paragraphs. One calls the platform Fintxpert LLC. The next says the website is operated by FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD in the Seychelles. Nothing published says which one takes your deposit.

Why this matters

You cannot tell which company holds your money or who to name if you have to chase it. The licence claim also calls the Seychelles regulator the FCA, which is the short name of the British regulator, not the Seychelles one.

Fintxpert points you to three policies it never published

Fintxpert's home page tells you to review its Terms & Conditions, AML and KYC policies. None of those three documents exists anywhere on the site, whose legal menu carries only General Legal, Privacy Policy and Risk Warning. The same page offers capital up to $1,000,000 while every account Fintxpert documents runs on your own deposit.

Promised documents1 clause flagged

Fintxpert's home page banner offers capital up to $1,000,000 and high profit splits, under the line Where Your Skills Meet Our Capital. Every account it actually documents runs on your own deposit, from €250 to €250,000.

Why this matters

You arrive expecting to trade the firm's money and are sold an account funded with yours. No published page describes a funded programme, a profit split, or how to qualify for one.

Fintxpert names its charges without publishing a single rate

Fintxpert advertises Standard Swap Rates and swap discounts of up to 50% without publishing any rate to discount. No fee schedule, spread table or deposit charge appears anywhere on the site. Its only terms page holds its text inside pictures, so no figure in it can even be searched.

What it costs1 clause flagged

Fintxpert advertises Standard Swap Rates and swap discounts of up to 50% without publishing a single rate to discount. No fee schedule, spread table or deposit charge appears anywhere on the site.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a trade costs you before you place it, or check afterwards that you were charged what was promised. A discount off an unpublished number cannot be verified.

Fintxpert is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Fintxpert advertises bonuses with no bonus terms anywhere

Fintxpert's account tiers promise cashback benefits and swap discounts of up to 50%, and its home page says accounts come with bonuses. No bonus terms document exists on the site. Nothing published says what you must trade before that money becomes yours, or whether accepting it locks your own deposit.

Bonuses and cashback1 clause flagged

Fintxpert says its accounts come with bonuses, and its tiers promise cashback benefits and swap discounts up to 50%. No bonus terms document exists on the site to say what any of it requires.

Why this matters

Nothing published tells you what you must trade before bonus money becomes yours, or whether taking it locks your own deposit in place. Those conditions are where bonus money usually costs a client.

Fintxpert offers 1:1000 leverage on a €250 account

Fintxpert's VIP tier advertises leverage up to 1:1000 and its entry tier opens at €250. No published page promises negative balance protection, the promise that stops a loss taking you below zero. Fintxpert's signup form asks for no agreement to any terms and offers every country in the world.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Trading conditions2 clauses flagged

Fintxpert's registration form asks for your name, email, password, country and phone number. It carries no box to accept terms, no link to a contract and no risk acknowledgement. The country list offers every country in the world.

Why this matters

You become a Fintxpert client without ever being shown a contract or ticking anything to accept one. Fintxpert also names no country it refuses, so nothing tells you whether it may lawfully serve you.

Why this matters

Leverage of 1:1000 means a very small move against you can erase the whole deposit. With nothing published about a negative balance, you cannot tell whether Fintxpert would come after you for more.

What it costsA €250 deposit at 1:1000 controls €250,000 of currency.

Set against a regulated standard: ESMA (EU), FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed under ESMA rules, including those supervised by the FCA and CySEC, cap retail CFD leverage at 1:30 on major currency pairs and must give retail clients negative balance protection. Fintxpert advertises 1:1000 and promises no such protection.

Fintxpert is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Fintxpert states it will not be liable for any loss you suffer

One sentence in Fintxpert's footer says it will NOT be liable for any loss suffered, and that is the whole of its published liability terms. No page sets out how to complain, how long you have, or who to escalate to. Fintxpert warns about callers impersonating its staff only after you have funded the account.

If it goes wrong1 clause flagged

Fintxpert warns clients that callers who cannot confirm a security code are not its staff, and tells them to hang up. The warning is set to appear only for clients who have already made a deposit.

Why this matters

The advice that would protect you from a caller posing as Fintxpert reaches you after your money is in, not before. Nothing on the public pages carries the same warning.

Who the contract is with

FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD

Fintxpert's own footer names two companies. One paragraph calls the platform Fintxpert (fintxpert.com / Fintxpert LLC.). The next says the website is operated by FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD, a Seychelles company at 306 Victoria House, Mahe. No published document says which of the two takes your deposit, holds your money, or answers a claim. The name FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD and the licence number 009567 were not on the site in December 2024 and appeared by January 2025.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The risk warning sits in the footer of every Fintxpert page, not inside a document nobody opens. It says plainly that leveraged CFD trading carries a high risk of losing all of your investment, and that it may not suit every investor. The account types page is equally direct: each tier shows its minimum deposit and its maximum leverage as plain figures on a public page, which many brokers hide behind a login. Fintxpert also tells funded clients to hang up on callers who cannot confirm a security code, and most firms publish no such warning at all.

Fintxpert's website no longer serves a legal page. The General Legal address now lands on an advertising page, and the nine images that carried its terms return nothing. Every quotation here comes from copies of Fintxpert's own pages kept by the Internet Archive, and the newest readable copy of the General Legal page dates from December 2024. We could not read the terms themselves. Fintxpert published them as nine pictures, and its Privacy Policy as four more, with no text behind them and no caption on any image, so there is no wording for us to quote. We did not read the Risk Warning page that Fintxpert's own menu links to, because no copy of it was ever saved. The same is true of the Services and Deposit Funds pages, and of the General Legal page in Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, which Fintxpert offered from a language switcher.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Fintxpert file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Fintxpert publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Fintxpert on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 23, 2026.

If you represent Fintxpert and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Fintxpert. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
