The Commercial Register shows a company file dating to 1998 and re-registration into the current register in 2008, and the company's licensing resolution is dated 2006. The website carries a copyright line running from 2009. That is a long operating record by the standards of the sector.

Nothing found points that way. The operating company is named, active in the Bulgarian Commercial Register at the address it publishes, capitalised, and carries a registered corporate purpose covering exactly the investment services it advertises. The one gap is that its licence was not confirmed against the supervisor's own register in this research, which is a reason to verify before funding rather than a sign of fraud.

Focal Point Investments AD publishes licence No RG-03-0156, dated 19 April 2023 and issued by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission under Resolution No 1087-IB of 8 November 2006, on its own About page. That claim is consistent with the company's registered scope of business in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, which lists investment services under the Markets in Financial Instruments Act.
