FX-EDGE is not a retail forex broker. It is a business-to-business liquidity provider that sells pricing, execution and risk infrastructure to licensed brokers, financial institutions and proprietary trading firms. Its own website states plainly that it does not offer services to retail clients, does not onboard end users and does not accept client funds, so an individual trader cannot open an account here.
Who operates it. The brand runs through three disclosed legal entities. FX-EDGE SC LTD is a Seychelles company, registration C8429383 on the Seychelles Business Registry, presented as the group's licensed Securities Dealer. FX-EDGE V LTD is a Vanuatu international company, registration 700604, which carries the prop liquidity business. DNKR ZA (Pty) Ltd, registration 2017/657344/07 with South Africa's Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, is the oldest entity and holds the group's only physical office, at 21 Aurora Drive, Umhlanga. All three are recorded as active on official company records.
Regulation. The company presents itself as licensed and compliant in Seychelles, Vanuatu and South Africa, naming a Seychelles Financial Services Authority Securities Dealer licence SD099 and an FSCA authorised financial services provider number 49288. Those are the company's own published claims. WIKILIX was not able to confirm any of them against the issuing regulators, and readers should treat the licence numbers as unverified until they check them directly with the authorities concerned. Two of the three jurisdictions are low-tier offshore regimes that carry no client-money compensation scheme.
What it offers. Prime-of-prime liquidity across more than 430 CFD instruments in six asset classes, spreads quoted from 0.1 pips, leverage up to 1:200 (5x on indices, energy and metals), sub-3ms execution latency, ten levels of market depth and a stated no-last-look policy. Distribution runs on Match-Trader Pro, with bridges into MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and proprietary systems, plus FIX API connectivity. The MT4/MT5 bridge is included at no extra cost for both A-Book and B-Book flow, and an in-house risk system called HawkEye routes flow between standard, dynamic, external and toxic pools. Entry starts at USD 1,000 per month; white label partners are quoted with no monthly minimum. The prop liquidity product is priced as a fixed fee from 2 percent of each funded account balance.
Funding and settlement. Deposit currencies are USD, EUR and GBP, with crypto deposits available. As an institutional counterparty the company publishes no retail deposit or withdrawal schedule, no account tiers and no per-channel fees.
Who it suits. Licensed brokerages and prop firms looking for a fast, technology-led liquidity partner with a short onboarding cycle. It is not suitable for, and is not available to, individual traders. Services are also closed to clients in the United States, Canada, Australia, Cuba, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, South Sudan and Syria.
Honest caveats. The site claims operation since 2016 and ten years of experience, but the earliest of the three registered entities dates to December 2017 and the two FX-EDGE entities to 2020 and 2022. The Seychelles company's registered office on the official record is care of a corporate services provider in Victoria rather than the Providence address the website publishes, and the Vanuatu entity's official headquarters address is in Limassol, Cyprus, a location the website does not mention. None of the licence claims could be independently verified. Any counterparty should complete its own due diligence with the named regulators before committing flow.
