FXNX has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. None has yet been located on an issuing authority’s own register, so every entry here should be read as claimed rather than confirmed.

One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.

By email at support@fxnx.com, with compliance@fxnx.com for KYC and complaints, and by live chat inside the client portal during market hours. Support is offered 24 hours a day on weekdays in English, Spanish, French, Persian and Arabic. A United Kingdom telephone line, +44 1235 64 33 83, is published for institutional and partner enquiries. The registered office is in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia and an operating office is listed in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Under a year at the time of this review. The operating company is stated to have been incorporated in Saint Lucia in 2025 and its brokerage licence took effect on 11 July 2025. There is no track record showing how the firm behaves in a stressed market or over a full business cycle.

The broker does not say so. Its site publishes negative balance protection and states that accounts are held in a single USD base currency by the licensed entity, but nowhere does it commit to holding client money in segregated accounts, and its offshore licence does not require it. That is a material gap for anyone weighing what happens to a balance if the firm fails.

The NX Bonus account adds credit that lifts usable margin, advertised publicly at 80 to 90 percent of a deposit, with more available by tier or region. The credit itself is not withdrawable. Bonus schemes of this kind commonly carry conditions on trading style, and we have seen complaints in which profits were voided under a bonus abuse clause with no appeal offered. Read the bonus terms in full before accepting the credit.

Yes. Swap free treatment is available on request across the instrument range, and on the NX Flex account the client selects the swap treatment as part of building the account, with a stated limit of up to fourteen days per position.

The broker's regulation page states it is its policy not to accept clients resident in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, China, Myanmar and North Korea, and that jurisdiction is confirmed at onboarding. No other jurisdictions are named as restricted.

Costs are split between spread and per lot commission and vary by account rather than by volume. Commission is 5 USD per lot round turn on NX Pro, 6 USD on NX One, 7 USD on NX Bonus and 9 USD on NX Auto. Spreads start at 0.0 pips on NX Pro and 0.5 pips on NX One. NX Flex lets a client trade commission against spread anywhere between 0 and 9 USD per lot. No deposit or withdrawal fee schedule is published.

The broker states that approved stablecoin withdrawals are broadcast within two to four seconds and that local rails follow their own clearing times. The step that actually determines the wait is the internal review before approval, and the broker publishes no time commitment for it. We have seen repeated accounts of withdrawal requests sitting pending for a week or longer, so the published broadcast speed should not be read as a payout time.

Funding is built around stablecoins: USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20 or BEP-20, and USDC on ERC-20, credited once the network confirms. Local bank transfer and e-wallet rails are offered in eight countries including the Philippines, Brazil, India and Mexico. Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal, every withdrawal is reviewed before release, and payouts return to the method used to fund the account. The broker publishes no fee schedule and no minimum or maximum withdrawal amount.

Two. MetaTrader 5 for Windows, macOS, web, iOS and Android, with Expert Advisor support, and NX Terminal, the broker's own web and mobile platform built around TradingView charting. Both connect to the same accounts and a desktop build of NX Terminal is described as still in development.

Up to 1:500 on major currency pairs. Leverage is stepped down on other asset classes, including roughly 1:100 on exotic pairs, 1:200 on indices and between 1:10 and 1:20 on cryptocurrencies. Leverage at this level is not permitted for retail clients by most onshore regulators, and it multiplies losses as readily as gains.

The lowest published entry is 10 USD, which applies only to the configurable NX Flex account at its cheapest setting. In practice the standard entry point is NX One at 50 USD. NX Bonus starts at 100 USD, NX Auto at 200 USD, and the raw spread NX Pro account at 2,500 USD.

There is no evidence that FXNX is a fabricated operation. The company, the licence and the offices are real and consistent, and the platform is a genuine MetaTrader 5 deployment. What we do find is a pattern of unresolved complaints about withdrawals being delayed or refused, several of them tied to bonus terms, alongside supervision that is offshore only. That combination makes it high risk rather than confirmed fraud, and it is the reason we would not recommend depositing money a trader cannot afford to lose.

The FXNX brand is operated by FXNX Global Markets Ltd, stated on the broker's own site to be incorporated in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00128, with a further Mwali registration HV00525348. The same entity is named in the site footer, the legal summaries and on the licence record, which is a consistency point in the broker's favour. No individual owners or directors are disclosed anywhere on the site.
