Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
FXNX Broker Overview
FXNX is a forex and CFD brand operated by FXNX Global Markets Ltd, a company the broker states was incorporated in Saint Lucia in 2025 under number 2025-00128. The broker offers around 150 instruments across currencies, metals, indices, energies and crypto, with leverage to 1:500, and runs on MetaTrader 5 alongside its own NX Terminal. Its stated focus is the Middle East, North Africa and other regions where local banking is difficult, and its funding is built around stablecoins.
FXNX Regulation and License
FXNX Global Markets Ltd names the Mwali International Services Authority as its regulator and publishes brokerage licence BFX2025082 together with Mwali registration HV00525348. The licence record examined for this profile shows the licence effective from 11 July 2025, issued in the Comoros, held by FXNX Global Markets Ltd, and covering foreign exchange, futures, derivatives and options trading. The broker publishes its own verification link on its regulation page.
Is FXNX Regulated?
Yes, but only offshore. The Mwali International Services Authority is a low tier offshore authority in the Comoros, and its brokerage licence does not carry the client money segregation rules, the capital requirements or the compensation scheme a client would get from an onshore regulator. FXNX holds no licence from any authority in the countries it markets to.
Is FXNX Safe?
FXNX is a real, identifiable operator rather than an anonymous website, and it publishes negative balance protection and a documented KYC and withdrawal review procedure. Set against that, the operating company is barely a year old, the only supervision is offshore, and the broker publishes no statement that client money is held separately from company funds. Anyone considering it should treat it as an early stage offshore broker and size any deposit accordingly.
FXNX Account Types
Five live accounts are offered, all on the same execution venue. NX One is the default at a 50 USD minimum with spreads from 0.5 pips. NX Bonus, from 100 USD, adds non withdrawable bonus credit that lifts margin. NX Auto, from 200 USD, is aimed at AI agents, bots and copy trading. NX Pro is the raw spread tier, from 2,500 USD, with spreads from 0.0 pips. NX Flex lets the client choose the spread markup, the commission and the swap treatment, with the minimum deposit following that choice from 10 USD upwards.
FXNX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Commission is charged per lot round turn and moves with the account rather than with volume: 5 USD on NX Pro, 6 USD on NX One, 7 USD on NX Bonus and 9 USD on NX Auto, with NX Flex letting the client trade commission against spread anywhere between 0 and 9 USD per lot. Spreads start at 0.0 pips on NX Pro and 0.5 pips on NX One. The broker publishes no schedule of deposit or withdrawal fees.
FXNX Leverage
Maximum leverage is 1:500 on major currency pairs. It is lower on other classes, including 1:200 on indices and 1:10 to 1:20 on crypto.
FXNX Trading Platforms
FXNX runs on MetaTrader 5 for Windows, macOS, web, iOS and Android, and on NX Terminal, its own web and mobile platform built around TradingView charting. Both connect to the same accounts, and a desktop build of NX Terminal is described as still to come.
FXNX Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is crypto first: USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20 or BEP-20 and USDC on ERC-20, credited once the network confirms. Local bank and e-wallet rails are offered in eight countries, among them the Philippines, Brazil, India and Mexico. Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal, payouts return to the method used to fund, and the broker states stablecoin withdrawals are broadcast within seconds of approval. No fee schedule, minimum or maximum withdrawal amount is published.
FXNX Support
Support runs 24 hours a day on weekdays across market hours, in English, Spanish, French, Persian and Arabic, by live chat in the client portal and by email. The broker lists a registered office in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia and an operating office in Larnaca, Cyprus, with a United Kingdom telephone line for institutional and partner enquiries.
FXNX Pros and Cons
- Named, contactable operating company with two disclosed offices and a published licence number.
- Genuinely unusual account flexibility, including a configurable spread and commission tier.
- Fast stablecoin funding for clients in regions where card and bank rails are unreliable.
- Offshore supervision only, with no onshore licence and no compensation scheme behind client deposits.
- A trading record of under a year, and no published statement on segregation of client funds.
- No published fee schedule or withdrawal limits, so funding costs are unknown before an account is opened.
FXNX Review and Assessment
FXNX presents itself unusually openly for an offshore broker: the entity, the licence number, the offices and the account terms are all published and internally consistent. What a prospective client is buying, though, is an offshore licence from a low tier authority behind a company incorporated in 2025, which means the practical recourse if funds are withheld is limited to the broker itself. The most important question to settle before funding an account is what happens to a withdrawal request, because the broker publishes its withdrawal procedure but no fee, timing or limit commitments to go with it.

How we know
- 1The regulation page carries an Eligibility section headed Restricted jurisdictions: it is the broker's policy not to accept clients resident in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, China, Myanmar and North Korea, and it says jurisdiction is confirmed at onboarding.
- 2The plain-language terms, privacy and risk-disclosure summaries name no jurisdictions and point to the full PDF agreements for binding text.
- 3The help centre names eight countries where local bank and wallet funding is available (Philippines, Vietnam, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Colombia, Peru); that is a payment-rail statement, not an onboarding acceptance list, so no whitelist code was taken from it.
- 4The signup form's first step asks only for email and password; no country selector is exposed before an account exists, so no enforced country list could be read.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check FXNX's own terms before you open an account.
