What FXPIG legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by FXPIG itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia

FXPIG's website now serves FXIFY Markets. The contract behind it is with a Mauritius company, Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia, and the name FXPIG never appears in it. That company publishes two different licence numbers and two registered offices on its own pages. Leave an account alone for three months and a EUR 30 monthly fee eats the balance until nothing is left.

What the documents say

15 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from FXPIG's own files

01

The contract you accept says FXPIG operates under Mauritius licence GB24204066. The page where you open the account gives a different number and a different registered office.

Why this matters

You cannot check a firm on a regulator's register when the firm gives you two numbers. If a payment goes wrong, the first question anyone asks is which licence you dealt with.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen2

All services and operations of the Company are carried out under its FSC Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealing in Securities) Licence No. GB24204066.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must identify themselves and their registered office consistently in client communications. FXPIG states one pair in its contract and another on its account opening form.

FXPIG is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA licence number is the one fact a broker copies carefully. Two numbers and two registered offices, published at the same time for the same brand, is not a drafting style.

02

Three months without a login, a trade or a finished identity check makes your account inactive. FXPIG then takes EUR 30 every month, and closes the account once the fee has emptied it.

Why this matters

You do not have to do anything wrong to lose the money. Not logging in for three months is enough, and the fee keeps running until there is nothing left to charge.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen$30New

The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity or maintenance fee of EUR 30.00 (or equivalent in the Client’s base currency) for accounts meeting the inactivity criteria outlined below.

Our own capture of fxpig.com, taken on Sep 22, 2026EUR 30 a month until the balance is gone (clause 3.12.6)Visit this page on the broker's siteDownload the full size image file

What it costsA balance of EUR 100 falls to EUR 10 after three monthly charges. The next charge cannot be covered, and FXPIG can then close the account.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK)

Firms licensed by the FCA must treat a dormant balance as the client's money and take reasonable steps to reunite the client with it. This contract lets a monthly fee consume the balance and then closes the account.

FXPIG is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingMost inactivity clauses trigger on no trading. This one also triggers on not logging in, and on an identity check you have not finished, so a client stuck in verification is charged for being stuck.

What happens, and when

The stages this clause runs through, taken from the broker's own document
TriggerWhat the broker may then doClause
Three months inactiveNo deposit, trade, withdrawal or login, or an unfinished identity check, makes the account inactive.3.12.6

Residual of EUR 30 or lessFXPIG may keep what is left to cover its own banking costs.3.12.7
  • Worse together with Exhibit 15An identity check FXPIG has not finished is itself a trigger for the monthly fee, so the delay costs you money.
03

If FXPIG decides your trading affects the smooth running of its platform in any way, clause 21.3 lets it close your account and reverse or cancel all your previous transactions. Not the trades it objects to. All of them.

Why this matters

Profit you made months ago can be taken back under a test FXPIG applies itself. There is no notice, no definition of what counts, and no appeal written into the contract.

Exhibit 8CriticalRarely seen

The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately without giving prior written notice, and the Company have the right to reverse and/or cancel all previous Transactions on a Client’s account, in the following cases:

Our readingMost agreements let a firm void the specific trades it says were abusive. This one reaches every transaction on the account, and the trigger is the firm's own view of how your trading affected its platform.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 9FXPIG sets the quotes you trade on and also judges whether the trading you did on them was acceptable.
04

Clause 6.10 says the money in the client trust account is not a debt due from FXPIG, and that you have no right to receive payment of it until every obligation to FXPIG is met. Clause 6.9 says FXPIG may permit a withdrawal.

Why this matters

Withdrawal is written as permission, not as your right. FXPIG can also set off any amount it says you owe, from any account you hold, without telling you first.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold retail client money in trust and pay it back promptly on request. This contract says your money is not a debt due to you.

FXPIG is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 7No fixed clock and no right to payment leaves nothing in the contract you could hold FXPIG to.
05

You get four free withdrawals a month, and FXPIG charges a fee for every one after that. The contract does not say how much. It says the amount is on the website, and the website has no fees page.

Why this matters

You agree to charges you cannot read before you deposit. Clause 3.12.1 then lets FXPIG change those charges without asking you.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual4

You can make four (4) withdrawals from your Trading Account free of charge each calendar month. For each subsequent withdrawal you request, we reserve the right to charge you a fee per withdrawal.

What it costsFive withdrawals in one month means one charged withdrawal. Nothing published tells you whether that charge is one dollar or fifty.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before that client trades. This contract puts the numbers on a website that does not carry them.

FXPIG is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

06

Clause 26.4 says FXPIG will not open accounts for residents of the EU or the United States, and the introduction adds Iran and North Korea. The account opening form lets you pick any of them as your country of residence.

Why this matters

An account opened from a barred country can be closed under clause 21.2 as a breach of the rules. Your money is then inside a firm that says it should never have taken you on.

Exhibit 10CriticalHarder than usual

The Company will not accept applications for the opening of accounts from residents domiciled in the EU, or residents or citizens of the United States of America, as well as other countries as required by Applicable Law, or required by our internal policies from time to time

An FXPIG bonus locks your own deposit until 100 lots per $1,000 are traded

Clause 12.3.1 sets the target at 100 standard lots for every $1,000 of bonus, closed round turn trades only. Withdraw any part of your own deposit first and clause 12.5.1 removes the bonus and lets FXPIG forfeit the profit, with no warning owed before expiry.

Bonus lock1 clause flagged

A bonus needs 100 standard lots of closed trades for every $1,000 credited. Withdraw any part of your own deposit before you get there and clause 12.5.1 removes the bonus and lets FXPIG forfeit the profit made with it.

Why this matters

Your own money stops being yours to move the moment you accept a bonus. FXPIG also says it has no duty to warn you before the bonus expires or is annulled.

FXPIG may permit a withdrawal, and owes you nothing until it does

Clause 6.10 says your funds are not a debt due from FXPIG and give you no right to payment until every obligation to the firm is met. Clause 6.5 promises up to five business days and clause 6.12 promises one to three, in the same contract, with a security review able to extend either.

Getting money out1 clause flagged

Clause 6.5 says withdrawals take up to five business days. Seven clauses later, clause 6.12 says one to three business days. Both are in the same agreement.

Why this matters

You cannot hold FXPIG to a deadline when its own contract states two. A security review can add more time on top, and nothing caps how long that review takes.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual5 working days

Deposits are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and withdrawals within up to five (5) business days, depending on payment method and intermediary banks.

FXPIG can add terms after you have agreed to them

The acknowledgement binds you to any other terms displayed on the website and to any additional terms FXPIG issues later. Clause 26.2 lets FXPIG amend the agreement and give notice through its website, though it must get FSC approval first.

Changing the rules1 clause flagged

The acknowledgement binds you to any other terms displayed on the website and to any additional terms FXPIG issues later. Clause 26.2 lets it amend the agreement and tell you through the website.

Why this matters

Rules can change without you being asked, and a page you never open counts as notice. FXPIG does have to get FSC approval before an amendment, which is a real limit on this one.

FXPIG's complaints procedure is a link to a homepage

Clause 18.1 requires you to complain under a Complaint Handling policy that FXPIG does not publish, and Appendix A points the complaint form at a homepage. FXPIG then has five business days to acknowledge and only undertakes to endeavour to resolve within thirty business days.

Making a complaint2 clauses flagged

Clause 18.1 tells you to complain under the Complaint Handling policy on the website. That policy is not on the website, and the complaint form in Appendix A links to a homepage instead of a form.

Why this matters

You cannot follow a procedure nobody has published. FXPIG has five business days to acknowledge your complaint and only promises to try to resolve it in thirty business days.

Exhibit 12WarningHarder than usual30 working days

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must publish their complaints procedure and send a final response within a set period. FXPIG names a policy it does not publish and promises only to endeavour.

FXPIG is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

FXPIG may delete its own messages to you five days after sending them, whether you read them or not. The next sentence of the same section says three days, and either way you carry any loss.

Why this matters

Notices about fees, margin and account closure come through that channel. If the message vanishes before you see it, the contract puts the cost on you and keeps no record for you to point at.

Exhibit 13WarningRarely seen5 days

Additionally, the Customer agrees that the Company may delete internal messages five (5) days after they are sent, regardless of whether the Customer has received them.
Clause 4.2 Communication Risk in Risk Disclosure Statement, p.5
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingA firm deleting its own notices to a client on a three to five day timer, and stating that the client bears the loss of anything undelivered, removes the evidence a client would need in a dispute about whether they were told.

A privacy request to FXPIG closes your trading account

Clause 6.3 of the privacy policy turns a request to delete your data into automatic closure of your account, and FXPIG keeps the data for a minimum of seven years regardless. An identity check you have not completed also counts as inactivity, which starts the EUR 30 monthly fee.

Your data1 clause flagged

Ask FXPIG to delete your personal data and your trading account is closed automatically. It keeps the data anyway, for a minimum of seven years.

Why this matters

A privacy request becomes an account closure you did not ask for. An unfinished identity check also counts as inactivity, which starts the monthly fee.

Exhibit 15WarningHarder than usual

If you request that we delete your personal data, this will result in the automatic closure of your account and we will remove your personal data from active processing.

FXPIG quotes the price and takes the opposite side of your trade

Clause 7.1 makes FXPIG the counterparty to your trades and clause 7.6 lets it set quotes at its absolute discretion, with a spread adjustment built into every price. The homepage sells 100% STP execution and no markups, and the conflict of interest policy meant to manage this is not published.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Who is on the other side1 clause flagged

The site promises 100% STP execution and no markups. Clause 7.1 says FXPIG is the counterparty to your trades, and clause 7.6 says it adjusts the spread and sets quotes at its absolute discretion.

In plain words

Remuneration means payments it receives.

Why this matters

When the firm quoting your price is also the firm on the other side of it, your loss is its gain. The conflict of interest policy that is meant to manage this is not published.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must publish a conflicts of interest summary and disclose when they deal on their own account against a client. FXPIG names its policy in clause 4.2 and links it to a homepage.

FXPIG is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The company behind FXPIG gives two licence numbers and two addresses

FXPIG's contract is with Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia, a Mauritius company trading as FXIFY Markets, and it names licence GB24204066 at an office in Port Louis. The page where you open the account names licence GB21026537 at an office in Ebene. The name FXPIG appears nowhere in the three documents it publishes.

Who you contract with1 clause flagged

You sign up at fxpig.com and the agreement you accept never mentions FXPIG. It names FXIFY Markets, points its links at fxifymarkets.com, and gives support@fxifymarkets.com as the only address.

Why this matters

That other website is binding on you. Spreads, fees, stop out levels, trading hours and the complaint form all sit there, under a name you did not sign up with.

A dispute with FXPIG is heard in Mauritius or nowhere

Clause 27.2 gives the courts of Mauritius exclusive jurisdiction over every claim against FXPIG. No ombudsman and no compensation scheme is named anywhere in the contract, so the courts of Port Louis are the whole of your recourse.

Where a claim goes1 clause flagged

Mauritius law governs the agreement, and clause 27.2 sends every claim to the courts of Mauritius alone. Wherever you live, that is where you would have to sue.

Why this matters

A claim worth a few thousand dollars is not worth a trip to Port Louis. The contract names no ombudsman and no compensation scheme you could use instead.

Exhibit 2NoticeStandard wording

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording FXPIG publishes.

Who the contract is with

Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia

You contract with Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia, a Mauritius company with registration number 222033, trading as FXIFY Markets. The name FXPIG appears nowhere in the three documents. The contract and the website footer give FSC licence GB24204066 and an office at 6 St Denis Street, Port Louis. The account opening page gives licence GB21026537 and an office in Ebene. The earlier FXPIG agreement, still published in 2023, was with a different company: Prime Intermarket Group Asia Pacific Ltd in Vanuatu.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Negative balance protection is written into the contract at clause 22.1, so a losing position cannot take your account below zero. Clause 6.1 keeps client money in separate bank accounts from the firm's own. Clause 26.2 makes FXPIG get FSC approval before it changes the agreement, which most offshore contracts do not require. Commissions, minimum deposits and minimum trade sizes are published for every account type, and clause 12.6 releases the whole balance once a bonus target is met.

FXPIG publishes three legal documents and we read all three end to end. The complaints policy, the complaint form and the conflict of interest policy that the contract relies on are not published anywhere, so no client can read them. The withdrawal fee and the minimum withdrawal amount are said to be on the website and in the trading platform. They are on neither page we could open, and the platform sits behind an account login. FXPIG publishes its site and its documents in English only, so there was no second language to compare. We read part of the superseded FXPIG agreement in an archived copy, not all of it.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the FXPIG file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document FXPIG publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge FXPIG on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 22, 2026.

If you represent FXPIG and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on FXPIG. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
