Claimed on the company's own regulation page as a French investment-services authorisation held jointly with the ACPR under REGAFI no. 78992, covering reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients and the operation of an Organised Trading Facility for wholesale gas and power. The same page states the OTF has been operated by the French entity since 1 January 2021. Not a retail forex or CFD permission, and not checked against the authority's own register in this research.
