Enquiries submitted through the website form are acknowledged by email with a case number.

GTCFX offers contracts for difference rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets. Its published range covers forex, metals, energy, indices, shares and equities, cryptocurrencies and futures, all traded as CFDs.

Because these are leveraged derivative products you do not own the underlying share, commodity or coin, and losses can exceed the amount you originally deposited.

GTCFX states that the services offered through its international website are not available to residents of the United States, Japan or Australia, or in any jurisdiction where providing them would breach applicable laws, regulations or sanctions.

The maximum leverage available depends on the account type you open and on the rules that apply in your jurisdiction. GTCFX also applies dynamic leverage tiers that automatically reduce your effective leverage as your position size grows, so the headline maximum attached to an account is not available at every trade size.

Leverage can be adjusted in the client portal, and a change applies to new positions rather than to positions you already have open. Higher leverage magnifies losses as well as gains.

GTCFX offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, alongside its own GTC Go trading app. MetaTrader 4 remains the long standing choice for forex and CFD trading, while MetaTrader 5 adds further asset classes and analytical tools.

Account administration, deposits, withdrawals and leverage changes are handled separately in the client portal rather than inside the trading platform itself.

Its international website states that the site is operated by GTC Global Trading Ltd, incorporated in Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros under company number 16283 and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under licence L16283/GTC, and that GTC Global Trade Capital Co. Limited, company number 40354, is incorporated in Vanuatu and holds Class A, Class B and Class C Principal's Licences from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission. Other companies in the group hold their own authorisations in their own jurisdictions.

The broker states plainly that each entity is separate and that a licence held by one entity does not extend to any other, so check which company your client agreement names before you deposit.
