No finding of that kind is published here. The company behind the brand, GTS Securities, LLC, holds a United States broker-dealer registration that is confirmed on the regulator's own register and has been in place since February 2009, which is a matter of public record and can be checked independently on FINRA BrokerCheck. A registration establishes that a company is registered to deal in securities and vouches for nothing beyond that.

GTS publishes no cost schedule. No spread type, average spread, commission or fee is recorded for it. There is nothing published to compare against a retail broker's pricing.

GTS is based in the United States. It lists two New York offices, at 625 Sixth Avenue and at 40 Wall Street, and three in Florida, in Miami, Jupiter and Naples. Its United States registration record gives a main office in Miami, Florida and a mailing address on Avenue of the Americas in New York.

GTS operates as a securities business in the United States rather than as a retail trading provider. Its own site notice names GTS Securities, LLC and GTS Execution Services, LLC as the providers of its broker-dealer services there, and its foreign exchange disclosures name GTS Securities, LLC as the principal for GTS spot FX transactions. Its European company, GTS Securities Europe Ltd., is described by the firm as undertaking certain regulated activities in Europe.

Not on the evidence of its own profile. The single account type recorded for GTS is an institutional one, with no published minimum deposit, no leverage cap and no spread or commission schedule, and its United States registration is a broker-dealer registration for dealing in securities, and its UK company's FCA permissions exclude retail clients. If you have been offered a retail GTS trading account, establish which company would be holding your money and check that company on its regulator's register before funding anything.

GTS is the brand of a United States securities group that operates through three named companies. GTS Securities, LLC and GTS Execution Services, LLC are named on the firm's own site notice as the providers of its broker-dealer services in the United States, and each holds its own registration, 8-68126 and 8-70455. GTS Securities Europe Ltd. is the group's United Kingdom company. GTS Securities, LLC is a Delaware company, file number 4627396, formed on 26 November 2008. GTS Securities Europe Ltd. is an active English company, Companies House number 09148018, incorporated on 25 July 2014. GTS Execution Services, LLC was formed in Delaware on 9 March 2018, according to its FINRA record, and no state file number is recorded for it.

GTS lists telephone and email support: 212.715.2830 for calls, info@gtsx.com for general enquiries and media@gtsx.com for media. Support is in English, and no live chat is listed. The firm gives two New York offices, at 625 Sixth Avenue and at 40 Wall Street, and three in Florida, in Miami, Jupiter and Naples.

No maximum leverage is published for GTS and none is recorded on its profile. GTS deals with financial institutions and broker-dealers, not retail traders: its US companies are SEC broker-dealers, and its UK company's FCA permissions cover only Professional clients and Eligible Counterparties, so the FCA's 1:30 retail leverage cap does not apply to GTS clients. Any leverage figure quoted to you for a GTS account should be confirmed with the company in writing before you act on it.

There is no published minimum deposit for a GTS account, and no confirmed figure is recorded for one. The only account type on its profile is an institutional one, which carries no published minimum and no published commission. Anyone who has been quoted a specific minimum deposit for a GTS account should confirm it directly with the company before paying anything.

GTS publishes no deposit or withdrawal methods, processing times or fees. Its website has no account opening page, no client portal and no payment page, and its UK company may not hold client money. Anyone asked to pay a 'GTS' account by card or e-wallet should first check which company would receive the money on its regulator's register.

GTS's operating company, GTS Securities, LLC, holds a United States broker-dealer registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission under file number 8-68126, effective since February 2009 and confirmed on the regulator's own register. GTS Securities Europe Ltd. is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference 667904, confirmed on the FCA register as Authorised since 29 December 2015, but only for Professional clients and Eligible Counterparties, and it may control but must not hold client money. The FCA's retail protections, such as the 1:30 leverage cap and negative balance protection, therefore do not apply to GTS clients. On client money, no protection arrangement specific to GTS is published: a broker-dealer registration establishes that a company may deal in securities and is not in itself a guarantee about client funds.
