What HIGHNESS legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by HIGHNESS itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Highness Investment LLC

missing documentswithdrawalshidden feesole discretionunilateral amendmentbonus lockclient moneycomplaintscountry restrictiondeemed acceptance

Highness Investment LLC publishes no client agreement. The only contract is a short website terms page, and the site's own Legal Forms & Documents link opens an error page. What happens to your money sits in FAQ answers instead. Proof of address becomes compulsory at the moment you withdraw, and a withdrawal can be declined on grounds Highness does not limit. The pages name four homes for one company: Mauritius, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, an International Financial Services Commission licence, and Delaware law.

What the documents say

13 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from HIGHNESS's own files

01

The only contract Highness publishes is a short website terms page. It covers use of the website and says nothing about your deposits, your trades, your fees or your withdrawals. The footer link that should hold the rest, Legal Forms & Documents, opens an error page.

Why this matters

You cannot read what you are agreeing to before you send money. Everything about your funds rests on support answers that Highness can rewrite tonight.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen

By using our website, services, or products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our readingA retail broker normally publishes a client agreement covering execution, charges, margin and withdrawals. Here the money side of the relationship has no contract behind it, only a support page.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 9Highness sends you to the Terms and Agreement for the rule that shrinks your withdrawal, and that document does not contain it.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 4The promise that your money sits in trust accounts is only checkable in documents the site never publishes.
02

Highness lets you open and fund an account with no proof of address. Its FAQ says the document is needed only at the point of withdrawal, and that without it your withdrawal request cannot go through.

Why this matters

You can pay money in on Monday and meet the verification test only when you ask for it back. Your funds stay with Highness until a document you may not have satisfies its onboarding team.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

If you lack a valid proof of address at the time of your live account application, you may provide it later, as it is required only at the point of withdrawal.

Our own capture of highness.pro, taken on Sep 9, 2026Proof of address is demanded only when you withdraw (clause Account Application, Q14)Visit this page on the broker's siteDownload the full size image file
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must identify a client before the trading relationship starts, so verification cannot first appear when the client asks to be paid. This FAQ makes proof of address a withdrawal requirement instead.

HIGHNESS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3A document demanded at payout time meets a refusal power with no closed list of grounds, and neither clause has a deadline attached.
03

Highness says a withdrawal request can be declined for reasons that are "not limited to" the three it names. No published document gives a deadline for paying you, and money arrives in 2 to 5 business days once it is released.

Why this matters

You have no contract to hold Highness to when a payout stalls, because the grounds for refusal are open ended and no document promises a date. Requests are handled Monday to Friday only.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual5 working days

Indeed, a withdrawal request can be declined for various reasons, which may include but are not limited to insufficient free margin, inaccurate banking instructions, or third-party fund transfers.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must set out withdrawal terms in the client agreement and pay client money promptly on request. Here the terms sit in a support answer with no time limit.

HIGHNESS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8Profit can leave only by bank transfer, which is the one route that carries the 20 unit fee.
04

The page Highness titles Fund Safety Measures gives you stop loss and leverage advice. It never says who holds your deposit. The claim that client money sits in separate trust accounts at AA-rated banks appears only in a folded FAQ answer.

Why this matters

You have no document that says your money is kept apart from the company's own. If Highness fails, the promise you were shown lives on a page it can edit, not in a contract.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual

HIGHNESS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

05

Asked whether it accepts clients from all countries, Highness answers yes and says it accepts every trader. The footer of the same page refuses residents of the United States and of every country on the FATF and EU or UN sanctions lists.

Why this matters

You may be signed up in your own language and told later that your country was never served. The refusal appears in the last paragraph of the page, under the marketing that brought you there.

The terms page advertises civil liability insurance of up to €2,500,000 covering fraud, errors, omissions and negligence. Four paragraphs earlier, the same page says Highness is not liable for direct or indirect losses from using its services. No insurer is named and no policy is published.

Why this matters

You are shown a large number and given no way to claim against it. Highness publishes no complaints procedure, no deadline for answering you, and names no independent scheme that could look at your case.

Where it sits: section 7 of 21 in the Terms and Agreement, 33% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must run a written complaints procedure with fixed response deadlines and give retail clients access to an independent ombudsman and a compensation scheme. This contract offers none of the three.

HIGHNESS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11A claim you cannot base on any accepted liability would also have to be brought in Delaware.

Highness promises what its own documents do not say

Highness answers yes to accepting clients from all countries on the same page that refuses the United States and every sanctioned jurisdiction. Its Fund Safety Measures page discusses stop losses and never says who holds your deposit. Negative balance protection is called a safeguard in one answer and left uncertain in another.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Promise against paperwork1 clause flagged

Highness says retail traders are safeguarded against losing more than their deposit. The protection turns out to be an email request, reviewed case by case, and elsewhere Highness says it cannot assure your account will not go negative.

Why this matters

With leverage of up to 1:400, a gap can leave you owing money to Highness. Whether that debt is cleared is a decision it takes after the loss, not a right you hold.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

Retail traders are safeguarded against losing more than their account deposit through negative balance protection, a feature not universally offered by brokers.

Highness charges 20 units on transfers and a mark-up you cannot see

A Highness answer that opens by denying any deposit or withdrawal fee then names a 20.00 unit bank fee on international transfers, waived once a calendar month. Accounts advertised at zero commission carry a mark-up on the raw spread which is not reflected in the prices on your chart. The size of that mark-up is published nowhere.

Cost disclosure2 clauses flagged

The Basic Account is sold with "Commission 0.00$" and zero commissions. Highness then says a Basic Account carries a mark-up on the raw spread, that the mark-up is not shown in the prices on your chart, and never publishes its size.

Why this matters

You pay on every trade through a price you cannot see and cannot check. Nothing on the site tells you how much is added, so you cannot compare the real cost with another broker.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual

Additionally, please note that a Basic Account includes a spread mark-up on the raw spreads. This mark-up is not reflected in the default bid prices displayed on the chart.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before trading, in cash or as a percentage. Highness advertises zero commission and leaves the mark-up unquantified.

HIGHNESS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

An answer that opens by saying Highness charges no fees for deposits or withdrawals goes on to name a 20.00 unit bank processing fee on international transfers. Highness pays it once a calendar month and deducts it from your withdrawal after that.

Why this matters

Your second payout in a month arrives 20 units lighter, in your account currency. Any intermediary bank charges come out of your money too, and profit can only leave by this route.

Exhibit 8WarningStandard wording$20

Highness does not impose any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, for International Bank Transfers, there is a minimum bank processing fee of 20.00 units in your account's base currency, charged by our bank.
Clause Manage My Funds, Q22 in FAQS

What it costsA $500 withdrawal by international bank transfer reaches you as $480 once the 20 unit fee is deducted, from the second transfer in the same month.

Highness removes credit in proportion to what you withdraw

Highness deducts credit from your account in proportion to your withdrawal request and your total deposits. For the detail it points you to the Terms & Agreement, which never mentions credit or bonuses. The formula that decides how much of your balance survives a withdrawal is not published.

Credit clawback1 clause flagged

Withdraw money and Highness removes credit from your account in proportion to the amount you asked for and your total deposits. For the detail it points you to the Terms & Agreement, which never mentions credit.

Why this matters

Part of your trading balance disappears when you take your own money out, under a formula that exists in no published document. You cannot work out in advance what you will be left with.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

Our system deducts the credit proportionally, considering both your withdrawal request amount and the total deposit amount. For detailed information on this, please consult the Terms & Agreement.

Highness sends disputes to Delaware and refuses US residents

The Arabic Highness terms give the courts of Delaware exclusive jurisdiction and apply the laws of the United States. The footer of every page refuses residents of the United States. The company itself is placed in Mauritius or St. Vincent, so the forum belongs to neither side.

Forum1 clause flagged

The Arabic terms put every dispute under the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, and give Delaware courts exclusive jurisdiction. The same site refuses to serve residents of the United States.

Why this matters

To challenge Highness you would have to sue in a US state court, in English, from wherever you live. The company holds no US licence and will not take you as a client there.

Highness asks for your money without publishing a contract for it

Highness Investment LLC publishes four legal pages and no client agreement. None of them covers deposits, trades, fees or withdrawals, and the site's own Legal Forms & Documents link opens an error page. The same pages claim Mauritius, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, an International Financial Services Commission licence and Delaware law for one company.

Missing paperwork1 clause flagged

Highness Investment LLC claims a Mauritius licence in every footer, incorporation in St. Vincent & the Grenadines on its account pages, an International Financial Services Commission licence in its FAQ, and Delaware law in its contract.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

You cannot tell which company you are paying or which authority, if any, could hear a complaint. The FAQ also places its headquarters in the United States, a country the same site says it does not serve.

Who the contract is with

Highness Investment LLC

Highness Investment LLC is the only company name in the documents, and the documents do not agree on where it is. The footer of every page claims a Mauritius Global Business Licence and an Investment Dealer Licence, both under one number, GB23201935. The Basic and Premium account pages say the company is incorporated in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. The FAQ says it is licensed and regulated by an International Financial Services Commission under licence number 1465 2021 LLC. The Terms and Agreement puts the relationship under the law of the State of Delaware. Nothing published settles which of these a retail client contracts with.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Risk Warnings document is better than most brokers publish. It names 18 risks, including gapping, stop losses that fill at a worse price, and the loss of all your capital. The FAQ says plainly that Highness charges no inactivity, subscription or account maintenance fees. It publishes the margin call and stop out levels, says stop loss orders are not guaranteed, and refuses deposits from third parties. Highness also covers the bank fee on your first international transfer each calendar month. No bonus scheme with a turnover lock is advertised anywhere on the site.

Highness publishes no client agreement, so there was none to read. The only contract we found is the Terms and Agreement, read in English and in Arabic. The Arabic version is longer and carries a court clause the English one leaves out. The site's own Legal Forms & Documents link opens an error page, so if a client agreement sits behind it, we could not read it. We could not open the account opening pages at our.highness.pro, so the account types, minimum deposits and the country list a new client is shown are not part of this reading. Most money rules we quote come from FAQ answers, which stay folded shut until a reader clicks the question. Highness can rewrite them at any time. No earlier version of any of these documents is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the HIGHNESS file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document HIGHNESS publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge HIGHNESS on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 9, 2026.

If you represent HIGHNESS and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on HIGHNESS. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
