Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
7/10 · HighTakes client deposits for CFD trading with no licence from any financial regulator; only company registrations (Peru RUC, Delaware LLC) and a cancelled Saint Vincent shell, none of which is financial regulation.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighA real Peru entity and RUC are disclosed and the firm answers reviews, but a shifting web of entities and addresses across Peru, Delaware and a cancelled Saint Vincent shell, plus a rebrand from World Traders, obscures who really holds funds.
Withdrawals & conduct
5/10 · ModerateA real minority report deleted profits, closed accounts and unrefunded fees, and one describes a deposit-more-money task scheme, but these are outnumbered by positive reviews and mixed with a recruitment funnel the company disavows; pattern is unconfirmed.
Reputation
6/10 · HighHeadline 4.2 on 485 Trustpilot reviews but with an 11% one-star cluster alleging scams and non-refunds, and several review sites rating it high-risk; the heavy Spanish 5-star flood looks affiliate-driven.
Website claims
7/10 · HighAdvertises more than 15 years of experience and guaranteed deposits and withdrawals while its companies were incorporated in 2023 and 2024 and it holds no licence; both claims are unsupported.
Operational history
7/10 · HighThe operating companies (Peru SAC, a sister SAC and a Delaware LLC) are all under two years old; the older 2021 World Traders domain is a prior brand that redirects in, and the 15-year claim is not evidenced.
Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.
- Brand: Impulse World (formerly World Traders / World Traders Broker)
- Legal entity: IMPULSE WORLD CORPORATION S.A.C., Peru (RUC 20611371773; also seen as WORLD FINANCE ENTERPRISE S.A.C.), with a Delaware company IMPULSE WORLD LLC and a cancelled Saint Vincent company WORLD TRADERS LTD
- Registered: Av. Javier Prado Este 7176, La Molina, Lima, Peru

- Not accepted: United States, Canada, Japan, Russia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and several sanctioned countries

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate Impulse World high risk because of what it lacks, not because we proved theft.
- No regulation at all. It accepts deposits for CFD trading without a licence from any financial authority. Peru does not license forex brokers, and the offshore company it used in Saint Vincent, WORLD TRADERS LTD, is now cancelled. Company numbers in Peru and Delaware are not financial regulation and give clients no protection.
- The history is overstated. The site says it has more than 15 years of experience and even promises guaranteed deposits and withdrawals. Its Peru company, its Delaware company and a sister Peru company were all set up in 2023 and 2024, and the domain dates to 2022. No unregulated broker can guarantee withdrawals.
- It rebranded. The older domain worldtradersbroker.com (registered 2021) now redirects straight to impulseworld.pro, showing this operation previously traded as World Traders.
- Real complaints exist. Alongside many positive Spanish-language reviews, a steady minority report unrefunded fees, profits deleted or accounts closed, and one describes a deposit-more-money task scheme.
- Young corporate profile. Because the operating companies are under three years old and unregulated, the absence of proven fraud is not reassurance, so we keep this at high risk.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The main domain impulseworld.pro was registered on 2022-09-06, which contradicts the claim of more than 15 years of experience.
StrongDomain registry (RDAP)E2The predecessor domain worldtradersbroker.com was registered on 2021-08-06 and now permanently redirects to impulseworld.pro, showing this operation previously traded as World Traders.
E3The broker's own company page claims more than 15 years of experience and guaranteed deposits and withdrawals, and names IMPULSE WORLD CORPORATION S.A.C., RUC 20611371773, with no regulator.
E4The broker accepts deposits for CFD and funded-account trading but holds no financial licence; its only paperwork is company registrations in Peru and Delaware plus a cancelled Saint Vincent company.
E5The Saint Vincent company used by this operation, WORLD TRADERS LTD, is recorded as cancelled, so its offshore registration is no longer in force.
E6Trustpilot shows 485 reviews at 4.2 stars, 84% five-star and 11% one-star, with one-star reviews alleging unrefunded fees, deleted profits and scams.
ModerateTrustpilotE7A UK FCA warning about The World Traders names the domain theworldtraders.com, which is a different website from this broker, so it is not attributed here.
ModerateFCA Warning ListE8The related US company IMPULSE WORLD LLC was formed on 2024-01-11 and a sister Peru company, IMPULSE WORLD ENTERPRISE S.A.C., began activities on 2024-01-31, showing a young corporate structure.
ModeratePublic company dataE9The broker discloses a real Peru legal entity with a valid RUC and a Lima address and replies to about 84% of its negative reviews, which weighs against a pure fly-by-night operation.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, several points cut in the broker's favour.
- It discloses a real, identifiable legal entity (a Peru company with a genuine RUC and a Lima address), which many pure scams never do.
- Its Trustpilot page shows a 4.2 rating across 485 reviews, most of them positive, and the company replies to about 84% of negative reviews.
- The brand has a traceable history back to 2021 through the World Traders domain, so it is not a domain that appeared last week.
- It does not fake a tier-1 licence or impersonate a regulated firm, and it publishes a clear list of excluded countries.
- Some of the harshest reviews describe a pay-to-work video scheme that the company says is not its service, so those specific complaints may belong to a different operation using a similar name.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would improve or worsen with concrete facts.
- Improve: a genuine licence from a real financial regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register, covering the entity that holds client funds.
- Improve: the site dropping the unsupported 15-year and guaranteed-withdrawal claims and clearly stating it is unregulated.
- Worsen: a regulator warning naming impulseworld.pro or its exact legal entity.
- Worsen: a clear, repeated pattern of withdrawal refusals or demands for extra payment to release funds, with amounts, dates and ticket numbers, across two or more platforms.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Impulse World a scam?
We did not prove outright theft, but we rate it high risk. It takes deposits with no financial licence, overstates its history, used a now-cancelled offshore shell, and draws a steady stream of complaints. Treat it as unsafe until it is properly regulated.
Is Impulse World regulated?
No. We found no licence from any financial regulator. Its Peru RUC and Delaware LLC are company registrations, not trading licences, and Peru does not license forex brokers.
Can I get my money out of Impulse World?
Some clients report normal activity, but others report deleted profits, closed accounts and unrefunded fees. Because there is no regulator, there is no authority to force a payout if it refuses.
Is my money safe with Impulse World?
There is no regulatory protection and no compensation scheme. If the company keeps or loses your funds, recovery is unlikely. That is the main risk with any unregulated broker.
Who owns Impulse World?
The operating company is IMPULSE WORLD CORPORATION S.A.C. in Peru (RUC 20611371773). It also uses a Delaware company, IMPULSE WORLD LLC, and previously a Saint Vincent company, WORLD TRADERS LTD, which is now cancelled.
How old is Impulse World?
Its main domain dates to 2022 and a predecessor domain to 2021, but its companies were only set up in 2023 and 2024. The advertised more than 15 years of experience is not supported by the records.
Why does the site say it is not for people in the United States?
The site excludes the US, Canada, Japan, Saint Vincent and others. It is aimed at Latin America. Note it still uses a US Delaware company and a Florida address even though it does not accept US clients.
Is Impulse World a clone of another broker?
No. We found no evidence it impersonates a specific regulated firm. It uses its own entities and branding. A UK FCA warning about The World Traders refers to a different website, theworldtraders.com, not this broker.
What was World Traders and how is it related?
World Traders (worldtradersbroker.com) is the same operation under an earlier brand. That domain now redirects to impulseworld.pro, so its history carries over to Impulse World.
Is the funded-trader (fondeo) programme trustworthy?
Treat it with caution. Some reviewers report rules changing month to month and accounts being closed while in profit, which are common complaints against weak prop-firm operations. There is no regulator overseeing it.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm a licence on the regulator's own website, check the exact company name and address, read complaints for the exact domain, and be wary of guaranteed profits or guaranteed withdrawals. Impulse World fails the licence test.
What do I do if I was scammed by Impulse World?
Stop depositing, request a full withdrawal in writing, and never pay a fee or tax to unlock funds. Gather evidence, contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report it to your local financial authority and police.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat Impulse World as unregulated and high risk.
- Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose. There is no regulator or compensation scheme behind this broker.
- Be sceptical of the guaranteed deposits and withdrawals and the 15-year-experience claims, which the record does not support.
- If you already have funds there, request a full withdrawal now and keep written records of every request and reply.
- Never pay any extra fee, tax or deposit demanded before a withdrawal is released. That is a classic advance-fee trap.
- Prefer brokers licensed by a recognised authority whose licence you can confirm on the regulator's own website.
This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
