What IS6FX legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by IS6FX itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

IS6FX charges $45 to withdraw a second time in one month. Its own spreads page says there is no fee other than the spread. A Guidelines page, linked in every footer, lets IS6FX void every trade and delete your account if it decides you traded too fast. You get seven working days to dispute a trade, and after that IS6FX's own records are the final word.

2 of these 4 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

18 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from IS6FX's own files

01

Withdraw twice in the same month and IS6FX charges $45 on the second one, any time the amount is under $2,000. Above $2,000 it takes 2% instead. The fee lives in a footnote on the withdrawal page and in neither set of business terms.

Why this matters

The smallest withdrawal IS6FX allows is $50. Take $50 out twice in a month and the second reaches you as $5. The flat fee does not shrink with the amount you asked for.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual$45

For the second and subsequent withdrawals in a month, a withdrawal fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount will be charged for each withdrawal. If the withdrawal amount is less than 2,000USD, it will be flatly 45USD.

What it costsTwo $50 withdrawals in one month: the first is free, the second costs $45 and reaches you as $5. On a $1,900 withdrawal the fee is still $45.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must set out costs and charges to a retail client before they trade, in the client documents. IS6FX puts this one in a footnote on a product page and leaves it out of the terms you accept.

IS6FX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Same clause as Exhibit 2The footnote that sets this fee is the one the spreads page says does not exist.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 5A fee you cannot avoid sits on top of a review with no deadline, so the cost and the wait both fall on the same request.
02

You get seven working days from the date of a trade to raise a claim with IS6FX. After that the terms say no claim or dispute will be considered. The clock starts on the trade, not on the day you spot the problem.

Why this matters

A pricing error you find at the end of the month is already out of time. The seven days run from the trade date. IS6FX also writes that its own records are the final authority and that you have no right to dispute them.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual7 working days

No claims or disputes will be considered more than seven (7) Working Days after the date of the original Transaction and all claims or disputes should be raised with the customer service department at support@is6.com.

Buried at section 200 of 208 in the IS6FX Term of Business (Mauritius), 96% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must accept a retail complaint long after the event and must point the client to an independent ombudsman at no cost. IS6FX allows seven working days and names no outside body anywhere.

IS6FX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 7IS6FX allows itself two months to answer a complaint that you had seven working days to bring.
03

IS6FX calls it latency arbitrage when trades are repeated in a very short period of time. Where it finds that, its Guidelines let it cancel all of those trades, hand back only what you deposited and delete the account. Open a new one and it does the same again.

Why this matters

Everything you made goes, not the profit on one trade. The test is speed alone, so a scalping strategy or an automated system can meet it, on a page that also says there are no restrictions on using one.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen

Latency trading (latency arbitrage) occurs when transactions are repeated in a very short period of time.

Our readingBrokers commonly ban latency arbitrage against a stale price feed. IS6FX defines it by speed alone, with no mention of a price feed or of any advantage taken, and carries the same result over to any new account you open.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8The same document says IS6FX decides whether a prohibited act happened and owes you no reasons for the decision.
04

IS6FX absorbs a negative balance under what it calls zero cut. Its Guidelines then let it deduct that same amount from your withdrawal, where its monitoring team decides your trades abused a bonus. The document says it may act when doubt arises.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

Protection sold to you as a feature becomes a debt at the moment you ask for your money. IS6FX writes that the decision may differ from what you intended and it applies anyway.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen

If the decision is made after the transaction is settled, the withdrawal amount will be the amount after deducting the loss compensation amount (the amount borne by us at Zero Cut Stem) when applying for withdrawal. This decision is made by our monitoring team and may differ from the customer's intention, but we may execute it when doubt arises.

Our readingNegative balance protection is normally final once applied. This clause makes it reversible at the point of withdrawal, on the firm's own doubt rather than on a finding.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11The bonus rules that trigger the clawback sit in a document IS6FX does not publish.
05

IS6FX sends every withdrawal request to its compliance and AML departments. Neither set of business terms gives those departments a time limit. The terms also let IS6FX decline a request or hold it while it investigates.

Why this matters

There is no point at which IS6FX is late, because the contract never says when it must pay. A hold lasts as long as the investigation, and nothing ends the investigation.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usual

All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review by the Company's Compliance and AML Departments.

IS6FX tells you on its spreads page that there is no fee other than the spread, and names hidden markups and external fees as things it does not charge. Its own withdrawal page charges 2% or $45, and its order execution policy names commissions and financing fees.

Four clauses let IS6FX cancel what you made

IS6FX defines latency arbitrage as trades repeated in a very short period of time, and its Guidelines let it void all of them, return only your deposit and delete the account. A second clause deducts from your withdrawal whatever IS6FX absorbed under zero cut. A third lets it keep the whole balance where it decides you acted in bad faith.

Voided profit2 clauses flagged

Where IS6FX suspects money laundering or trading outside the market rate, its Guidelines say it is not obliged to refund the funds in your account. The business terms go further and let IS6FX keep the whole balance where it decides you acted in bad faith.

Why this matters

Both clauses turn on IS6FX's own view, with no finding by anyone else and no appeal. What is at stake is everything in the account, including the money you paid in.

Exhibit 9CriticalHarder than usual

If we suspect of illegal or inappropriate activities such as money laundering or trading outside the market rate, we may terminate the provision of services to you. If your account is closed or frozen under these circumstances, we aren't obligated to refund the funds in your account.

Where it sits: section 97 of 208 in the Guidelines, 47% of the way through.

If a client an introducing broker brought in gets a refund through a law firm or a collection agency, IS6FX takes the refunded amount and the agency's costs, legal fees included, out of that partner's commission. It can also forfeit the commission outright.

Why this matters

A partner pays for a dispute they were never part of. The signal provider terms work the same way, letting IS6FX confiscate the fee and refuse to pay at all.

Exhibit 18WarningRarely seen

In alignment with the request for a refund of deposited funds by an end-user through a law firm to a collection agency, we will reconcile the refunded amount and the costs accrued by the collection agency for the refund process (inclusive of legal fees) from the IB commission.

Our readingClawing back a commission already earned is common. Charging an individual introducer the client's refund plus a third party's legal fees moves the firm's own recovery costs onto a person who was not in the dispute.

The spreads page says there is no fee other than the spread

IS6FX's spreads page says there is no fee other than the spread and names hidden markups as something it does not charge. Its withdrawal page charges $45, its execution policy names commissions and financing fees, and its terms put bank charges on you. The same page says your order flows straight to outside providers while the execution policy says IS6FX is the venue.

Two stories1 clause flagged

IS6FX sells itself in Japanese as overseas forex that is safe and easy even for beginners, with a Japanese app and Japanese campaigns. The same page says the service is not mainly aimed at residents of Japan and that IS6FX is not registered with Japan's financial regulator.

Why this matters

If you are in Japan you are the audience for the marketing and outside the group the service says it serves. No Japanese regulator will take your complaint, and the English version of that same line names a different Japanese authority again.

A second withdrawal in the same month costs $45

IS6FX charges $45 on a second withdrawal in a calendar month whenever the amount is under $2,000, and 2% above that. Neither figure appears in either set of business terms. The terms separately let IS6FX take 15% off a refund it finds suspicious and pay the rest in three instalments.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

Ask for your deposit back and IS6FX can take 15% where it suspects what it calls encashment. If more than 60 days have passed since you paid in, it splits the refund into three instalments across three months.

Why this matters

A $1,000 refund comes back as $850, and IS6FX does not have to show you what made it suspicious. The instalment rule can stretch the rest of your own money across a quarter.

IS6FX decides what breaks the rules and need not say why

Trading in large lots without prior notice is on that list, and so is trading when US employment figures come out. IS6FX can also rewrite the terms without asking, and your silence for 15 days counts as agreement.

Its complaints policy runs to two months for a formal answer and another month on appeal. Both timetables are IS6FX's, and the short one closes your case before the long one answers it.

Time limits1 clause flagged

IS6FX allows itself ten business days for a response and two months for a formal decision. An appeal goes to IS6FX's own Client Relations Team, and you have 30 days to ask for one. No outside body is named anywhere in the policy.

IS6FX is the counterparty, and its conflicts policy never says so

IS6FX is the execution venue for every CFD you trade, and its terms let it hold a position of its own to make a trading profit. Its Conflict of Interest Policy runs to ten sections on staff gifts, family ties and outside jobs. It does not mention the firm trading against you.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Who is on the other side1 clause flagged

Every CFD order you place is executed against IS6FX itself, never on an exchange. Its terms let it hold a position of its own to make a trading profit. The Conflict of Interest Policy covers staff gifts, family ties and outside jobs, and never mentions this one.

Five companies carry the IS6FX name and none is named as yours

IS6FX publishes three sets of business terms, one for a Comoros company, one for a Mauritius company and one for a South African company. None of them says which one you contract with. The documents this reading is based on

35 files, all published by IS6FX. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording IS6FX publishes.

Who the contract is with

IS6 Technologies Ltd

Five companies use the IS6FX name. The Comoros Term of Business says your broker is IS6 Technologies Ltd (Comoros), supervised by the Mwali International Services Authority. The Mauritius Term of Business says it is IS6 Technologies Ltd (Mauritius), licence GB21026947 from the Financial Services Commission. A third set covers IS6 Technologies (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, FSP 54149, and is only a website terms of use with no trading, deposit or withdrawal terms in it. IS6 Technologies Ltd (SVG) appears in every footer with a registration number, no licence and no terms of its own. IS6 Cyprus Ltd moves Skrill and Neteller money as payment agent and states it is not a broker. No document says which one you contract with.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The order execution policy says plainly, in its third section, that IS6FX is the venue for every CFD order and that nothing reaches an exchange. Most offshore brokers leave that to a definition deep in an appendix. Both sets of business terms define the client bank account as held separately from the company's own funds. We found no dormancy clause, no inactivity fee and no bonus turnover lock in anything we read, and every deposit method IS6FX lists is free.

Twelve of the 31 addresses we downloaded served the site's error page instead of a document, among them /client-agreement, /terms, /terms-of-use, /terms-of-business and /legal-docs. The Comoros Term of Business reached us cut short at section 20, so we read its last three sections on the broker's own page, and we report no depth figures from that document. The Guidelines are linked in the footer of every page and were missing from the download, so we read them in full at is6.com/en/company/guideline, and every quotation credited to them comes from there. We did not check the Vietnamese or Spanish versions of the site. No earlier version of any of these documents is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the IS6FX file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document IS6FX publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge IS6FX on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 17, 2026.

If you represent IS6FX and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on IS6FX. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
