Independent safety report

Is JadeForex a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated September 1, 2026
Unlicensed offshore broker

JadeForex is a high risk, unlicensed offshore broker, and we could not confirm that it holds any financial licence anywhere. It takes real deposits for forex trading but shows only a Seychelles company number, not a trading licence, so your money would sit outside any regulator's protection.

  • The operator is Jade Belfort Limited, with Nobel Capital Group Limited named as its head office at a Seychelles address.
  • The only credential on the site is an IBC company registration (IBC 227736) shown as a 'Business License'. A company number is not financial regulation.
  • We checked the Seychelles Financial Services Authority's own Securities Dealer register: neither company is listed.
  • The main website has run since February 2021, so this is not a brand-new shell, but longevity is not the same as safety.
  • Reviews are mixed and heavily promoted by affiliates. Some users allege they could not withdraw profits and were asked for extra fees, but we could not confirm a systematic pattern.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

9/10 · Critical

No financial licence anywhere. Only a Seychelles IBC company number is shown as a 'Business License', and the operator is absent from the FSA Securities Dealer register.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

An entity and address are disclosed, but two company names, an Iraq phone code, Cyprus governing law and a fraudster-echoing brand name make the identity thin and mixed.

Withdrawals & conduct

5/10 · Moderate

Fund-access allegations (blocked profits, extra fee demands) exist but are unconfirmed and mostly from recovery-service pages; many affiliate reviews report normal withdrawals.

Reputation

6/10 · High

Independent review sites flag it as unregulated and scam-risk, offset by heavy affiliate promotion; net mixed to negative.

Website claims

6/10 · High

Presents an IBC registration as a 'Business License' and makes absolute promises like 'no withdrawal refused', overstating a plain company registration as regulation.

Operational history

3/10 · Low

Main domain verified since February 2021 (about five years), a mitigating factor; the operating company could not be dated, so this is an upper bound.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: JadeForex (styled JadeFOREX)
  • Legal entity: Jade Belfort Limited; 'Nobel Capital Group Limited' named as head office
  • Registered: Room B11, First Floor, Providence Complex, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles
  • Website: jade-forex.com (client area at client.jade-forex.com; the alias jade-belfort.com does not currently resolve)
  • Only licence: none. A Seychelles IBC registration (IBC 227736) is displayed as a 'Business License Number'
  • Offers: forex trading on the cTrader platform, standard and low spread accounts, leverage up to 200x, deposits from about 1,000 JPY by bank transfer
  • Not accepted: the site is aimed mainly at Japanese retail clients, using a contact number with an Iraq country code and stating relations are governed by Cyprus law
  • Age claim: aggregators list it as established April 2021, consistent with the domain registration

Seychelles International Business Company registration (IBC)

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
A Seychelles offshore company registration displayed as a 'Business License Number'. It is a corporate registration, not financial regulation, and confers no protection for client deposits.
Protection: None

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate JadeForex high risk and unverified because it takes client money with no confirmed financial licence, while showing signals of a low-trust offshore setup.

  • No financial regulation. The site presents only an IBC company number. An IBC is a business registration bought cheaply in Seychelles; it does not license anyone to run a brokerage or protect deposits.
  • Confirmed absent from the regulator's register. We searched the Seychelles Financial Services Authority Capital Markets register on 1 September 2026. Neither Jade Belfort Limited nor Nobel Capital Group Limited appears as a licensed Securities Dealer.
  • Mixed identity. A Seychelles address, an Iraq phone code, Cyprus governing law and Japanese-language marketing point to a thin, cross-border operation. The brand name echoes a well known stock fraudster, which does not inspire confidence.
  • Unconfirmed but present complaints. Some Japanese sources describe profits that could not be withdrawn and requests for extra tax or fee payments before release. These are the classic fund-trap pattern, but they surface mainly on recovery-service pages without checkable detail, so we treat them as a warning, not proof.

This is not a confirmed scam and not a clone, but it is an operation you cannot verify and that no regulator stands behind.

Note on operating history: the 5.5-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness, several points cut in the broker's favour.

  • The main website has operated under one brand since February 2021, which is longer than most pure scam shells survive.
  • Many Japanese review and cashback sites report normal trading and successful withdrawals, and describe segregated client accounts.
  • It uses cTrader, a mainstream third-party platform, rather than a self-built terminal, which is harder to rig than an in-house system.
  • We found no regulator warning-list entry naming jade-forex.com, and no confirmed clone of a regulated firm.

An offshore, unlicensed broker is high risk, but that is not the same as a proven theft. The honest reading is that too little can be independently verified to call it safe.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our view would move if firm evidence appeared in either direction.

  • Worse: a regulator warning naming jade-forex.com, or several detailed, cross-checkable reports of withdrawals blocked and extra 'tax' or 'fee' payments demanded before release. Any one credible advance-fee case would push this toward a scam verdict.
  • Better: a genuine, in-force trading licence from a real regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register in this company's name, covering the entity that actually holds client funds.
  • Confirmation of a dated Seychelles incorporation record and a working, audited client portal would also raise confidence.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

11 questions
Is JadeForex a scam?

We cannot confirm it is a scam, but we rate it high risk. It takes deposits with no verified financial licence, which means there is no regulator protecting your money. Treat it with strong caution.

Is JadeForex regulated?

No. The site only shows a Seychelles IBC company number (IBC 227736), which is a business registration, not a trading licence. We checked the Seychelles FSA register and the operator is not a licensed Securities Dealer.

Can I withdraw my money from JadeForex?

Some users report normal withdrawals, but others allege they could not withdraw profits and were asked for extra fees. Because there is no regulator, you would have little recourse if a withdrawal were refused.

Is my money safe with JadeForex?

There is no regulatory safety net. Client funds are not covered by any compensation scheme, and claims of segregated accounts cannot be independently verified.

Who owns JadeForex?

The site names Jade Belfort Limited as the operator and Nobel Capital Group Limited as its head office, both at a Seychelles address. Ownership beyond these names is not disclosed.

How old is JadeForex?

The website jade-forex.com was registered in February 2021, so it has run for about five years. We could not independently date the Seychelles company itself.

What is a Seychelles IBC and is it a licence?

An International Business Company is a cheap offshore company registration. It is not financial regulation and does not authorise anyone to run a brokerage or hold client money for trading.

Is JadeForex a clone of another broker?

No. We found no evidence it impersonates a regulated firm or reuses another company's licence number.

Why does the site mention Cyprus and an Iraq phone number?

The platform (cTrader) is made by a Cyprus company, and the terms say Cyprus law applies, but the broker itself is Seychelles-registered and uses a contact number with an Iraq country code. This cross-border mix is common at thin offshore operations.

I think I was scammed by JadeForex. What should I do?

Stop depositing, gather all records and screenshots, and contact your bank or card issuer about a possible chargeback. Be wary of 'recovery' services that ask for an upfront fee, as many are themselves scams.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Confirm the licence number on the regulator's own website, check that the licensed entity matches the company holding your funds, and test a small withdrawal early. If any of these fails, do not add more money.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat JadeForex as high risk and protect your money first.

  • Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose. There is no regulator to recover money from if something goes wrong.
  • If you already have a balance, try a small withdrawal now and keep written records of every request and reply.
  • Be very cautious if you are ever asked to pay a tax, fee or 'verification' charge to release your own funds. That is a common trap.
  • Prefer brokers licensed by a strong regulator such as the FCA, ASIC or the Japan FSA, and check the licence on the regulator's own website.
